Villa Pantheon

Es un hotel que parece los entrenan educadamente decir no a cualquier petición no fundamental. Por ejemplo la caja fuerte no servia en nuestro cuarto, y al solicitarles si podia dejar con ellos mi dinero en efectivo en lo que la arreglaban y yo saia a pasear, se negaron , al solicitarles el dejar una pieza de equipaje por 5 dias en lo que viajaba en […] los alrededores de Paris y regresaba, tambien se negaron. Por otra parte el numero del staff esta al menos corto por una persona, la misma persona que atiende en la recepción, atiende en el bar del lobby, por lo que no se puede siempre recibir buen servicio. El cuarto es muy chico, dejando menos de 40 cm a cada lado de la cama queen para encontrarte con la pared. De lo positivo es un hotel que esta muy bien situado, a un par de cuadras de la Iglesia de Notre Dame, en una zona muy agradable. No se debe de comparar este hotel con otras opciones de 4 estrellas, pero si esta a un precio competitivo con uno de 3 y es eso lo que se busca en calidad de servicio puede ser opcion Leer más

ME parece un lugar muy bueno para hospedarse, porque en general queda muy cerca Notre Dame, Saint Michel, y a muy pocos minutos esta una estacion de metro que puede llevar a cualquier parte de la ciudad.

Los cuartos son sumamente chicos, apenas cabíamos dos con cuatro maletas y no hay restaurante. La ubicación es muy buena junto a la Sorbona y muy cerca de Notre Dame, el metro a cuatro cuadras.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la Sobone y del Pantheon y muy cerca de Notre Dame. Las habitaciones no son grandes lo normal para París aunque las dos que nos dieron a nosotros eran algo más grandes. En general el hotel estaba bastante bien conservado, limpio y el baño es pequeño pero esta totalmente renovado. La atención es correcta […] aunque no hablan español pero si en inglés. El mobiliario viejo, el sofá deshilachado, las carpinterías peladas. Eso sí, dos plasmas en un dormitorio. Si procedes de España te parecerá que las estrellas en Francia las regalan. El servicio muy amable. La ubicación fantástica.

This hotel was very reasonable in price and is in a perfect location, inbetween ille de la cite and the pantheon/jardin du luxembourg. Lots of good food nearby. The hotel itself is very nice. The decor of the rooms is a bit garish (but if that is what you select your hotels on I can't help you). The rooms were clean, comfortable, nice bathroom, helpful […] staff. What more do you want. The room was tiny and there were a few dirty patches (our bedcover had cigarette burns in it) - but the hotel is very nice and in an amazing location. Staff were very helpful.

Located a few minutes from Notre Dame, this hotel is a good mid-price hotel. Not deluxe and rooms need refreshing, but if you want the left bank for cheap go for it. Some good restaurants nearby. Try Lhasa for Tibetan food - superb.

The Hotel in dated, but charming, and in an excellent location. Some of the staff are superb, but some are curt and rude, and not in the concise and direct way of the French. I was promised internet as a part of my room fee. They were in the process of changing servers and did not have service, although they committed to providing it at one time, and […] none of us were able to even get service in the lobby during critical times for all of us as business people. The location is worth the access to the neighboring restaurant La Perigordine and Balzar, but the contretemps over the internet service was unforgivable given it serves a business clientele. Generally a good experience staying at this hotel. Just two remarks; The toiletries were never replaced so used our own stuff for the last two days. The smoke alarm, located right outside our door,suddenly began to wail extremely loudly early one morning. We dressed ourselves quickly and ran downstairs to reception. Great hotel in a lovely area. Walking distance to metro and attractions

Fantastic location: Pantheon, Notre Dame, several metro stations, etc. within walking distance. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. (Pizza Roma on the same block is amazing! Otherwise try to avoid the tourist trap restaurants across from the Notre Dame in the Latin Quarters.) Neighborhood is fairly touristy. Helpful front desk, spoke English […] pretty well. The location of the Villa Pantheon hotel is excellent - it is just off the Boulevard Saint Germain, and close to Notre Dame, the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens. Our room was v comfortable and the hotel was also within easy reach of numerous restaurants

the service was excellent and the hotel was nice and comfortable rooms a bit small but sufficient there was one maid that knocked on all the room doors at 8.00 am calling outsome ones name which woke up all our floor which wasnt very pleasant but that was all that disturbed us

The location was excellent in the Latin quarter. One of the hotel staff members (male) was very rude but the rest of the staff very helpful and kind. So I just had to wait for someone else to be on duty before I went to the reception to ask for help.

We stayed here for three nights and it was great! Great location. We had a free upgrade so the room was quite big and the staff were friendly. Our issue was minor - the heating seemed to be on fully (too hot) or not at all without any middle ground. Overall would definately go back and recommend this hotel.

Great location, about 3 blocks from the metro with plenty of places to eat nearby, and very close to the river and Notre Dame. Staff was very courteous and helpful when we needed ice for my wife's knee at 1 AM after New Years Eve. The Villa Pantheon was almost a nice hotel but there were a few things that we a bit tired and old. Some might see this as rustic charm but we just found them to be annoying. It was a nice hotel but is not a bit shabby. It is struggling to remain a 4 star hotel. the location of this hotel is the positive. the negatives are the rooms (size, cleanliness, overall feel), the staff (not very friendly and overly concerned with charging for everything). keep looking around before you settle on this one. there are lots of other great ones out there in the same price range.

