mas o menos limpio y barato los banos sucios y viejos, las camas limpias y comodas, el ruido de la calle espantoso pero en fin son las vegas la ciudad que nunca duerme, si vas con poco dinero es una buena opcion

el hotel es muy bueno comodo y bien ubicado, lo unico que el ascensor para las habitaciones es un poco lento le falta que le inyecten velocidad pero el resto es excelente, recomiendo su restaurant muy parisino.

Gracias por brindar este servicio a precios excelentes, los recomendaré en México y con mis parientes de EUA

The rooms are huge and comfy while the […] bathrooms are clean and well kept, I tell you , this is a bargaing hotel right in the heart of Freemont Street, a great starting place to come and go about downtown for gambling, dinning and what not. The gambling hall in the first floor is as cheap as the guys next door or even better, I noticed 5 USd roulette and craps at midnite while other joints had them at 10 or more. I don't know about the restaurants at LVC 'cause I've never tryed them but I saw a couple of people there, anyway, the $2 hot dog and draft beer combo at the main bar in the casino can't be beat, a quick snack while playing video poker or on your way to the cashier is always a good thing. All in all, this hotel is my point of reference when I travel to Las Vegas downtown with my friends who know that they're gonna get 4-5 hours of sleep and don't care much about the looks of the hotel as long as it is cheap and clean. Although the nightly live music scene was extremely easy to appreciate. It ended around midnight and we were able to get a good nights rest before going to work on the strip. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! It needs a wrecking ball taken to it! Never again will I stay there. An abandoned bus stop bench would have been a better choice.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was great. Staff friendly and great location on Fremont Street. We did okay on the video poker machines too. What more could you ask for!! Loved it and will go back.

The hotel room was comfortable and service was nice. The Fremont experience downstairs was something not to be missed. The nearby Main Street Station offered very nice food and drink. We had a wonderful experience overall.

We had a smoking room which when we walked in, smelled like pot very bad.....Something that could have been resolved with some Lysol and the ability to open the windows.....All smoking rooms should be able to have windows opened but these did not....This is unacceptable...

Not going to lie......any hotel downtown in Las Vegas is not going to draw a high class crowd, but for about 40 bucks a night, the visit well exceeded what one would expect for the price. All new carpet in the rooms. No stale, smoky smell. 36" flat screen TV's. Nice 15th Story view of the city. Very clean rooms. Shower leaked constantly and water fluctated from burning hot to cold while you were using it. Had to call maintenace for tv remote and for heating issue. Dirty balcony window.

I have stayed at many hotels, including the Plaza (which is part of this hotel) and none of them were in the ballpark of this hotel. I had to wait in line for almost a half an hour, our room was not correct, we had to stay in a smoking room, our requested refrigerator did not work, and it is in a very run down part of town. The floor that we were on smelled like sewage. The elevators didnt work correctly, so you had to hit up so that the elevator would actually stop and then you hit the lower floors. There were no ice machines to be found anywhere. The restaurants were good. and the registration desk personnel were effecient and friendly. I didn't want to end on a bad […] note. I was locked out of my room at 1a.m. There was no one to help me and security treated me like a common criminal. You have already refunded my money. I will not stay there again.

There was a very bad smell in this hotel! I got off the elevator and couldn't believe my nose! There was a bad sewer smell throughout. Smelled like every toilet on the floor had backed up. Only got slight relief by keeping my windows open 24/7, not to mention the 60's decor. I had to endure it for 2 days, will never go back!

Smoke detector had been removed and was missing, bathroom light had no cover just a rusty circular bulb and fixture, the tv cabinet doors were missing several screws. The Vegas Club is not a club you will want to join. From the very first moment we arrived things flew wildly off the rails and continued to go from bad to worse. It took 45 minutes to check-in; they had only one desk clerk during CES, the busiest trade show of the year. After check in we were treated to an elevator that seemed to be possessed by an […] evil force, or a vengeful voodoo spirit. We literally had to trick the elevator into stopping on our floor and dive out like paratroopers in order to safely get to our rooms. The elevators were misbehaving during the entire duration of our stay. It became a sort of game we played with other guests since only through cooperation could you press the unique combination of elevator buttons that would successfully and safely deposit you on your floor. I guess the best that can be said about the elevators at the Vegas Club is that I was not crushed or dismembered, so hey, some points there. Then we arrived at our rooms. Ahhhh, the rooms. It is rare that I am left wondering what horrible event has taken place in a hotel room, but the Vegas Club brought to mind certain horror films from the 1980's. Language is a funny thing, because words like 'filthy' really do not adequately describe the state of the Vegas Club rooms. The human imagination has a sort of built-in 'limiter' that will not allow our brains to truly conjure up an image which truly captures the reality of a Vegas Club room lest we suffer permanent Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Suffice it to say there is not enough soap available on earth to clean off the stain left on my soul by the rooms at the Vegas Club. In a way I am thankful for the experience of staying at the Vegas Club. This is likely the same feeling those who have survived major disasters like the Titanic or the Fukashima nuclear meltdown have: "at least I am alive." GREAT TIME!!!!! The guy at the front desk was super super nice when we checked in.Had breakfest every morning in the hotel,the food was great and the service was even better.Can't wait to go back:)

