La ubicación del hotel es buena, además que ofrece transporte a los principales parques de Orlando, pero en horarios específicos, a la mañana y al retorno.

todo lo que estuvimos en el hotel estuvo de maravilla nos atendieron bien ........Pero el unico problema que hay es que los de recepcion no hablan español y la mayoria de gente que visita necesita ambos idiomas ponle atencion a ese detalle por favor........ muchas gracias

El hotel está bien, venía de un hotel de disney y la diferencia de atención se nota. Igualmente el hotel está muy bien, mucha diversión para los chicos, las piletas muy lindas, toboganes buena animación. La habitación también están bien. Muy recomendable para ir con chicos.

Es un buen hotel de tipo familiar para pasar un dia de descanso despues de visitar los parques, sus atracciones acuaticas son agradables. Hotel ideal para niños entre 6 y 13 años, se divertiran mucho.

Las habitaciones del hotel estaban sucias, alfombras manchaban los pies, el sofa cama era puro alambre. No se lo recomiendo ni a un enemigo.

el asunto es que el hotel es para personas que van a quedarse alli con niños pequeños no mas de 10 años , por que si piensas ir alli a descansar despues de un dia de parque no lo pudes hacer hay mucho ruido de las pisinas dj y mas una noche me estacione a tres edficios de distancia ya que no habia donde estacionarme , la caja de seguridad no funciono […] aunque mandaron a areglarla. hay mejores opciones. Es un lugar que a mi forma de pensar es para los ninos son ellos les que realmenten difrutan del hotel pero eso es suficiente para mi por que mi hija y sus mejores amigas la pasaron muy bien y se divirtieron muchisimo todo el tiempo estuvieron ocupadas con todas las actividades que el hotel le ofrece a ellos los ninos gracias.

Aunque parece evidente que en este hotel sólo se quedarían personas con niños, nosotros decidimos quedarnos esperando encontrar instalaciones divertidas, realmente es un hotel que para adultos no es recomendable. Está diseñado en función de niños menores a 9 años, para ellos estoy segura que es un gran hotel que la pasarán genial.

El hotel es un bonito sitio y excelente para Padres con niños hasta los 12 años, lo que mas disfrutan todos es la gran piscina y el ambiente de varios temas. Es recomendable dar tiempo y no combinar con otras atracciones al menos un dia completo.

"Hotel Nick"
Es un excelente hotel para ir con la familia, sus instalaciones son comodas y las actividades en la pisicina y en el mall son muy buenas. La única observación es que el complejo de toboganes que hay en la pisicina principal tiene agua extremadamente fria. De resto, todo EXCELENTE.

Overall this hotel is a decent stay. We stayed on an off week so it was not crowded which was great. BUT...upon trying to leave the lobby after checking in we were accosted my a Sheraton Sales person in the guise of a "Visitor Relations Specialist" that was trying to sell us a time share. It was unwanted and also inconvienient while trying to wrangle […] three kids in the lobby of a hotel. They put us in a nice spacious room (king bed, bunks in seperate room) right outside one of the pools. This would have been great if they hadn't played loud music in the pool area until 10PM. For families with older children this would probably be fine - we don't. I would suggest if you have young children and want to go to bed earlier, request a room not facing the pool! There were a number of small things - bad towels, grainy cable tv, stained carpets, that made our stay a three instead of a five. The "mall" in the center of the complex is expensive and not that great. The character breakfast is ridiculously expensive as is all the other food offerings on site. However, there are a number of pluses. We did get to meet a number of characters, even on an off week. My son got slimed at the pool which he loved, There's a kid's spa in the mall that is somewhat pricey (and I saw an enormous cockroach on the florr) but they have some cute services. Overall, the stay wasn't the best and I'm not sure that we'd stay again but for the money we paid it was alright. Leer más

Great hotel just needs a little upgrading. The rooms and hotel are a little run down but it doesn't take away from all the fun you can have. Lots of shows and activities throughout the day and night.

