Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest

El hotel era muy accesible para ir en coche a los centros comerciales, el reliant stadium. Muy comodas las habitaciones!!! Dormimos espectacular luego de un largo dia de shopping. La presion del agua de la ducha era increible. Definitivamente me volveria a quedar aca al regresar a Houston.

Exelente Hotel. lo recomendo ampliamente.

Me facilito mucho la movilizacion tener a disposicion el servicio de transporte a los lugares cercanos. es eficiente y comodo, las personas encargadas son muy amables.

El hotel esta bastante deteriorado, le falta limpieza, aseo general, remodelacion, realmente no es un four point sheraton, no corresponde a la calidad de estos hoteles

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado y tenían muy buena comida con persona muy amables.

Great hotel. Book through the hotel though. Hotels.com price was significantly more than their nightly rate for the day I stayed.

The directions I thought could have been a lot clearier.

The beds were very comfy..lots of pillows..flat screen tv..they even had a crib for my little one...great room service..only down fall was no microwave to heat up milk and no geography to store milk and other snacks.

Clean rooms, nice bar and dining, helpful staff. We stay 4-5 times a year, however, both this time and over Christmas very few ice machines were operable. (I tried 4 floors, no luck) But the dining staff was always more than willing to fill the bucket when I brought it down.

There were a couple of booking issues but they did get sorted out. The hotel looks onto US 59 and the traffic noise can be loud but it is very convenient and is pretty reasonable for a mid range hotel. The restaurant and bar staff were absolutely lovely.

This hotel was in a great location and was very clean with a beautiful room. However we couldn't check in at 3pm as planned and had to wait over an hour for our room. On top of that, we had to give our credit card and were charged $100 for possible incidentals. Not just held for incidentals but actually charged $100 which we can't get back for 7-10 […] business days. I don't mind providing a credit card in case there are incidentals but I've never had any hotel actually charge it to my card. I would only return to that hotel if that practice is stopped. I've stayed at two hotels nearby and neither charged me for incidentals - they only kept my card on file in the event I had charges. Leer más

Stayed here a number of times, easy get in and out, clean and nice employees.

I stayed at this hotel while in Houston to interview at Baylor. The staff was incredibly friendly and I was happily surprised to find they have a free shuttle service to take people to and from Texas Medical Center. Overall, a good value: reasonable rates, fast service, free internet connection, comfortable bed, close to the business I was visiting. Problems: the room was facing a freeway, and soundproofing was ok but could be better. The room smelled of cleaning chemicals on arrival -- the windows do not open and ventilation seems inadequate.

I arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:30pm and went directly to the check in desk. During my check in the front desk staff asked me if I'd left anything valuable in my car "because this is Houston and crime is everywhere" to which I replied "no, but I live in Houston and crime isn't everywhere". I asked if there had been any issues but he wouldn't […] give me a direct answer, only stated they had security 24/7, and again told me not to leave anything valuable. I explaned to him that I hadn't left anything valuable in the car but the car itself was what was valuable; he then replied "well, I'm sure you have a good alarm system!". Needless to say the two days I stayed at the hotel I was a nervous wreck my car would be valdalized, broken into, or even stolen. The rest of my stay was mostly uneventful-except for the fact the hotel restaurant wasn't open until dinner and didn't even offer coffee service during the day. I checked out Sunday afternoon at approximately 11:45. Upon arriving home and unpacking I realized I'd unfortunately left a pair of somewhat expensive shoes in the closet. I immediately called the hotel but was told housekeeping had already left for the day and that I'd need to call back the next morning. I called back the next morning and was told housekeeping was busy but they took my name, room #, and a description of the item I left behind, and would call me back. I waited about 2 hours but did not receive a call. I started calling again at about 10am but after several rings did not get an answer. I continued calling, and not getting anyone to pick up the phone, until almost 1pm. I was finally able to speak to someone who told me they'd checked with housekeeping and they didn't find the shoes I said I left behind. I told him that was impossible becuase I was 100% sure I left them in the closet. This is now my go-to hotel - price is the absolute best for a great, comfortable stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was good. The room was comfortable and beds were clean. Front desk made it seem as if i was bothering them when i called to let them know the coffee cups in the room were used and the commode was broken. I had to open the basin to flush the toilet during our stay.

Hotel looked like it was recently updated. Good freeway access. Between Galleria area and Downtown.

The first night we were there, the AC was out in a number of rooms. Only in Texas do you need Air Conditioning in January. The staff was polite, and did everything they could do to fix the situation.

Good service, very clean, comfortable - almost luxurious. Food in restaurant was excellent! CONS: Trouble with the a/c in our room. An oscillating fan was brought in which helped, but still warm both nights. No phone book or menus in room. Ice machine on our floor (6th) was not working.

Great location in museum district.Enjoyed the curved shape of room and building, clean modern. Checkin service good but need more personelle.Restaurant service terrific and brunch was good.

This hotel was very nice! Great location and great service. Rooms are very updated and elegant for the price. I was actually able to get this room at a very great discounted rate and would recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was pretty much comfy except the air conditioning system. It got very stuffy at night but overall nice location.

I like the hotel. There are no security cameras in the parking lot though and I heard that there were car break-ins last night! Dont leave anything in the car.

Struggled with Wi-Fi in the room. Inconsistent connection and slow when it worked. Call to front desk referred me to the $5.95 per 5-10 minutes in the business office. Disappointed with the Wi-Fi and the refusal to discuss with me. Food staff was amazing. Loved everything else about the hotel.

This hotel has a great price for the location (right off highway, not far from Galleria, etc.) The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly (even remembered us BY NAME the next morning as we walked off the elevator - an experience I have never had anywhere else unless I have stayed there a while) and the restaurant food was delicious. Great happy […] hour, too. My room was spacious and comfy. The only issue was the water was rusty, so beware. Take advantage of the free bottled water they give out at the front desk and use that to wash your face and brush your teeth. Leer más

This hotel is comfortable enough, but not fancy. It is very near The Village, the Galleria, and a large number of very good restaurants, such as those on or just off Kirby Drive. There is also easy access to the Medical Center, Rice University, and the W. Gray night scene.

God help you if there is a problem with your third party reservation. The male evening staff will give you nothing but grief even after other employees try to do anything possible to help correct a problem. The hotel harassed me ALL day long over a problem that turned out to be their own error. They were pounding on my door and calling my room all day […] telling me I did not have the room for night 2 when I had a receipt for the charge. Never again will I stay at this place. Leer más

The Sheraton Four Points in Houston was excellent value for the $$. I had all the amenities that I needed. I did request a quiet side of the hotel because a few of the reviews said the rooms could be noisy because of the highway near by. My request was met. I would definitely stay there again
