A disappointing stay at this Pullman. I last stayed at this property, probably, around 4 years ago. Nothing has changed. The reception area is very nicely kept - great service from the reception desk, but it all goes down hill from there. My room, on the 14th floor, paint was flaking from the windows, damp in the bathroom, chipped paintwork and just […] generally poor decor. My colleague, also staying on the 14th, had the wallpaper bubbling away from the walls, as well as general state of disrepair. Perhaps more insulting was the EUR11 per pint (0.5l) of beer in the bar! Finally, it is very rare that I walk away from a breakfast buffet but there was literally nothing that looked that appertising. 2 strands of bacon left, some rather tired looking scrambled eggs, a few bowls of tinned fruit. Pullman (formerly Sofitel) are in general a good brand. Speaking with the client I met following the stay I think our experience was not typical. I just wonder if the 14th floor is kept aside for "special rates" . . . . Look, Paris is expensive, rooms often small. Have reviewed this hotel before but this last time my room was nowhere near as nice. Seems some floors have been refurbished but others not.

Comfortable hotel. check in was disorganised when my room was double booked and had to go back to reception. nice view; good but expensive breakfast. friendly staff. Can improve on safety indications, station bills, fire extuinghuishers, etc.

Nice hotel, good room and very comfy bed. Not in the centre of Paris though, so if you are going for sightseeing, shopping etc not the best location. Good location for the Exhibition Centre. Biggest downside of the hotel was the bar prices!

We stayed at this hotel over the New Year period. It was simply great. We stayed with our 2 year old and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was very tasty with a little bit of everything on offer. It is about a 40 minute walk for the Eiffel Tower but the walk is charming and you get to see a lot of Paris this way. Good room, Good Service, and Good Food. Next door to terrific Water Park and mall with a McDonalds, and better restaurants, and theater, which makes it great for families with youngsters. A little out of town for easy access to main tourist attractions, but if you dare to learn the Metro system, your better off where-ever you stay.

The hotel was great! the night before we left my husband read some not so flattering reviews so he was not looking forward to the trip. The hotel was clean, you could see the age on some things but basically because of construction and modern construction is not being built to last. The safe broke one day and when we went down to get it fixed they sent someone up 5 minutes later to fix it, so it was fixed immediately. The hotel is close to the metro and a variety of restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is safe to navigate on foot at night. Be aware that children under 12 years are not allowed in the hotel pool. Moreover Speedos are required for men in order to get in the water. If pool access is critical to your decision a water park is right next door.

This was our first trip to Paris and we thoroughly enjoyed it.The hotel is lovely and although it is quite far from the centre of the city the Metro is only minutes from the hotel.Once on the train it only takes ten minutes to the central area. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is a little of the beaten path but is only about 2 blocks to the Metro station. The restaurant and bar serve good food but it is a little pricy.

L'hôtel va fermer pour cause de construction du futur ministere de la défense. Le service reste bon, le petit dej copieux, le club de sport et la piscine au 23eme étage est suerbe et bien agréable. Je recommande avan que ça ferme!

We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad. Alles was supergoed verzorgd. De bediening was erg goed. Heel erge vriendelijke mensen/bediening. Het enige was dat we een zoontje hebben van 1 jaar en we waren heel erg enthausiast over het zwembad. Daar bij het zwembad aangekomen, vertelden ze ons dat kinderen onder 12 jaar NIET mogen zwemmen. Trés bon rapport qualité prix aux conditions promotionnelles. Le niveau de prestation est tout à fait conforme aux critères d'un 4*- stationnement sur place et déplacements faciles à partir de Sèvres

jammergenoeg stond er niet bij dat kinderen onder de 12j niet toegelaten waren in het zwembad.... en de gratis wifi in de kamer werkte de eerste dag wel en daarna niet meer

bon séjour en général dans cet hôtel avec sauna et hammam et piscine. bon en général . excepté un petit soucis le soir au bar de l'hôtel ou nous n'avons pas trouvé sympa le barman lors de notre séhour. le reste du personnel est très bien.

HOTEL bruyant, on dort mal, il fait trop chaud dans les chambre. on est resté 2 jours et la chambre n'a pas été faite. à éviter!!!

Proche porte de Versailles. Personel accueillant. Check out un peu long.

The hotel is situated close to the metro (7-10 minutes walk) in the very end of the city-centre; in the south-west corner. A tall hotel that has a big nice little-garden-entrance and reception-area. A very nice pub in the hotel, but only a small and "simple" restaurant with a good menue (eg foie gras) though. Comfortable bed and luxurious Roger & Gallet […] bath & schampoo-kit. The staff at the hotel are all very polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast-buffet included in the price for the room, is very good, with a lot of fresh fruits, and above all, served with the amazing view over Paris at the top-floor. Das Hotel liegt in einer für Paris ruhigen Lage. 5 min. Gehweg zur nächsten Metro Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel fährt die S-Bahn. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Hotels ist nur durchschnittlich. Hotelzimmer sehr eng. Betten sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet in Ordnung aber eng gestellt. Restaurantqualität gut aber auch teuer. Hotelbar top.Das Hotelschwimbad […] darf erst ab einem Alter von 12 Jahren genutzt werden, dafür gibt es aber direkt neben dem Hotel den Aquaboulevard, ein grosses Abenteurschwimmbad. hotel and rooms are not clean, towels have an unpleasant odour, when you open the shower door the noise can be heard from the next room, some staff are friendly and some are terrible, have to wait in line for about 30minutes to check out, room service is no good(staff have to idea about the menu for room service) a menu was not present in the room, […] in short you dont get what you pay for. If You accept the location - there is nothing to see around - It is nice hotel. Very good breakfast. The metro connection was ok.

Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich, sauer und gut ausgestattet. Die Metro erreicht man in knapp 5min und von dort aus kann man ganz Paris einfach bereisen. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war das Frühstück im 23. Stock, wir konnten frühstücken und Paris von oben betrachten. Der Service war super, nette Mitarbeiter und ständig hilfsbereit.

Normal global standard mega type business hotel. Good enough space twinbed room. Facilities in the room ,liquid crystal dispaly TV, ice box, safety box,bathtub etc, all necessary goods are well equipped. Hotel zelf was erg netjes, Lobby is super strak en het restaurant op de 23ste verdieping is fantastisch. Maar de kamers en de etage van de kamers (sliep op de 19e) waren niet wat ik verwachte. Onafgewerkt en/of in slechte staat. Meer wat je zou verwachten van een gemiddeld 3 sterren hotel en niet van een hotel van deze prijs. Verder doet het kaartjes […] systeem om de deur te openen het vaak niet, heb een kleine 5x op en neer gemoeten naar de receptie om me kamer binnen te komen, met 1x de monteur er bij. Ik kan niet oordelen over de rest van de kamers, maar voor mij hoef ik niet terug naar dit hotel. Leer más
