El hotel se ubica en un buen sector de la ciudad, alrededor de restaurantes, centros comerciales y sitios de interés turístico. La estación de trenes queda a menos de dos cuadras., por lo que la conexión con el aeropuerto, vía transporte público es expedita.

Pro's Very clean, felt safe traveling w/child, elevator and door manned part time, front door requires key after 11pm, free cold bottled water, very quiet, front desk at your disposal, free coffee in am, parking lot barely a block away., 1 elevator under renovation but still no long wait, friendly, polite front desk, very good price on hotels.com, but […] hotel members also get good rates. Con's Check where you want to sight see-not in walking distance to many favorites, there is a bus and subway system we didn't try, room very VERY small, good for business travelers only-did not realize this was a business hotel, small tv off to side of desk, lights over bed too close, pay for parking, was supposed to be one price, machine charged $2.00 over. I have stayed here before, the cheaper rooms are a little small but expected for the price. Mine had a desk, microwave, fridge and free wireless. Room was clean and had all the amenities I expected. Great location and walking distance to everything.

This Hotel was beautiful. Perfectly located in the shopping district, walking distance to the bell and other historic sites as well as South St for the nightlife. Room was a little small, small TV and the bed was not the most comfortable but if you are spending all of your time in your room then you may as well stay home anyway.

The location is great and the room was more than adequate. This will be the first place I check when lodging in Philadelphia.

Club Quarters Philidelphia is well located just outside main cbd but in easy walk of main shops, metro and Amtrak station. Loved the village feel of the surrounding eateries/streets. Rooms are smaller than average hut well appointed. Free guest laundry was a great service. Staff were friendly and attentative but not overly so. After a 9 hour drive, this hotel was exactly what we needed. A simple, no frills, clean room. The rooms are smaller than other hotels that I have stayed in, but its purpose is entirely for one function: sleep. The room itself was clean and free of odors. The main clientele of this hotel seemed to be business travelers, so we did not have to deal with […] any real noise level. Our room was on the back side of the hotel, facing a parking garage. There was not much road noise during the night and the hotel staff was very pleasant and willing to accommodate. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive room in Philadelphia. This hotel is beautiful. I was 100% satisfied all the way around. What a wise decision I made to book here. I'll mos def return and reccommend Club Quarters to my family & friends.

Negatives: Not a fan of the self service amenities and self service check-in/ check-out. One elevator was out of service during our stay. Front Desk attendant at night was incredibly rude. This was the second time that I've stayed at Club Quarters and have had a wonderful experience each time. The hotel is close to all of the great restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A friend of mine left her purse in the room after check out and when she called later in the evening the front desk told her housekeeping brought it […] to the desk and they would mail it to her. Great location - Appreciated the Front Desk policy of asking those who were storing luggage if there was a computer, tablet etc and if the answer was yes - these items were stored at the front desk. The elevators are being upgraded only one in service which led to delays however hotel staff was assigned to run the elevator which lessened the wait time. We just stayed one night to see a concert & this was within walking distance of the venue & suited our needs perfectly. I'd stay there again. Also, It was very reasonable.

CC prime location!

I stayed at this hotel in Philadelphia. I only had one complaint which would be the elevator situation. Based on reading the other reviews the elevator has been out of service for a while. Other than that I loved the hotel and plan on staying there again. The location was perfect because we were blocks from everything we wanted to see.

Really comfortable beds and great service of free purified water on floor with bottles provided. Free wi-fi and handy to have two computers and printer in the lobby. Didn't eat at hotel restaurant, but menu looked good and was busy at mealtimes. Was very central and would definately recommend this hotel.

Pros: + The lobby is really nice + idea of providing clear water bottles outside the elevator was great + Room had very high ceilings which made up for the small size + Fastest check-out and check-in I have ever experienced Cons: - Very small room - Placement of the television was poor. It was impossible to watch TV from the bed or from the desk. One […] had to stand to watch TV - No Bathtub. The staff were particularly helpful; the room was very clean and pretty. If I marked down comfort 1, it was only because when I arrived in the room it was very cold; they have adjustable heat and it did eventually warm up but it took a while, but in fairness I checked in quite late. After an attitude-filled phone conversation, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown by the managers on duty. They accomodated an unusual request, and took feedback well. The computers with printers in the lobby is a great touch for someone with business needs.

Everything was good except for the slow elevator (1 - other was out of order since August)

All I really need is a clean room and a comfortable bed because I don't plan on spending much time in the room. The location is great. The staff was also great. We have a very nice stay recently at the Club Quarters hotel on Chestnut Street in downtown Philly. The price was great, even with a room upgrade. Our room was very clean as was the whole facility. The only negative that we had was the timing of our arrival (1:00 am) and the lack of a doorman to drop off our luggage. a good price but would have liked a nicer room. I was rather claustrophobic - small and dark - no window to speak of (4 inches peeked out from the neighboring wall ) perhaps this was the last room left but I would have expected to hear that the room was in essence "windowless" as I booked or checked in. Tiny bathroom/shower only which is ok but so cramped […] you had to reach under the counter awkwardly to flush the toilet. This hotel is top notch, clean, functional and elegant. I was in town on business and visited the Crowne and Westin hotels during my meetings. I can tell you that the Club Quarters was every bit as nice as those hotels, with a larger lobby sitting area, coffee and water service areas, easy to access internet desks, etc... VERY impressed with what Club […] Quarters offers for the price paid. The room was very clean and refined, bathroom as well, it did not feel like a low budget remod of an old city hotel. Can't beat the price, location or quality. Whould stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have enjoyed it, however I was there a few weeks ago over New Year's weekend. The construction they are doing has one elevator shut down. Elevator service is horribly slow, and one night 12 drunks squished on the elevator after I got on and the elevator got stuck, we were stuck in there for 45 minutes. I've always stayed at CQ, and I'm always pleased with the service and clelanliness of the hotel. They do a great job, and are located in a prime location in the heart of the City!

I have been staying at Philly Club Quarters for several years. Hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are quite small, but clean. Staff is always helpful.

Excellent well-run hotel in the midst of an upscale section of Center City, Philly.

I booked this hotel last minute just for a night in Philadelphia. I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary for the price I bought at but I was amazed at the quality I encountered. The place is clean, neat, and extremely accessible. My room was comfortable and inviting, and everything had a place. Extra blankets, pillows, etc. etc. are all available […] just down the hallway. You can even get freshly bottled water for yourself. The staff is extremely friendly. The check-in/-out process is simple. There's really nothing more you could demand from a hotel. Great find. Decent hotel, but a little run down. Wifi was terrible for a business hotel. Overal good value

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight at this hotel. When you walk in, it is clear they recently refurbished the lobby and we were excited by the look of it. However, the rooms were quite a different story. They were offering an upgrade special, which was great. $15 for a superior room and $25 for a suite. We took the $15 upgrade and thank GOD we did […] because I can't imagine what the standard room would have been like. The room was TINY. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the rooms needed an upgrade. They were "upgrading" the elevators so they were extremely slow, which they did warn us about....and I did appreciate the free trail mix because of it. All in all, I wouldn't say this was a horrible experience, but I wouldn't choose to stay there again. Leer más

The Club Quarters is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and shopping in Rittenhouse Square and Center City. For the value, it was hard to beat. We walked quite a bit over our weekend and only had I take a cab once to hit Geno's Steaks. Other than that, there is so much to get to by foot, which is awesome. My wife and I would definitely stay […] there again. They are in the process of upgrading the elevators, but even still the wait wasn't long. I loved my short time in Club Quarters. Maybe it was the fact that I was staying alone, but I found the chamber quite comfortable and tidy.
