A nice hotel but certinly not 4 star. Buffet breakfast very good. Pool side snack/lunch bar absolutely terrible,tried lunch one day ,was not edible. Front of house staff excellent.

The reception staff were warm and friendly and all my questions were promptly answered. The breakfast there is lovely and I couldn't have asked for a better quality service. My room was kept clean to a reasonable standard. The hotel atmosphere was overall friendly even though busy. I was able to book tours to other parts of island from tour companies […] operating very near the hotel and also enjoyed the long walks (as well as runs) beside the beach and on the promonades. The free room Wi-fi connection was a plus for me and enjoyed the fact that I could surf the internet in my room on my laptop. "Great stay at Troya"
Had a great stay here at Hesperia Troya. Great location and very friendly staff. Room we stayed in was very comfortable and had a small separate area with TV and sofa. Would definitely recommend for the money.
Excellent hotel and very affordable. The facilities were good and the staff were very helpful, especially when we realised we had left an item behind in our room, when we rang they were only too happy to help by posting it back to us. The pool was nice and, it being the off season, was never crowded. In fact, a lot of the time I'd have the pool to […] myself. "Nice enough but no sound proofing"
Hotel location was excellent and we had a junior suite which was larger than expected but requested high floor and balcony with sun but got low floor and no sun wasn't a problem we were only there 4days and we had no problem getting sun bed. "nitemare...stay away.. bad for health"
staff great, hotel clean, food great, wonderful locaton. now the problem. no air con. 34 degree heat and no air con ??? advertised. reason i booked it, couldnt leave room windows open cos of noise from clubs, i knew that when booking but one always keeps windows closed with air con. complained 4 times. told air con would be fixed the follwing day etc […] etc. broke for entire stay, couldnt give me a fan. no fans left. refused to buy more fans. in end on day 3 i got a dehumifier. now u would think great. not so. loud huge piece of machinery that you had to hang the waste pipe out the open door to blow the hot air out. of course it worked and room was cool but at a cost. night times were a joke. didnt sleep for entire stay.machine whirring in roo and open window resuted in noise in room and an abundance of noise from clubs bars etc coming in window. omg. never forget it. 20 degrees at night so couldnt close window as i thin we would of died from the heat. dont stay in this hotel un less u like not breathing and sweating and never sleeping. "Hesperia Park Troya excellent choice"
On entering the hotel my immediate impression was relaxing atmosphere and friendliness of the hotel reception staff. Our room though was not ready for our checkin time of 12noon but we were able to get our bearings and check out the facilities of the hotel which were quite impressive. The location of the hotel was excellent across from the beach, and […] a 5 minute walk from the airport bus stop which isonly E2.25 per person each way an takes about 25 mins (bus no. 111 from the airport).. The rooms was tastefully decorated and spotless. Complimentary toiletries were replaced every day when the rooms were cleaned. The breakfast was excellent ranging from fruit, cereal, cheeses,hams,rolls,bread, crepes, to a fully cooked breakfast if preferred. The one night we say the entertainment in the hotel i have to say if was first class. All in all i would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will be returning in September! Leer más

Sijainti vastapäätä uimarantaa loistava. Huoneemme parveke oli täysin varjossa koko päivän. Merinäköala tosin oli upea. Rauhallista, paitsi iltaisin kuului läheisen ravintolan ohjelma iltaisin. -Mitenkähän siellä ravintolatilassa pystyi kukaan niillä desibeleillä olemaan, kun meillekin kuului erittäin hyvin, vaikka parvekkeen ovi oli kiinni. "Grei hotel for beliggenhet"
Hotellet ligger ved Playas de Americas og det er et ekstremt turist område. Hotellet er gammelt og de fleste gjestene er eldre mennesker. Har show hbver kveld, og passer best for pensjonister. Ikke noe luksuriøst og en god hotel for pengene hvis du kun trenger et hotell å sove i, og er ellers mest ute om dagen. Vi var der i 9 dager, og i alt var det […] helt ok. I og med at vi dro dit for å surfe og det er der de beste bølgene er på øya. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet hvis dere ønsker noe mer romantisk og finere hotel. Spa hotel er det absolutt ikke. Servicen var ekstremt bra, noe av det beste jeg faktisk har opplevd. Til og med bedre enn 5 stjerners hotell serivce. De lar deg føle deg ganske hjemme og er veldig hjelpsomme med hva du enn trenger. Standarden på dette hotel svarer efter vores opfattelse kun til et 3-stjernet hotel, da hotellet er nedslidt og uden luksus. Beliggenhed og morgenmads buffet levede dog op til vores forventniger.

"Hesperia park on the beach."
Me and my 18 year old son stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Service was fine, breakfast was abundant and even some fresh food which was nice (the coffie not really good). The rooms clean and mostly quiet. Walls are very thin though. Overall good for reasonable price.

"Meget bra beliggenhet og grei standard til prisen"
Alt var egentlig veldig greit, ikke noe mer eller mindre. Beliggenheten var det beste med dette hotellet, helt nede på playaen. Fin service og hyggelig personale. Rolig og fin atmosfære og ikke noe bråk eller festing. Frokosten var helt grei. Vi klagde på harde madrasser i sengene og de ville gjerne hjelpe oss med å bytte dem ut, men vårt opphold var […] midt i romjulen så det var fullbooket så de hadde ikke ledige mykere madrasser, noe de beklaget veldig. Dette er lurt å avklare og avtale på forhånd ved booking så ordner de mykere senger. Vi ville valgt dette hotellet om igjen. Leer más

Det var mycket servicevänlig och trevlig personal på hotellet. Den dagen vi kom hade vi missat middagen med 5 minuter men de löste att vi fick en matsäck med oss upp på rummet. Den dagen vi skulle åka åkte vi 5 på morgonen dvs innan de öppnat frukosten. Då var vi välkomna att ta för oss av det de hunnit ställa fram än så länge. Mycket bra service. "Hesperia Troya, voor herhaling vatbaar!!"
Ondanks wat strubbelingen bij het inchecken (omdat mensen op de dag van vertrek tot 12.00u in de kamer mogen blijven was onze kamer bij aankomst pas om 13.45u gereed) een geweldige vakantie gehad! Ligging hotel is super, lekker centraal maar toch niet in de enorme drukte. Vooral 's avonds leuke animatie bij de poolbar of bij slechter weer binnen, maar […] ook overdag werd er volop georganiseerd voor jong en oud. Ontbijtruimte helaas volledig binnen, maar wel zeer goed georganiseerd. Plek voor max. 450 personen dus altijd wel een plekje te vinden en alles wordt perfect bijgehouden/bijgevuld. Zwembad is heerlijk, lekker schoon ook en ruim voldoende ligbedjes en parasols beschikbaar, zowel 's ochtends als midden op de dag. Kamers zijn prima, ietwat gedateerd, maar zeker ruim genoeg. Badkamer vertoonde wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Schoonmaak (met name de tegelvloer) liet te wensen over. Stofzuiger hebben ze nog nooit van gehoord helaas. Al met al een prima hotel voor een heerlijke zonvakantie op Tenerife! Wij gaan volgend jaar zeker terug!! Leer más
