Céntrico, buen desayuno, habitaciones reformadas recientemente. Personal amable. Habitación un poco pequeña y no funcionaba el wifi en la habitación aunque sí en el lobby y gratuitamente. Hotel recomendable.

Muy buen hotel, cuatro estrella, muy nuevo y en perfecto estado.Tiene gimnasio y aparcamiento.La única crítica sería respecto a su ubicación, pero tampoco es nada problemático, puesto que hay una estación de metro (linea directa al centro) a escasos 600 metros del hotel. Hotel muy recomendable.

Estuvimos 3 noches en Agosto de 2011 en el Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg y nada más hacer el check in notas que es un Hotel diferente, donde el cliente es lo primero y recibe un trato exquisito. El personal de recepción es muy cualificado y muy atento. Cualquier contratiempo lo resolvían sobre la marcha. El Hotel está muy bien situado para ir caminando a cualquier parte del centro de Hamburgo. Solamente se echa de menos WI-FI gratuito en las habitaciones y un set de baño más completo para ser un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

Este hotel está bastante bien ubicado, cerca del Ayuntamiento, St. Michel y St. Paulí, aunque en una zona tranquila, mezcla de oficinas y residencial. Muy bien cuidado, espaciosa habitación, muy limpia por cierto. Estuvimos muy bien en este hotel y lo recomendamos.

St Georg se halla ubicado entre la estación principal de trenes y el lago Alster. Este barrio conserva hermosas calles antiguas y callejones descuidados. Nice hotel located a short 10 minutes walk from citycenter with the main railwaystation and shopping streets. The hotel's immediate surroundings are a little sad, but that is clearly outweighed by the good location. Everything was super clean and neat. Room was conveniently furnished with 2 single beds that could easily be pushed together to form a […] "double bed". The hotel does not offer rooms with double beds. The hotel has its own parkingspace which costs 8 euro ekstra pr. 24 hours though. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast, which however was not included in the roomprice but cost 12.30 euros extra per. person consisted of a large and well-stocked buffet. The 12.50 euro was in our opinion well spent. "Arcadia Hotel Belmondo - Nowhere Near 4 Star"
I was meeting two colleagues, one from Sweden and one from Denmark in Hamburg to secure a deal with a client from Argentina. While not expecting the most luxurious Hotel for the price we are all accustomed to the quality synonymous with a 4 star rating. We were all very disappointed with this hotel. In fact on arrival before even going inside we agreed […] that we had to find another hotel for our client to stay in before he arrived. Various websites mentioned that Wifi was available in the rooms. This is technically correct as there is a local provider who charges per hour if you can get a room close to the router on each floor. The speed is hopeless and connection intermittent. There is a free access computer in reception but is hopelessly slow and the connection interrupted. We had all booked a room with single occupancy as we were each travelling alone. Never before have I stayed in a 4 star hotel where single occupancy means a very small single bed in a room too small to accomodate anything larger. Having said that I must agree that the room was clean and everything functioned correctly. The Restaurant area was small but adequate and the breakfast was ok. Location is fairly close to the centre and perhaps 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. The area is not great. We found many drunk and homeless people loitering beneath bridges and alleyways that you need to navigate to walk into the centre or just to the train station. All in all I think if we had booked a 3 star hotel we would have accepted that it just about qualified, but for a 4 star, in my opinion not even close. Leer más

The location is convenient. An easy 10 min walk to the from the train station..and the hotel directions were perfect. The day time walk is good and worry free. It has own parking space (a bit tight though) Generally clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Good choice in buffet breakfast. Barman served an excellent G&T :) Between 2 busy roads and a railway (walking distance of hauptbanhof and city centre), but we stayed on a weekend so not much noise really. TV with CNN on the room. Bathroom was fine (shower […] a bit tight for 2 people, though). Some courtesy bits, like needle and cotton, shoe polish...nice. Main thing was the "double bed", composed of two single beds placed together. I bet they'd have double or even queen beds but chose to gave us that one. One little thing more: I had a small cut in my knee due to a small shard of glass we later found in the bed. Hard to blame anyone for that, really. Umgebung tiptop. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute 10 Minuten Laufen zum Hafen oder zum Jungfernstieg. Hotel in "Industriegebiet", aber alles okay. Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Perfekt für angenehmes, günstiges Übernachten!

Hotellet levede ikke op til noget som helst! Lydt, beskidt, ufunktionsdygtigt, pauver beliggenhed, dårlig morgenmad med industriprodukter og megen trafikstøj. Slet og ret elendigt hotel.

Jeg har været på to- og trestjernede hoteller med værelser på samme niveau som Belmondo Arcadia. Det første værelse, som vi fik tildelt, var på rygeretagen, på trods af, at jeg havde bedt om ikke-ryger. En stor skuffelse.

Hotellet er ganske fint, ok beliggenhed, men det er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel i mine øjne, max 3 stjernet. værelset var meget slidt og sengene dårlige. jeg forventer lidt mere, hvis det skal have 4 stjerner. morgenmaden var kedelig og billig, der var fint udvalg, men ikke meget kvallitet.

Der er rent og pænt og mulighed for parkering på parkeringsplads lige bag ved hotellet. Det koster 8 Euro i døgnet. Ankommer man efter kl. 18.00 på hverdage kan man parkere gratis lige foran indgangen til hotellet, hvis der ellers er […] plads. Hotellet var OK, men förvänta dig ingen lyxtillvaro. Bar hotell till bra pris om man bara ska ha det som sovplats. 8 euro för parkering 1 dygn utanför hotellet. Men för att komma till Reeperbahn så gäller taxi.

"Gute Lage zum Erkunden"
I.O.. Die Betten/Matratzen sind zu einfach. Bett auf Rollen. Andererseits zentral gelegen. Nähe zur Innenstadt, Museen und Hauptbahnhof. Frühstück für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel stimmt.

Godt hotel til prisen. Ligger tæt på centrum ca 10min. gang. Morgenmad var rigtigt lækkert. Der manglede ikke noget. Værelset var fint. Der er meget trafik på gaden, men vi var på ingen måden generet af støjen derfra, det er kun hvis man skal have vinduet åbent, man lægger mærke til støjen. "Intet net & betalings tv!"
I beskrivelsens af hotellet på "hotels.com" står der at der er trådløs internetadgang på alle værelserne.... det var der IKKE på det værelse vi boede på!!! der står ligeledes at der var mulighed for at se betalingsfilm.... dette var heller IKKE tilfældet!!! Mildt sagt skuffende.

Nice and pleasant hotel, somehow close to the center of the city. The personnel were nice and helpful. The hotel matched the price paid for the stay, however if I was to go again I think I would live closer to the center, as it still is a long way to walk after a long day. a hotel that lives up to its 5 stars, profesional and helpful staff, and a great location for sightseeing or buisness. Only one point is the parking prices in their parking basement,,we arrived on a motorcycle and had to pay car prices for parking, but at least the bike was safe:)..

Für ein Stadthotel akzeptabel, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert. Das Bad sollte schnellstens repariert werden, laut Personal wird dies aber sehr schnell erfolgen. Hotelpersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

"Påske dager i Hamburg"
Hadde 3 overnattinger i påsken 2011. Ok hotell, men en del trafikk på begge sider av hotellet. Alle rommene har air con. og derfor kan en sove med lukket vindu så en slipper trsafikkstøy. Kommer gjerne igjen.
