The hotel rooms were a little on the small side, even by Viennese standards. The property has seen better days and has well-worn furnishings and such. The hotel needs an overhaul. The furniture was very worn and not in very good shape. The furnishings and decorations were a little dated and also worn. The entire hotel has a funky odor to it, very similar to mildew. This odor was particularly strong in the room in which I stayed. After the first day, a leak developed in the bathroom from the room above us, which came through the ceiling in my room. It turned out that the shower drainage pipe in the room above mine had been leaking for some time and fouled up the walls around it, leading to the funky mildew smell. While the hotel is convenient to Westbahnhof and to Mariahilferstrasse, the building itself does not lend the hotel to a satisfactory review.

This room was sold to us as a twin but was too small to accommodate two adults. The bed was next to the bathroom door and the bathroom was tight for one person. This room should only be sold as a single room. The location to transit and railway station was very good. The hotel in general seemed clean.

If you are comfortable being surrounded by filth then you have found your hotel. Didnt even want to step on the carpet. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. Would avoid at all costs!

This hotel was okay. I would give it 3 stars. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room was unbelievably hot. Traveling in August I only booked hotels with air conditioning, but theirs was not working well. They gave us a fan, but it was still super hot! Even the lobby was hot! The location was ideal though.

After arriving by train, we were not allowed to check into our room until 2pm, but were able to store our luggage. The employees have name tags with the languages they speak, which is helpful. We didn't eat at the restaurant or bar, but saw they had decent happy hour prices. Room was very clean. There was a minibar in the room, but we took the items out of it and used it as a fridge (you don't get charged, unless the item is gone when the room is cleaned). The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's right by the main train station and the main shopping area of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. WiFi was not free. Queen bed looked like 2 twin (?) size mattresses pushed together. Luckily, we didn't notice this when we were sleeping.

The hotel is clean, the room was of reasonable size for Europe, the shower stall is only for skinny people (about 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 ft). Before you go to breakfast (buffet is good and has good variety from American to European) ask if there are any groups. When I was there, there was a group of about 100 kids, all coming at the same time for breakfast. Fortunately, I had some time and came back 40 min later when I didn't have to wait to get in and the buffet wasn't swamped any more. The walking time to the airport bus at Westbahnhof is about 10 - 15 min, crossing a few major roads. The taxi to the airport, the hotel calls it, is Eur 35.00. Don't know what the fare is otherwise.

Convenient location for rail and subway. Comfortable and quiet room.

Very good staff, restaurant is very good. The staff had a list of good restaurants that were close to the hotel. Getting to know how to use the subway was a big help as it is so close to the hotel. I did not like the carpet in the hallways of the hotel.

Logistisch perfekte Lage. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer leider sehr laut .

Il m'a été demandé de payer à ma chambre à mon départ, alors que celle ci était déjà réglée par internet. Aucunes vérifications de mon dossier avant d'essayer de l'expliquer. Au final tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Cooles Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, mit feinem Komfort! Einziger negativ Punkt war das fehlende oder kaputte Pay-TV!

Wir waren während der EM 08 in diesem Hotel, weil wir kein anderes Zimmer mehr bekamen. Bereits vor 1 Jahr waren wir dort Gast und schon damals nicht zufrieden. Aber nach unserem 2. Aufenthalt bin ich sicher - dieses Hotel nie wieder!