"Hotel In Kissimmee"
Booked and paid up front for a room with bunk beds and a king. However when we arrived I was told they were all sold out of the room I paid for but I could get a themed room at no charge?? Sorry did I miss something? I prepaid for a specific type of room for a reason, the themed room did not make up the loss/difference at all. Our kids were very disappointed […] because the bunk beds were a surprise. I ended up sleeping on the floor because the queen did not provide enough room, which is why I booked and paid for the room in advance. And to add insult to the deal they charged $25 per day for a resort fee??? This is like a bad fee on an airline to hide the cost We were not treat like we were at resort pretty much take it or leave, next time we will not stay here. Everything was ok but the only down fall was the room had no silverware no plates I wanted to give my kids some cereal in the morning and could not cause there was no plates or spoons so why have a Kitchenet if there is no supplies
"Saving on Pool Heating"
If you want to use the pool and it is not summer, DO NOT GO THERE because they do not heat the pool. Your kids will end up getting sick. The 2 bedrooms only have a KITCHENETTE but the 1 and 3 bedrooms get a full kitchen. WHY????

Took a family vacation to Disney, and loved the stay at the Nick propert. The 2 room suite was great. I loved having a king size bed, in a bedroom that closed for me and the wife, while the kids had bunkbeds, and the pull out bed. Not to mention a TV in every room, and a small fridge. "Its Great for kids and adults"
The Nick hotel is a great place for adults and kids but just play it smart. The hotel is clean and safe. There are many activities for the kids to do with some the adults may like. Remember everything once there is pricey. So be smart and stop at 7-11 which is a half a mile down the road and stock up with Beer, Soda, Juice or whatever. 1 6 pack of Bud […] will set you back a smooth 23 bucks. No lie. And I mean 1, 6 pack. Remember Spongebob and Doria are VERY proud of all their snacks and food at the store on property $$$$. Stocking up before hand will save you big bucks. Go there, have fun. if you come to this hotel with just the kids in mind then this is the place for you, perfect atomosphere, a little pricey but you're on vacation!!! Enjoy yourself.

Our room was very drafty due to the bad door stripping and with a cold front present it accented it more. We feel the kids would have had a better time in warm weather though we came for the Disney Parks. Did not expect a $50 surcharge when we checked in

"Pool Slides closed down"
We booked this hotel specifically for the water park. I looked at their website and reviewed all the happenings. I was surprise to see the week we went the main water slides were shut down for repair. I figured, "ok" we'll deal, go to the parks and come back and swim. When we checked in the agent told us the pool closed at 6pm. We only stayed a day, […] never used the pool. The room was ok. I also didn't love having to wear wrist bands while I stayed there. "Fun for kids, not greatest for adults"
KIds enjoyed the water slides, Snow event and ice slide was fun. Mall consisted of a food court, game room & a couple of shops. Smelt of burnt pizza! Very expensive. Rooms needed some updating, old & worn looking. Thought I struck gold when I booked a few rooms for the end of a family vacation. "Black mold in bathrooms!"
Lousy food. Stubby "entertainers".Cheap construction with nails sticking out of flimsy cabinets. Bed was like a large bowl, so I had to send for a board to put under the mattress. The hotel was very average. The stmosphere was ok. They made it snow and had a nice ice slide but that was it. The food was very expensive and not that great. My kids enjoyed the characters but they werent the mian characters that we are used to seeing on tv. I was disappointed with the single bathroom in the two bedroom suite and it wasnt even a full […] kitchen. The pool area was very nice and large. I took my wife and 2 boys, ages 4 and 6. We had a great time. Adults, this is for kids! the rooms are tailored for kids. Try to go off season, we were able to get rates 50-60 percent lower than peak season. While the hotel does offer on site dining, it is somewhat pricey, especially for a large family. "Had a blast."
The hotel was great, the experience was great. I took my 2 year old and my husband and my daughter was in awe from the time we pulled up. If your child loves Nick Jr. this is the place for them. She saw Dora and Spongebob and loved her room and the fact the spongebob was on her wall. This is a hotel that I would definetly visit again.

Good place to stay if you have kids. I love the mini waterpark. Also the breakfast is great! The kids loved the character breakfast.. They do a dance number to entertain everybody. The characters are awesome! They hop from table to table to mingle with the kids while they dine.. Just love this place..
