Hermoso Hotel, excelente ubicacion: frente a la playa y a 10 metros del mall. Outlets a 2 cuadras, excelente para hacer playa y compras.

Excellent overal stay

The hotel is very convenient due to its location. It has many restaurants around, and it has an exit to the boardwalk. The main restaurant of the hotel has good food with afordable prices. There is a special all day long of a stake, eggs, and toast just for $4.99. It is not good for children because of the casino. I recommend this hotel.

Not bad but alittle on the run down side. Ready for a sprucing up. Great location. Park and forget the vehicle all weekend.

Very old and out of date . I thought since it has trumps name on it , it would be beautiful . My ocean view was a little piece of sand and a big sign in front of my window . Not happy at all and would not recommend it .

Checking in was a nightmare. Sonia at the front desk was rude and not very pleasant. The Room was a little dingy and sheets had stains on them. I left my earing in the room and called the following day to see if it was found . Needless to say, no one ever returned my call or even anwsered the room service number when I called. Accommodations were nice but once checked we had to go to other hotel for dining. All fine dining restaurants were closed.

Room was old not so nice. Parking you most to pay and it's very fare.

I along with 3 of my friends booked rooms for the weekend at Trump Plaza. I called on Friday morning to request having all 4 rooms be next to each other. They said they could not guarantee anything but we arrived and all 4 rooms were in a row and connected! I was able to spend every second with my friends which was what I wanted. i was pleasantly suprised after reading some of the bad reviews. the hotel itself was nice, clean and most of the staff were pretty helpful and friendly. the room was a bit outdated but it was still clean and functional just a bit '90's. the only complaints was that they did not hold the room i requested and the ocean view was a bit obstructed. the […] casino was cool but also slightly outdated and i did not see a drink girl the entire weekend i was there. however, the price was right and the location was even better. The check in wait was extremely long, over 20 guests in line with only two clerks at the desk. The room was non-smoking, but smelled of smoke. The room was clean but old and run down. The hotel customer service was rude and misleading.

Great location for the Boardwalk Hall next door however, the bar could not handle the crowd well and bartenders not friendly at all. Room nice but smelled stuffy.

First time staying at Trump Plaza, had been a frequent Taj Mahal visitor prior. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Casino was great with affordable tables and fast drinks. Would certainly recommend for a fun night away.

Hotel was nice but I love to drink and gambel and couldn't find no waitreses with alcohol so we ended up at ballys most of the might killer drinks sucks this too much cig smoke all night heard rattling in the air conditioner hard to sleep

We were upgraded to a suite for free. The room was very nice and the resturant was very inexpensive. Very close to other casinos. Would definitely make a return trip.

they have really let this place go to seed. the place is badly in need to renovation. it is old and its glory days long gone, the staff seems to be struggling on but its not enough to overcome the seedy atmosphere of the hotel and its remaining straggler guest. the bed was horrible, the food inedible and the casino abysmal.

Like most hotels in Atlantic City the Trump Plaza has seen better days but the location is great.

I might not stay there again as one of two elevators has been down for months. I really don't think the current owner intends to fix it. We had to wait upwards of ten minutes to catch a ride from the 11th floor to the lobby. Very beautiful hotel and the most helpful staff.

I recently spent four nights and was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all hotel employees. The rooms were clean, if a bit dated. Evo was a good restaurant choice, particularly for breakfast. The hotel is convenient to everything on the boardwalk. I look forward to returning.

This hotel is just OK. It is clean and comfortable but in need of some upkeep. A bartender told us that the property is for sale so the owners are not doing any improvements. This hotel just has the bare essentials and no extras. For example, the room had no literature about services of the hotel or a map of the property. My husband and I stayed at this hotel because it was the first hotel we sayed together years ago... As usual the staff was friendly and the hotel clean as usual. My only negative thing is that we did not request a room that was wheelchair accessable but however got one. I must say my stay was comfortable enough. went for my b-day with three friends. Room was small for four. found bottle cover on floor and a toy from the previous guest on the floor.but overall it was o.k Need to put in flat screen t.v.

I loved to be there for three days. They have at Robertos' Cafe a great breakfast: Stake, two eggs, tosts and coffe, all for $4,99 and the restaurant is *****. If you want to rest like a king/queen, eat as a millionary, just go to this hotel

Thought we had reserved a king but bc we were late, 6 pm none left so two twins, Aka queens!? Not very romantic

The hotel was very nice with clean rooms. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants to choose from inside if the weather keeps you from going out. Near great shopping with the big name stores. Gambling, well, take your chances, that's part of the game. The only complaint was the bathroom. It needs updating badly. Went to AC as part of a birthday celebration. The hotel was clean, the security guards were nice, and we had a good view of the peir and beach. We hit up the late night steak and egg special at the hotel on our way back from party'n, which was about $5. We had a few minor issues. After staying in MANY other properties in AC, Trump Plaza was a nice surprise. Rooms were in great condition and very comfortable.

It is what it is. The cheapest casino hotel to stay in AC, so keep that in mind. But the rooms need some help. We had 2 rooms and neither tub drain worked, so people had to wait 20-30 minutes in between showers so they weren't standing in a puddle of the other person's dirty water. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. You did not have to walk a long distance to check in or get to your hotel, which helps when you're lugging bags around. Our room was smoking for my spouse, but overall was clean and very comfortable. There were vending areas on each floor and the casino was great.
