Viajamos con un niño de 4 años y la habitación era muy práctica, tipo suite: con un saloncito en el que dormía él y con la habitación separada. No teníamos el desayuno incluido y nos lo ofrecieron gratuitamente y eso fue un buen detalle porque el desayuno era muy completo.

Hemos pasado cuatro días en Estocolmo, y nos hemos alojado en el hotel Colonial. En habitación con baño compartido. Temísmos por la limpieza pero estaba impecable. El trato del personal es genial. Hay una recepcionista que habla español y son muy atentos. La situación también es estupenda. Pudimos ir andado a todas las atracciones más importantes de Estocolmo. Y está muy cerca de la Estación Central y Cityterminalen. La estación de ArlandaExpress está a 10 min. caminando. Lo recomendamos sin dudar, para aquellas personas con presupuesto ajustado, ya que el resto de la ciudad, trasporte, restaurantes, es cara.

Si vais no escoger la habitación extra-grande ya que el tamaño es el mismo que las demás... La única diferencia es que tenéis acceso a una terraza COLECTIVA. Desayuno muy pobre.... Limpieza muy bien al igual que las instalaciones. Wifi de pAgo esto lo considero poco acertado...

El hotel está muy bien conservado y la gente es muy amable. Dispone de un ordenador común con internet e impresora y además incluye WIFI gratuita en las habitaciones. El desayuno era un poco escaso porque faltaba algo de dulce, pero lo suficiente para desayunar bien y preparar unos bocadillos para las excursiones por la ciudad.
Según la política del hotel, se aplicará un recargo por toda persona adicional.

"Magnífica estancia."
Viajé con mi pareja el 14 de enero de 2012 y nos quedamos 3 noches. El hotel es muy bonito y esta todo muy cuidado. El servicio es muy atento y el buffet es variado y sabroso. Si vuelvo a Estocolmo volveré seguro.
"Hotel muy recomendado"
Nos dieron una habitación muy amplia y agradable. El desayuno francamente bueno, y la localización es buena siempre que se vaya a la Feria que tienen al lado. Si no, está un poco desplazado pero con coche tiene la comodidad de contar con parking gratuito. La localización del hotel, es un poco complicada.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable with lovely design - good thing with a balcony where you can smoke. Close to Stockholm Fairs and close to the station - only 12 minutes to the inner city.

10 minute train ride to clean, comfortable accommodations. A fraction of the price of downtown and the distance is the only differene.

I stayed during some hot days. the airconditioning was out of order. the staff did not know what to do, refused to change my room and offered a desk ventilator instead. It was no real help at a room temp. of 28 degs !! they do offer coffee making facilities in the room. in 3 out of 7 days they forgot to replenish the supplies and I had to run down to […] reception to ask for them. the kettle has a 20 cm cord and there is no electrical outlet nt desk height so I had to crawl on the floor to plug the kettle. who was the genious who planned this way for a 4 star hotel ? The location of the hotel was perfect due to it near by ESHRE conference and near by public transport station The receptionist was very cold and not helpful at all as well as the room condition where the smell was very bad and the bathroom sink was blocked. There was no tissue box in the room.

The hotel is okay in terms of amenities. But the (free) Wi Fi connection in my room was very slow (slower than dialup used to be). Then on the second day it stopped working and did not work again for 2-3 days despite complaints. I had to go to the lobby to send and receive mails. I would rather have paid for a better connection. (BTW, I'm writing this […] in June 2011, just so you know how recent it is.) My only other gripe is that the staff doesn't smile. Well, except for one of the girls. This hotel was great! The drive to downtown Stockholm was only about 10 minutes. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Good location for conference centre. Hotel was satisfactory but did not exel in any other department Staff inefficient and waited for food service in the restuarant for a long time. "Nice hotel"
The hotel isn't that expensive for Stockholm and it wasn't too far from the city center. It was about 5 minutes walk from the station. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. It had free internet, but it was extremely slow. The breakfast in the lobby had quite a variety, so it was great. I definitely recommend this hotel for Stockholm.

