Just stayed 1 night. Or ate in the hotel-didn't see anybody else eating there also-maybe the recession! reasonably priced but the rooms were not huge and had to use a chair to climb on to activate the air-con. The wind up blind contraption broke so could not open the blinds. Used the pool after a run in the morning. Cost €20 for a taxi from the centre of Nice but walked one way-about 50 mins. OK for access to airport but very difficult to find!!

You cant do this, you cant do that, you cant eat in your room, you cant eat outside only in the restaurant for really "NICE" prices.In different hotels that was not a problem and staff had not a problem with people eating on terase.After I arrived I had problem with one of the staff because I bought the coffee and I was eating own croissants. He just said I have to go outside and dont wont me to stay with coffee I bought. When I opened the door of my room, that was better, space and nice bathroom, but old looking bed and furniture, loads of ants everywhere, leaking bath in bathroom. For the price you can find better place to stay. Only PLUS was a swimming pool. If you really look for something better go to CANNES, no doubt. Better place to stay, many nice restaurants, hotels, ... you will see

Although difficult to find as address could not be picked up on our tom tom, The hotel was near to the airport very handy to the sea front. the hotel is a little tired but the rooms are of a good size and have balconies, everything was clean and worked, the resturaunt is handy were the food and service was very decent at breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a swimming pool and although small was never to busy, all be it the sun beds needed cleaning a little and the patio could do with a bit of a sweep. Overall for a short break or a stopover for the price it served us well.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and reasonably priced but restaurant closed Sunday and Monday. Near Airport. A good bus service to centre of Nice.

When we got to the hotel the owner started yelling at our cab driver. I have no idea what they were arguing about but it gave our vacation a odd start. The Hotel was about 45-60 minutes walk away from the City Center but the walk was nice. It is close to shops where you can by food. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night & realized that it was expensive. Breakfast was not included & we did not manage to get a deal for the 9 days we were there. So it was €10/day and the only way to get crappy coffee from the hotel. We started using the fridge in the hotel room & on the 3d day the electricity on that side of our room died. When we asked them to fix it they told us not to use the fridge. When they were trying to resolve the issue they disconnected all electricity in our room but still could not get the fuse to stay up I had to suggest to them that as it was only one wall then maybe the guests in the next room had a issue. It took them an hour & then they came back saying that it had been resolved. We straight away reconnected everything (inc. the fridge) & it worked for the rest of the time we were there. Apart from a few irritations at the hotel it was OK. It was near to the St. Augustine train station so when we went out of Nice we used that. It is also close to the Airport (takes about 30 minutes to walk to terminal 1), which also means that you could hear all the planes take off. I feel the hotel was a bit to expensive for what you got & how far away from the City it is.

Do not stay at this hotel!! They played loud dance music until 2AM We had just arrived from a long international flying day, so we didn't get much rest. Very poor lighting in the walkway to the room. Rooms face a courtyard. We didn't feel safe.

Exceeded my expectations. Stayed there just for one night. Far from the city center, but if you know Nice at all, you can find a pretty good spot to eat and drink within walking distance.

Not a bad place, no real character or charm but for the price ok for a one night stop over. The directions given to find the hotel were of no use and ended in a 3 hour search. My advice to future visitors is to purchase a street map prior to arrival or use sat nav. Hotel staff ok and for some strange reason had to collect and return TV remote control when checking in and out..... perhaps there is a serial remote control thief at large in Nice??

We cannot think of anything negative to say about our experience of Anis Hotel in Nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable (it was a triple) and had a spacious balcony overlooking the restaurant and pool. The pool was a terrfic diversion for our 4 yr old daughter. Other reviews had mentioned some plumbing issues, but we could find no evidence of any. Short walk to the beaches, but a bus ride (or 45 minute walk) from the city center. The bathroom was quite small but it worked fine for us however we are not large people.

We booked the hotel to be close to the airport. It turned out that we needed to take two very expensive cab rides to get there and then back to the airport. A lot of comparable hotels in that area have a free shuttle. The room was very small and not very clean. It had a lot of black mold in in the AC unit and in the bathroom. The AC did not work, and we were hot. We never got a remote for the tint TV in the room, so I assume it did not work either. The hotel is close to nothing, but did have a cute little restaurant on-site, where the food was good and affordable. The staff is very nice.