First time I have ever had a bad experience in all my years of staying in hotels in Vegas. To start with the casino has a horrible smell which hits you as soon as you walk in. We were staying two nights and arrived about mid day. Called maintenance about half hour later to say we had no hot water. Called again 3 hours later as no one had been and again […] at about 10.00pm. Next morning went to reception and was told no other rooms available and someone would come up. 30 mins later engineer turned up who did not speak hardly any English and tried to tell us the water was OK, yeah if you like cold showers and baths. My husband then got angry and asked to see a manager who turned up 15 mins later with another engineer in two who fiddled about with a box outside and room in the corridor and hey presto we had hot water. Why did this take 24 hours, 3 phone calls and 2 visits to reception to sort out. We were staying in the Nother Tower which is supposed to be the better of the two towers so heaven help us if we had been in the South Tower. It was the worst experience ever going to that hotel bathroom was not cleaned at all also shower knob was broken so much black durt in the shower, we didnt even take shower that morning i would never recommend that hotel to any one. when we complaint they said to talk to manager but we couldnt get hold of him, we had to catch our flight so we left.

I was dissapointed in our room! It was a partial renovation that had been put back online to rent for the New Year holidays!! The carpeting was new and maybe the beds but that was it! The walls were missing pictures as you could see the mounting holes,the wall paper was ripped about 2 feet long,the television was missing a speaker cover,the ceiling […] above the bathtub had water damage and cracks,the commode was loose and had an old faded toilet seat on it,the vanity faucet leaked water from the knob in certain positions and had brown water coming out of it for the first few minutes indicating non usage for awhile!! What I didnt like the most was that we reported that the heater wasnt working and thus the room was pretty cold and the front desk told me they were going to send a maintenance tech to check it when I called but he never came!! For the money I payed for the room I expected better service and quality!! We stayed 4 days in stratosphere and 2 days in las vegas club resort. LVC hotel room was even better than the stratosphere room and we liked it. It was very spacious. However the parking area was awful. It felt like I came in a slum area. My wife didnt had to cover her mouth while walking from the parking to the elevator. Very old building with bad smell. Heater didn't work. Very noisy, bad environment and you don't see normal people around. They charge you the resort fee for no service!

This was our 2nd time staying and this time was terrible. Got a smoking room when I reserved a non-smoking room, bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were little and they had no extras, no pay-per-view movies when the confirmation of the reservation said it did, Overall was very dissatisfied with our stay.... Enjoyed our stay staff was very friendly and helpful

I was happy to be switched from the Vegas Club to the NEWLY REMODELED PLAZA. Unfortunately, I was very dissappointed. For only being 2 months old the room was BLAH (ROOM COLOR. No coffee pot in room, No Ice machine on the floor. 36" TV was nice but the reception was terrible on a lot of stations. Look, if you're expecting 5-star comfort and mints on the pillows, go to the Strip and pay Strip prices. If the smell of cigarette smoke bothers you, why are you in Vegas? I don't smoke but don't mind the smell, and it's a good thing because the stale smell of cigarette smoke permeates the city. It's part of the Vegas charm. If you're looking for a […] large, clean, comfortable room with great views and up-to-date furnishings that also happens to be affordable, then by all means choose The Plaza. I just spent two weeks there and had a blast. I've always preferred downtown Vegas to the Strip and would definitely stay at the Plaza again. Rooms have been renovated using furnishings from a stalled resort project on the Strip. The Plaza purchased the furnishings at auction and put them in its rooms, and they look great. As for the casino, there are plenty of games and slots available, the dealers are friendly, and the comps pile up quickly on your players card. There's a bar called "The Swinger's Club" in the casino, with the joke being that it contains a 9-hole mini golf course. That's right, in the bar. Only in Vegas, right? The same bar also features dueling pianos and various bands, a good place to hang out and unwind after a day of doing Vegas. For food, The Plaza features a restaurant called "Island Sushi", which serves food you'd expect with a name like that along with burgers and sandwiches. It's also the place that provides room service. Hash House A Go-Go, located in the lobby near the front desk, is a must try for traditional American fare (pork, steak, burgers, breakfast, etc.). Food is great and portions are huge. Neither place costs a ton, but if it's cheap eats you're after then The Plaza also features a Subway. McDonald's is on its way, as is a high-end steak house called "Oscar's", owned by former Vegas mayor (and reputed mob lawyer) Oscar Goodman. Look, it's not Aria or Bellagio. It was a realy great hotel. The cassino was fine. And close to a lot of other cassinos. The room was really great. We didn't hear any loud noise at night. We were in the north tower, I don't know if that had something to do with it. But all in all I would highly recommend this.

I've stayed at Vegas Club a dozen or so times in the last five years, but I have to say that this was the last. It's always been an older no-frills place to stay, but the condition of the place has deteriorated to a point that I suggest that people do not stay there. My truck doesn't fit in the garage so I always used valet parking. They didn't have […] any valet parking this time so I had to park the truck a half a mile away and walk back to the motel (right past a rundown bus station that had a large congregation of sad and scary people milling about). The bathroom sink and tub did not drain (very gross when trying to shower). There was no icemaker on our floor and the one the floor below didn't work. After inquiring with desk we found that they had a working machine on the floor above. The bottom line is that the place needs a lot of maintenance and needs it quick just to get back to the basic ammount of comfort you expect from this type of hotel. Leer más