Excellent location. No international channels on the TV.

Nothing missing from hotel rooms, old Victorian style, problematic internet connection at lobby free wifi, poor brekfast selection. But all assumes less importance because of friendly and caring staff. It makes a difference.

The location was ideal for us. right next to the metro and Notre dame. Two very good restaurants on same block. On a busy street, so light sleepeers beware. Large room with balcony was in good condtion. Nice staff. Would stay again. Good for price as well.

The staff was really helpful and nice. The location was excellent in the Latin Quarter. Easy to catch the Metro anyway we wanted to go and we did go and go and go. A couple of reasonably places to eat nearby. Real easy to catch the RER B line to CDG airport. Will stay here again when we come back

Apparently a 4* hotel which doesn't offer room service or even a kettle in the room. We asked for an adapter everyday at the reception and didn't get one as they only had 3 for the whole hotel. The staff were pleasant enough but I fail to see what element of this hotel is 4*. we arrived expecting to feel special staying in a luxury hotel but it was […] nothing more than a dark room. If we had known this we would've saved our money and stayed in a b&b and probably had just as nice of an experience. Excellent location, staff reasonably welcoming, small rooms asked for a change of room, stayed four days yetleft with only two containersof shampoo for two people, the bar prices most expensive of our visit in Paris for a four star hotel was dissapointed

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Pantheon Hotel.The location was great and the Hotel staff was very helpful.

The hotel is very close to a metro, and but not in a highly touristy area (a total plus!). Lots of good restaurants in the area, at decent prices too. The rooms are comfortable, and quite large for Paris standards. just make sure your room is not next to the elevator! the staff are polite and very accomodating, and we enjoyed the visit very much.

Visited this hotel for two nights with my 10 years old daughter. The stuff were helpfull and very friendly. They were more or less fluent in english. Our room was a suprise! BIgger than I had expected, and the windows towards the "backyard", so it was quiet. The next time I visit Paris, I will definitely book this hotel again!

Services, hotel cleanliness, small room without internet was a disappointment for me.

Great location - very very small rooms and very poor service in the bar area. Although breakfast was offered there seemed no facility or evidence of it in the mornings. Staff were very very nice and a great location for the latin quarter

This hotel was located in the Latin Quarter, only a few blocks from Notre Dame. There were many eating establishments nearby with reasonably priced food. The Metro was only two blocks away and the stop for the Hop on/Hop Off bus excursion was very close. The four of us walked extensively and felt very safe. Great location-room not available first night-some kind of maintenance problem-sent us by taxi to another hotel, paid for taxi to and from and gave us an upgraded nice room for the second and third night

The rooms were clean but tiny. Nothing beats the locations. It is right near the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame Cathedral and a ton of bars & restaurants.

We stayed in a number of three-star hotels around Europe on this trip, and this supposed 4-star was the worst of the bunch. The internet barely worked in the room (we were on the first floor) so the lobby was always full of "surfers." The biggest problem though was the heat in the room. Even though it was only 12-16 degrees (celcius) during the day […] while we were in Paris, our room was unbearably hot. The air conditioning didn't work, and if we opened the window is was too loud. We tried opening the window for an hour or two before bed and then closing it when we went to sleep, but somehow the room would heat up again even thought the a/c was supposedly on. Leer más

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with booking excursions, taxis, dinner reservations, etc. The one thing that would have made the stay better at Villa Pantheon would be in-room coffee. Hotel was very roomy and steps from the metro. Location was fantastic and could easily access most major landmarks by walking. The staff spoke fluent English, which made getting information very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Pantheon is a very good location. Many dining restaurants, convenience store & bakeries to choose and just a few walks from the hotel,..Notre Dame is only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel. This is a wonderful hotel! It actuallly was my second trip to Paris and my second time at this hotel in two years, and they are wonderful! It is a 30 min Metro ride from the Airport, CDG. Easy walk from the Metro stop to the hotel. My husband and I got there before check in, but let us drop off our bags and lock them up so we could roam around. The […] staff is very nice, very helpful, even set up a taxi for our ride to the train station. Though breakfast was not included in our stay there are many Cafe's just on your block alone to check out, all are wonderful. They do have a breakfast there, however the fresh bakery to me is more tempting :-) I definetly would recommend this to anyone visitng Paris. Possibly the worst experience we have ever had.

The hotel is in a good location on the left bank near public transportation and is easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were an average size for Paris and the bathroom was OK. The hotel staff were unhelpful and some had an attitude which greatly detracted from the stay. They have a nice lobby bar, but there is no one that works […] it as the staffing is so light. Leer más

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Villa Pantheon. I chose this locale since I previously stayed in the Latin Quarter during a previous stay in Paris. My room was quite nice, split level with a nice bathroom on the lower level and bedroom on the upper level. The hotel staff was very accommodating as well. The hotel is located in an excellent […] location; adjacent to most of the great places and sights in Saint Germain and the Latin Quarter. Located near lots of good restaurants, cafes, and not to mention my favorite pub in all of Paris, the Long Hop. There are several Metro stations also within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The only downside was the lack of wifi in the room, but the lobby had free wifi. I certainly look forward to staying in the Villa Pantheon during my next trip to Paris. Leer más