Hotel was close to the airport but about thirty euros to Nice town center. Clean and friendly hotel.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful, hotel area beautiful with trees, pool, ponds and landscaping- just a great oasis from which to explore Nice- close to bus lines and easy walk to the seashore. It is somewhat close to the airport so there is some noise but on the positive it is convenient for the air traveller. The room is very modern and nice with all the conveniences. The hotel has a strict policy against eating in the room but I think the intent is for the good of all guests. The restaurant is very good. Over all great place for the money- would definitely stay there again.

What was nice was the fact that in the extremely crowded area of Nice, the Anis was off the beaten track, tucked away in it's own little world, yet close to all.

Badly managed, not clean.

For french hotels it meets the standards of a 3 star hotel. It is in a nice location if you have to be at the airport the next morning early. Unlike living in central nice it is very quiet here so you can get a good nights sleep. If like going to beach it is about a ten minute walk to the beach. However if you are looking for late night activities it might be better to stay in central nice as this hotel is quite a ways from central nice.

Vi mente klart vi havde boket et comfort værelse, men det synes jeg nu ikke lige vi fik. Da vi spurgte til en bus til Monaco sagde vi skulle tage toget, de ville slet ikke forklare os noget som helst om bussen. Generelt ok sted, men næste gang tror jeg vi finder noget andet.

Cadre agréable et personnel sympathique. Le tout à deux pas de la célèbre promenade...

exellent gastronomie horaire du petit déjeuner trop court (07h à 10h) proximiter de la plage, centre ville, grands axes... cadre de l'hotel exellente non prévenu sur un mariage organiser à l'hotel! au calme les chambres sont assez spacieuses, mais la télé est trop petite pour la chambres, et la climatisation est difficile a faire fonctionner. Un frigo dans la chambre est très utile

Hadden wij weer. Wilden we een nachtje overbruggen van vliegveld naar St.Raphael, was er een bruiloft in het hotel. Tot 3.00 uur hebben we mee genoten. Maar gelukkig gingen om 4.00 uur de tuinbesproeing aan zodat we niet direct hoefden te gaan slapen. Kamers op z'n frans, harde bedden (te) kleine badkamer (probeer maar een op deze wc te gaan zitten) en niet schoon. Gelukkig de volgende dagen in St. Raphael heerlijk genoten van ons Best Western Hotel

Hotellet var ok, men lidt langt væk fra centrum og poolen var heller ikke så stor. Vi havde nok en anden gang valgt et hotel inde i byen og så bare svømmet i havet. Men alt i alt synes vi at det var ok. Nogle af de ansatte var også venlige og imødekommende. Men hotellet har nogle regler om at man helst ikke bør medbringe mad på værelserne og at man ikke må bruge hotellets håndklæder ved poolen.

l'hôtel est bien situé bien que très proche de l'aéroport. la qualité du service est médiocre: absence totale d'attention et non nonchalance évidente. Les chambres n'étaient pas propre (denrées alimentaires ouvertes dans les frigos, dessus de lit tâchés...). En résumé, une belle offre en photo mais à éviter.

Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vicinissimo alla Promenade des Anglais (pochi minuti di auto) e con parcheggio gratuito (fatto raro in Costa Azzurra). Camera doppia matrimoniale ben arredata e comfortevole. Ottima pulizia sia in camera che nel bagno. Personale cortese e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Se dovessi tornare a Nizza ritornerei in questo hotel.

L'hôtel est situé près de l'aéroport dans un quartier assez calme. Le cadre est très joli (parking bien ombragé, piscine, restaurant très charmant) mais la chambre "économique" que nous avions réservé (201) n'est pas du tout en accord avec les prestations qu'offrent cet hôtel (chambre minuscule, sur le pallier, aucune insonorisation, rideau de douche qui menace de tomber, draps avec certaines taches douteuses, moisissures sur les murs). Donc chambre économique à éviter et assez décevante pour un 3 étoiles. Hormis ça hôtel vraiment très agréable, petit déjeuner à volonté très appréciable (10€).