Hotel is located close to train station with easy access to Stockholm. Staff friendly, room was large (2-Full size beds) which worked out well since our 20yr old son stayed with us and we didnt need a cot. Hotel was easy to find via GPS, but may be difficult by map. "No Air Condition - Comfy Beds"
I booked this hotel because of cost and location. I also was interested in this hotel because of the air conditioning that was advertised, however the air conditioning didn't work and we had to sleep with the window open for cool air. While the lobby was cool, none of the rooms (I had a total of three rooms for four nights) were. I had talked to the […] clerks, but they assured me that they worked and needed time to cool off the rooms. I was not impressed with the hotel clerks and they seemed bothered by interruptions. That said, the breakfast was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The television reception went out one night but improved the following evening. It has easy access to the train which is very close to the central station in Stockholm. The hotel itself was great, had a great workout room and restaurant. The breakfast in the morning was the best I've ever seen in Europe, first time I've had waffles in Europe!!! + Fint och fräscht hotell. + Trevlig kvällspersonal och trevlig frukostpersonal. - Rummet saknade värdeförvaringsskåp, kaffe-/tebryggare, badrock och makupspegel. За эту цену в центре Стокгольма можно было взять только хостел или комнату с туалетом в коридоре. Здесь же отличный просторный номер, две больших кровати (каждая почти как двуспальная), чистая ванная с вкуснопахнущим гелем для душа. Mycket trevligt bemötande. Blev sjuk och fick tillgång till rummet ett par extra timmar utan några som helst problem. Tack.
Jättenöjd med det mesta, förutom att någon troligen rökt på rummet eller på balkongen, städerskan hade glömt stänga balkongdörren så efter en hel dags helt öppen dörr så var rummet totalt utkylt fick ligga med kläderna på. Sedan saknades en spegel, fick stå på tå i badrummet för att se mig i helbild. Bra parkering, god frukost, trevlig personal överallt, […] fint och välkomnande i reception och restaurant. Leer más

"Helnöjd!"
Jag är helnöjd efter min vistelse på detta hotell! Väldigt prisvärt! Okej. Heltäckningsmattan, TV och möblerna förutom sängen på rummet kanske inte var i det nyaste skicket, men helt klart godkända för det priset. Toaletten var grymt fräsch och sängen var jätteskön och kändes fräsch den med. Frukosten var kanon och jag kände mig trygg med personalen […] och det var lätt att hitta till i det lugna området det låg i. Mycket bra! Leer más
Bra hotell med rymliga rum. Ligger lite avigt men lätt när man har bil. Riktigt bra gym men de mest trötta och oengagerade receptionisterna jag någonsin mött. Det sistnämnda gör att man får ett riktigt dåligt första intryck vilket är synd för det är inget att klaga på hotellet i sig.

Bodde i ett varmt, välkomnande deLuxe-rum. Mycket skön säng och bra att man med hjälp av en enkel manual kunde reglera rumstemp. Frukostbuffén hade det man kan begära och i en skön miljö.

bra och trevligt hotell, bra frukostbuffe och trevlig, hjälpsam personal.
Fräscha rum, trevlig personal, god frukost. Restaurangens middag bjöd dock på icke färdiglagad fisk och en i övrigt tråkig meny. Rekommenderar hotellet - men middag äter man kanske bättre någon annan stans

Sängarna är mycket sköna! Och rummet är mysigt. Men jag hade gärna havt ett klädskåp. Srtyckjärnet var skadet, nästan livsfarlig så att jag inte vagade använda det. Frukost var ok, så som det är i dem flesta hotellen. På hotel finns det bastu o gym men det fattas ett vilarum för avkoppling efter åt. Inte heller handdukar i bastun! Gym var ganska ok […] men skulle behöver mera tillsyn eftersom vissa maskiner var trasiga. Och så skulle det vara bra med lite musik där nere också. Men helst inte denna sönmframkallande musik som brukar spelas vid frukost utan något uppiggande. Hotelet har en smakfull inredning men behagliga färger. Mycket kul er att det finns ett lekrum precis bredvid matsalen så att dem små besökare kunde leka medans mamma fick äta i lugn o ro. Tyvärr så kändes det att personalen inte trivdes på sin arbetsplats. Man ser knappast ett glad ansikte. Det enda var städerskan som utför ett mycket bra jobb! I frukostrummet fanns redig syra mina och personal som såg mycket stressad och överbelastad ut! Synd! Som gäst förväntar jag mig dessutom att personalen se mig. Ett littet leende och ett "hej" eller "god morgon" skulle vara inklusiv. vi bodde fyra dagar på hotelet och bara sista dagen vid utcheckning fick vi se ett glad ansikte i receptionen. Då börjar man undrar: är dem glada att vi lämna hotelet nu? Men jag såg inte att dem var trevligare till andra gäster, alltså vad är det för fel? Leer más

Jag är jättenöjd med vistelsen hos First Hotell i stockholm, jag hade valt superior-rummet och det var mycket finare än vad jag trott. Jag kommer absolut besöka samma hotell nästa gång.

Vi trodde att hotellet skulle vara lite små tråkigt, med tanke på bilden av hotellet men vi misstog oss ordentligt när det visade sig att det var både trevligt och småmysigt. Så en trist utsida behöver inte betyda en trist insida. Ett stort + för den trevliga personalen. Hit kommer vi att återvända.

Hotelli oli vaikea löytää, koska iltapimeällä ei juuri valoja näkynyt junaseman suunnasta. Hotellin nimikylttikin oli pimeänä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, huoneet kohtalaisen tilavia.
