This hotel was a nice place to stay after a long day of traveling. Desk service was especially accommodating and friendly. My only word of caution is don't think this hotel is in Redmond as the name suggests. It actually is on the edge of Bellevue. We had a 4-5 mile drive from the hotel to Redmond.

A nice, clean hotel with quick service. Many different restaurants within 5 minutes, walking distance even. Plus different stores to do a little shopping. Even for food and snacks to store in your room that is equipped with fridge and microwave. An overall nice stay

Hotel was superb. Everything from the service to comfort was beyond great. Worth every penny. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for the business traveler.

I had a room with two queen sized beds and one twin sized sofa bed. Finally a room that fit our family of five! It is often difficult to fit into a single room with one son and two daughters. Free wi-fi was great for us, though a bit slow. Don't expect to watch Netflix. But the TV had good choices for families or business travelers. My daughters loved the indoor pool. My room was very comfortable and there are plenty of things to do with in walking distance. Food as well as shopping.

Enjoyed out stay. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing.

Very clean hotel. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast Buffett was unstocked and hotel staff putting out food were a bit rude but overall a great hotel .

Nice hotel. Close to Microsoft. The hotel is cut into a small hill. This means some 2nd floor rooms actually have ground level windows. WiFi could have been faster.

Our stay at Silver Cloud was great. The hotel was very clean and newer construction. The value was excellent. Why pay much more for a downtown Seattle hotel when Silver Cloud Redmond is only 15 minutes away?

The staff were exemplary, very courteous. The room was well kept and comfortable. They seem to have every amenity you could ever want. I even enjoyed a nice work-out the morning before check out.

My son and I stayed 1 night at this hotel and I will definitely come back! The rooms are large and roomy, and the mini-kitchenette was a nice surprise! Would be great for simple meal prep on a longer trip. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, even taking extra time to assist me with learning of road closures in the area. Wonderful saltwater pool […] and hot tub was a great wat to relax after a long day. I-90 is very easy to access and takes you directly to CenturyLink Field (we were there for a Seahawks game) and the water front area of Seattle. My only complaint, if it can even be called that, was a somewhat limited breakfast selection. I would have like more fruit options, some salsa or cheese for the scrambled eggs, and something more geared towards children. But, this was an extremely minor issue and one that will NOT keep me from returning! Leer más

We were very happy with our stay at the Silver Cloud Inn Hotel in Redmond. The employees were friendly and helpful (except for one manager who did not understand how Expedia works), the provided daily breakfast was good, and the room was clean. We were very impressed with this hotel - clean, friendly, great hot breakfast, free parking, and comfortable beds. We were on our way to an Alaska Cruise, and were given printed Google maps from the staff at the front desk showing us where to go - above and beyond what we expected. We found a wonderful Chinese Buffet, just a block away, called the Mandarin […] Grill and Buffet, that was one of the best we have ever seen. I stayed this hotel, instead of costy hotel in Seattle downtown. I was satisfied with all of the services.

We have stayed here before and enjoy the hotel. We love the large rooms and the big TV screens. It is close to the microsoft campus for anyone that is going there or wants to see it. The only problem was the air conditioner didn't blow real hard so we had to turn it way up to keep the room at a comfortable temperature at night while sleeping. Fortunately […] it was not too loud. The Silver Cloud Inn is located in Redmond, which is about 15 minutes away from downtown Seattle. It is in a nice suburban area, and it is within walking distance of a number of different stores and restaurants. The service was pretty good, although it's nothing to write home about. The size of the king size room is generous - I really liked the layout […] of our room. There is a separate sink and cabinet area for coffee and keeping food and beverages, and there is a mini refrigerator. The hotel has a nice spa, but the pool water was warmer than expected. The free continental breakfast was one of the best that I've ever had, and that makes for a great value for families and business travelers! We came solely to visit Seattle, so we stayed here to save money on lodging. However, if you are planning to spend more time in the city, I think it would be more worthwhile to get a hotel in town so that you don't have to drive in and out of the city for any entertainment. However, if budget is a consideration, this hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, and a great value! While it is lacking in location for leisure travelers, we liked the hotel overall! Leer más

Chose the Silver Cloud Redmond due to its proximity to family. It is in the Crossroads/Overlake area on the Eastside. Many conveniences nearby. Comfortable room with large flat screen TV. Bathroom was small. Nice fitness room and amenities.

Not an amazing hotel but it's convenient and close to Seattle. Self-serve waffle avail at breakfast but the wait was too long. The walls are pretty thin and we could hear ppl next door talking until 4am (which is out of the hotel's control). I'd stay for one night again if I'm going for a weekend shopping trip to Seattle area.

This hotel has a beautful lobby, well-kept exterior, is very affordable, and has very friendly personnel!! The beds were really comfortable, and the maid service was excellent!! If you are staying in the Redmond, Washington area and need a comfortable place to rest, this is the place to stay!! The only recommedation I would make...clean the carpets […] in the rooms. This hotel is perfect. For the price, the stay is fantastic. Nice comfy King Bed, big TV, and quality soaps and towels. If I am ever in Seattle again I will definitely stay here.

Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The hotel was full but we hardly heard anyone else. The only negative was that breakfast was quite busy and there was nowhere for us to sit. Liked that the check-out time was at noon. Pretty quick trip across the 520 bridge into downtown Seattle. Would recommend this to a friend.

there was not a resturaunt at this location but several around it. we ordered from a delivery service the first night, the food was luke warm and way over priced. the room was fairly comfortable but could of been better in my opinion. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. i would stay there again if i had to but i think i would try and find […] a different place personally. for the area the room rate was ok. Everything about this hotel was great except the pool. Not that I was trying to drink it, but when a little would get in my mouth it tasted awful. I didn't swim in it again after that. I'm positive it had just been in there way too long and been treated with too many chemicals. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the rooms were nice. This was our second stay at a Silver Cloud Inn, second location we've tried, and I highly recommend Silver Cloud as the quietest, most comfortable hotel we've stayed at, with excellent breakfast. We will use Silver Cloud whenever possible.

Let's just say their idea of a deluxe room and mind are way apart. Glade I was only there one night.

I saw the pictures online but when we went to the room was diferent, very modern, big plasma, beautiful!!!! The matress was very comfort, we recommend it.

We were there one night for a house hunting trip. The room was very clean and the amenities were nice. The bed was rather too soft for our preference but others may like that. The complimentary breakfast was great, including eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles and much more.

I would definitely use this hotel again. If you want to be amongst the action of downtown Seattle then this probably isn't the place to stay but if you have a car then its an easy 15 - 20 mins away. The staff were friendly, the room was a good size, comfortable bed with none of those thin, gross pillows you sometimes find in places, everything was up […] to date, huge flat screen tv and most importantly to me, clean! Breakfast is included and in additional to the usuals of other hotels with included breakfast there are hot food options. Had a lovely stay and will be back next time i'm in town. Leer más

for the money, this is probably the nicest, cleanest, and most convenient hotel I have stayed at in the eattle area lately. The location (right off 520 in Redmond) was perfect for my Doctor appt. at the U of W Medical Center, then for leaving ton the next day, take 520 to 202 east and takes you right to North Bend, hardly any traffic!! We stayed at this hotel for our first trip to Seattle and the zoo. We were immediately greeted by 2 very nice men working at the front desk, they went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our room and assisted us with restaurants, movie times, etc. This hotel has fabulous value for the money - we will come back to this hotel for sure.