Godt rummeligt værelse og badeværelse med kar - plus terrasse og adgang til ok pool. Fin rengøring og venlig reception. For eksempel godt råd om at tage bus til lufthaven (nr.23 fra Avenue Californien ca 15 mins gang fra hotel) til 1 euro - fremfor taxa til 25-30 euro. Hotellet har god komfort - for et par dage før hjemrejsen. Men er ikke centralt beliggende i forhold til Nice centrum ved længere ophold.

Impossible de dormir correctement! Un mariage qui dure jusqu'au bout de la nuit, impossible de joindre la direction le lendemain pour obtenir des explications, et pour seule réponse d'un salarié : " vous êtes le seul à vous plaindre!" quelle belle preuve d'esprit commercial! Je n'oublie pas non plus, le bruit du placard de la chambre d'à coté qui claque en plein milieu de la nuit, alors même que l'on nous avait indiqué que les chambres étaient correctement insonorisées. Et pour finir, nous avons le privilège d'être reveillés en pleine nuit par les cris d'un voisin, parti fumé sa clope sous nos fenêtres (pourtant fermées!)

Resto cher. Plusieurs mets non disponible. Décevant !

J'ai été très décue de cet hotel qui ne ressemblait aucunement aux photos annoncées. Très bruyant, juste en face du balcon une maison qui faisait énormément de bruit jusqu'à très tard. Ménage très moyen, j'ai regardé sous le lit pour voir si je n'avais rien oublié que de moutons et poussière. Un meuble sous la télé avec une porte déglinguée qui ne fermait pas. Ceci dit heureusement j'étais là pour une occasion familiale et j y étais juste pour dormir. J'ai le premier soir pas de place dans le parking, le gardien m'a demandé de me garer à l'extérieur alors que j'avais retenu parce que parking sécurisé.

personnel tres sympathique et disponible. hotel agréable et confortable, petit coin apaisant dans une grande ville. le petit moins propreté du balcon...

Rien à redire, sinon que j'aurais préféré un lit double à deux lits accolés... chacun ses gouts. Pas testé le resto. Petit dej ok.

Tres beau petit hotel au calme malgres la proximité de l'aeroport. L'accueil et le personnel sont tres sympas et accueillant. Seul bemol, mes chambre sont petite par rapport au prix d'une chambre superieur (la plus cher) avec un balcon tres etroit au lieux d'une terrasse par exple. Sinon dans l'ensemble j'en suis satisfaite

jolie terrasse, piscine agréable mais service parfois un peu dépassé...Les chambres sont toutefois vieillissantes et le parking est rapidement saturé. Nous avons toutefois passé un agréable séjour.

Très bon accueil et excellente situation au calme et en hauteur. Chambre grande avec belle terrasse mais salle de bains un peu petite.

Rent och och snyggt men långt från city

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel où nous étions déjà venus il y a 4 ans. ce qui nous convient c'est qu'il est proche de l'appartement de nos enfants et d'accès facile. Il est très agréable, calme le parking sécurisé et le personnel est absolument charmant et très attentionné notamment les 2 personnes que nous avons eues à l'accueil.

ein kleines Hotel, ruhig gelegen mit einem kleinen Pool und eigenem Parkplatz. Das ganze ist in eine parkähnliche, südländische Vegetation eingebettet. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls nur etwa 200m vom Hotel enfernt. Es ist lediglich etwas schwer das Hotel zu finden und es empfiehlt sich daher genauer den Stadtplan zu studieren bevor man unnötig Zeit und Nerven verliert. Wenn man das Hotel sodann gefunden hat, wird man sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt und erhält bei Bedarf einen Stadtplan zur weiteren Orientierung. Wir waren als Familie mit einem 3-jährigen Kind kurz vor Ostern 2009 zu Gast und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wider kommen. Zum Restaurant, das sehr einladend aussieht und eine kleine Terrasse hat sowie zum Frühstück können wir keine Angaben machen.

Het hotel ziet er goed uit vriendelijke mensen, en het ziet er schoon uit

bel établissement aux prestations soignées. dommage que le restaurant était 'réservé' le soir. obligé de manger à l'extérieur.

Cadre agréable, et ambiance zen très plaisante, accueil charmant sans être envahissant, chambre petite mais fonctionnelle , calme.
