Nuestra estadia en Imperial Palace Hotel Casino Las Vegas, fue excelente.... tiene muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, rica comida, y por las noches DIVERSION...!!!!!

me cobraron 80 dolares por los dos dias en cosa que no utilice. ustedes deben poner la tarifa bien y que no le coja a uno de sorpresa pagar 80 dolares donde yo pensaba que todo estabas pago.

El cuarto en la torre HRH esta comodo, amplio pero el hotel esta muy lejos de Vegs Blvd. y tienes que tomar taxis para todo. Tambien te cobran $20 dlls. diarios adicionales por "ammenities". Si sumas todo eso, sale mejor quedarte en un hotel en el Bulevar.

El cuarto supreme esta bien, comodo y amplio. Pero el tener que tomar Taxi cada vez que salgas y ademas el cobro a fuerza de ammenities por $20 Dlls. diarios, hace que este hotel no sea recomendado para la proxima ida a Las Vegas. Mejor consigues algo en Vegas Bulevar, al final gastas lo mismo.....

Sabiamos que no teniamos que mover nada del snack bar por comentarios leidos con anterioridad. El baño impecablememte limpio y, una viste de noche espectacular. Lo unico que falto fue tener una cafetera en el cuarto para empezar bien dia.

Despues de llegar al hotel y haber cancelado la tarifa a traves de hoteles.com termina cancelando $20 diarios por concepto de resort cosa que no se especifico en la reservacion.

Pedi un T-Bone con Mashpotato y estaba no muy bien sasonado y tenia pimienta en exeso por lo que deje casi todo

es la segunda vez que me espedo en el hotel , esta vez en el area nueva y las habitaciones padrisimas, lo que mas nos fascina son sus alberkas, son el oasis perfecto para deskansar y relajarte, bueno no los fines de semana , jijiji pero tienen un ambiente super cool, me encanta quedarme en este hotel.

Para los que conocimos este hotel antes de su renovacion/expansion, pues creo que extrañamos el viajo hotel que era más acogedor. Las 2 nuevas torres, aunque más modernas, tapan la luz de la alberca, hacen que el sitio este mas atascado de gente y ruidoso. "Hotel ABC de Las Vegas"
Es un hotel diseñado para gente de no más de 30 años. Poca oferta gastronómica interna. Buen servicio de atención al pasajero. Habitaciones cómodas pero con pocos amenitis.

El hotel está muy bien en general. La ubicación quizá es el problema, fuera del Strip. Andando al Strip se tarda como unos 15 minutos. Por lo demás, bien. El hotel es muy chulo, con unas habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y modernas. Como negativo, su ubicación, 20-25 minutos andando a la strip, no hay conexión con bus, así que se tiene que toma un taxi. También advertir que añaden tasas al precio de la habitación, en septiembre del 2011, unos 20 dolares por noche.

Hay cobro con sólo levantar cualquier producto del frigobar, sin buena señalización. Al check out agregan cargos no anunciados al ingreso. Aún así, muy bueno. También con niños (10, 13 y 14 años) , lo pasamos estupendo.

Necesitaba una reforma y estaba algo alejado de la Strip. Por lo demás, el servicio del personal era muy bueno. No tocar nada del minibar o de los productos que ofrecen porque lo cobran y son bastante caros. La decoración y el ambiente del hotel son increibles, mucho estilo y gente joven, las fiestas de la piscina son privadas y hay que pagar a parte, el wifi, gimnasio y demás te lo cobran aunque no lo uses, no es opcional, es lo único malo del hotel. "El hotel esta bien unbicado, aunque no esta dentro"
Baja calidad en el alistaiento del hote, tenia solo medio black out en la ventana y no permitia dormir por la entrada de luz, pese a que anuncian esto. El minibar tenia botellas de bebidas ya utilizadas y no las remplazaron en la estadia, pese a que lo pedimos.

"Hard Rock Paradise Towers"
The Paradise tower we stayed in was a long walk from lobby but close to garage parking. The first 5 floors are not good. The first room they gave us on the 5th floor faced the parking lot and there was a car with the its headlights shining right into our room. We asked to moved. We were delighted to get the top floor. I very much enjoyed staying at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This was my 2nd time staying there and from now on I will ONLY stay at this hotel. Every time I stay at the Hard Rock, its for 5-6 days and I've never had any problems. I find the staff to be very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The hotel I find is very comfortable, the rooms […] were spacious for me and my sister. They have great. bars and dining that we always went to. I find the Hard Rock to be not too over crowded with people which I like. I also didn't mind that its located a little bit away from the strip. We were charged a resort fee at time of check in that I did not know about. So nice hotel and room and price but add an additional resort fee to your cost.

Love this hotel but the resort fees are getting out of hand. Now $26 per night. Just up the street no resort fees but Internet is only $10 per night and less for longer stays. HRH needs to wake up and get rid of these high fees.

"Hard rock hotel las vegas"
The staff was wonderful they upgraded us to a corner room overlooking the strip for our wedding aniv the view was amazing at night. It was our first time to any hard rock property, and we will be going again soon. While we were there we went down to the strip for a day and walked around and we were very happy we chose the hard rock where there were […] more couples and less families, nothing against them just wanted adult time. "Great Hotel at a Great Price!!!!"
Checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean with a great view, and the hotel had plenty of parking/transportation available. There were also plenty of things to do and places to eat... The Hard Rock Cafe is right out front but the hotel had few nice places to eat as well. Best part was having a Starbucks, and 24 Hour convenience store, Sports […] Bar, NightClub, and Casino right inside the building. Near by was a CVS (for hygienic supplies), Joe's Pizzeria, Tobacco Shop, Sushi Resturant, Gentleman's Club and a Salon in the neighboring strip mall. "Yes it is far off-strip but that can be a plus"
Hard Rock is cool and comfortable. The suite room was great, with a view of the Strip that you cannot get on the Strip. There is free nightly music, like a solid Johnny Cash cover band. Fun vibe. There are a few decent places too eat, plus the way overpriced Nobu.

Didn't realize exactly how far from the strip ~ stayed at HRC because my guest from Brazil wanted to. We need a bottle opener and they wanted to charge us...so we just bought one at the liquor store. We had placed our Do Not Disturb hanger on the door knob and the maid still opened the door! We checked to make sure we had it turned the correct way before […] we went to bed! Difficult getting a cab on Saturday night. Shuttle was convenient, but only service to the shopping mall. HRC should offer free shuttle service and free parking and raise their room rates a bit to offset and they will have better reviews! Customer Service is the vital when you are so far off the strip! The front desk screwed up the billing and over charged me and that was nightmarish to resolve but the property is nice and I prefer not to be on the strip but it is a bit inconvenient to get to shows or shopping as they do not offer shuttle service. "Very nice"
We stay at the Hard Rock often. This was one of our best stays ever. They upgraded us to a gorgeous suite for free. Service was great - casino floor was great - one of our best experiences at the hotel.

I have stayed at the Hard Rock in Vegas a dozen times or so. It has met or exceeded my expectations each time. the service is outstanding. the service is so good I asked many emplyees what they thought of their employer and they all say they love their job.
