Es lo que un buen viajero busca de un hotel en NYC, agua caliente, caliente y limpio el cuarto, un metro cerca, wifi y hasta ahí. Recomendación no vayan a comer a los restaurantes de atras del hotel es muy fea la comida.

Esta a 15 minutos de Manhattan en bus, sale de la puerta del hotel y te regresa al mismo lugar salen casa 10 minutos te deja en 8 y 42 en Manhattan , el desayuno muy bueno , la atención excelente y el personal muy predispuesto a darte información turística , esta en una zona de negocios , supermercados y varios restaurantes, la zona segura para caminar sin problemas

Un hotel de la categoría del Holiday Inn debería tener al menos en la recepción, personal que hablara español. Aquí en México en casi todos los hoteles de más de 4 estrellas, los recepcionistas son bilingues. Gracias.

Este hotelñ solo lo recomiendo en los casos que estes en apuros, no encuentres otro hotel, estes cansado y quieras resolver una noche, ya que aunque la limpieza del hotel es buena, creo la comodida de la habitacion deja mucho que desear

Estoy 100% satisfecho con mi experiencia e este hotel. Efectivamente las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero yo solo lo utilicé para dormir, todo el día estaba en la calle. Lo recomiendo mucho para cualquiera que desee hospedarse en esta parte de Manhattan. El personal es de lo mas amable.

Estuve diez noches en el hotel, fuimos dos personas, confieso que fui temeroso por los comentarios respecto del tamaño de las habitaciones, pero la que nos dieron en el 5to piso fue bastante confortable, la limpieza diaria de la habitación es otro punto a favor. Está cerca a las líneas de tren. El personal es atento. No tuvimos problemas con el acceso […] a internet y tampoco experimentamos ruidos molestos en las noches, salvo lo normal de viajeros que llegan de noche o salen del hotel con sus maletas. La habitación es un tanto pequeña pero cubrio sobradamente mis expectativas. Esta muy bien ubicada a solo media cuadra del metro y muy cercade varias tiendas y comercios. La habitación era limpia y estaba muy bien cuidada. Definitivamente regresaria nuevamente.

Hotel ubicado a media cuadra del metro estacion 86 y a 3 cuadras del central park, ubicación residencial, hablan español y tiene internet gratis wifi en las habitaciones. Las habitacion son un poco pequeñas, pero para lo que uno está en ellas está bien.

Bebido a las cenizas volcánicas me fue imposible viajar pero mi esposa que ya estaba en EEUU si lo hizo quedando totalmente satisfecha con el hotel y el personal, estamos pensando ir toda la familia en el correr del año.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del Central Park y de estación de subte. Negocios y bares también a pocos metros. El barrio es muy tranquilo y está muy bien conectado. El hotel es muy limpio y cumple con todos los requerimientos de acuerdo al precio de la habitación. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomendaría.

This hotel was OK. The room was teeny tiny, knocked your elbows on the walls tiny. Sheets were mildly stained, not gross yucky stains, but old pen marks and the like - you didn't really want to crawl between them. "More cramped and twice as expensive as Tokyo"
The room was barely large enough for the bed, with no clothes dresser, no desk, not even a chair, and no place to open a single suitcase other than on top of the bed. "smallest room ever"
We have slept at this Hotel twice because we did not know that the room are the smallest I have ever seen anywhere. We taught we had seen small rooms elsewhere in the world but this Hotel wins the CAKE. We were in NYC to take a boat for a cruise so the night before our cruise the room ventilation was very noisy and it took us a while to understand that […] it was not a parked truck outside that had it's motor running but that it was the floor bellow us ventilation system that was making that noise. The bed was not very comfortable. The second room after the cruise was a bit bigger but not enough since we had to put our luggage in the bathtub to make sure we would have room to move in the room. The washroom was almost half the size of the room and our cabin during the cruise was way bigger. The price was fair but I did not like the service. I stay at the Belnord often when I am in NYC. It is very convenient for my business when I am in town, and it is also very clean and well maintained. I believe that the rooms have been recently renovated. The only challenge is that the rooms are very small. This was a very nice, small,clean,quiet hotel in a great neighbourhood with good shopping and close access to the park and museums. Perfect if you want a taste of the life New York residents live, Very convenient if you want to get downtown as it is one block to the subway and about 10 minutes to Times Square.

we got the same room. this time a little less painful but still need time to ask for code to get to internet. people could be nicer working behind the desk. toilet got a little dirtier than last time tho.

This modest hotel has a wonderful location one block from the 86th street and Broadway IRT subway stop, and one block in the other direction to Amsterdam Avenue and many,many wonderful restaurants. Hi All, Just stayed at the Belnord--was excited to stay--the location is great. I stayed in a single room--the room was clean, but wow was it spartan and absolutely tiny! Definitely the smallest hotel I have ever stayed in--including my national and international travels. It was pleasant enough, but for me, it was difficult to get over how tiny the […] room was. You open the door, there is the bed and that is pretty much the size of the room. Also, the heating system was excessively noisy. On the plus side, the location is great if you want to be on the upper west, and right next to 1 train, one block away on 86th st. Overall, if you can get over the size and the close quarters, you'll be fine, but don't expect anything other than spartan in the single rooms! Leer más

Yes, the rooms in this hotel are very, very small - in fact it is the smallest room I've ever stayed in. Even with the smallness of the room and space in general, it was a great place to stay. You can't beat the location on the Upper West Side - many restaurants and sites to see very close by. Walking distance to Central Park and great shopping very […] close by. And the price is one of the lowest in town. The entire hotel was VERY clean - no worry of bed bugs or other critters here! I didnt stay the whole night, but i will say my stay was great and even though i didnt get to check out, when i called to check out , the staff was great and ensured me everything would be okay. I will visit again soon and i will recommend to my friends as well.
