Buen balance precio servicio, buena atencion y cercania con las atracciones de inner Harbor , no hay botones,pero te facilitan el carrito para el equipaje. El edificio luce mejor que la mayoria de los hoteles de esta cadena. En las mañanas puedes tomar el desayuno tipo bufet americano a buen precio.

El hotel es muy limpio y bonito. Hay un puente peatonal que lo conecta con un centro comercial, en el que encuentras una variedad de tiendas y restaurantes.

Me dieron una atención personalizada perfecta! Por ser la primera vez que estuve en Washignton me ayudaron mucho con tips de transportes. Las almohadas del hotel estaban deliciosas y tuve suerte de tener una habitación sin ruido. La otra cosa que me gustó fué que reservé área de fumar por equivocación y me preguntaron al hacer mi check in si estaba bien o si me la cambiaban a una habiatación de NO fumar. Gracias por preguntar!!!

El hotel estaba bastante límpio y la recepción y habitación eran agradables y límpias. La habitación y el baño eran bonitos y muy nuevos.

Just needed a room to sleep in prior to our trip out of BWI. Drove in late, checked in at midnight and out by 8:30am. Great price relative to surrounding hotels and equally as nice. VERY close to BWI and all the parking lots. Hotel room was very clean and had nearly brand new furniture and counters in it. The hotel was dirty and the smell at the elevator was horrible. The sheets on the bed were old and worn with age. I box-spring on the bed was exposed. The toilet seat was dirty and the general sanitary and hygiene was deplorable.

If your looking for a clean place to stay near the airport that has a shuttle this is your place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle even took us to a great restaurant and picked us up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.

This was my 4th stay at the BWI Red Roof Inn. There are normally 2 people working the front desk. This time there was only 1. That caused a line of about 7 people and about 45 minutes just standing around waiting for the 1 person to check people in and answer the phone all by herself. Then, when it was my turn, she was understandably less than pleasant. […] The room was fine, again, but nothing great. This is a motel, people. Go in with the expectation that you're going to get old-motel-style service and quality and you'll be fine. Though this time I wish I paid twice as much for a better place nearby. Park & Fly and slightly unreliable airport shuttle available. The deluxe room is the same as the standard, plus a mini-fridge and microwave. You get what you pay for. The room was clean and in good condition. There was free Wi-Fi service and complementary coffee and tea in the room. It was a good stay for a reasonable price!

Hotel advertised airport shuttle but failed to mention that they do not work Sunday evenings, so had to take a cab. Internet service was not strong. I travel for business so when hotels advertise various services I make my travel plans based on that. I will not stay here again, there are too many choices. The people were nice enough.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. My only complaints are, the sink was not operating well it took forever for the water to drain and the toilet wouldn't stop running.

Not enough TV channels, did not even have an iron iron in the room, had to share iron with the whole hotel. Front desk clerk attitude was horrible, as if I was bothering him asking simple questions.

Room was good enough for the price. Convenience to the airport is helpful, and they have a free shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes. I had to check a hairdryer out from the front desk, they are not in the rooms. The design of the hotel with exterior doors tends to attract smokers to hang out off the balcony which can be right in front of your room. […] The smell can waft into your room. "Very Comfortable!"
We stayed for the weekend, and i must say, i was very comfortable. Parking was HORRIBLE!, but everything else was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly, overall, nice stay!

If you want a grand hotel, keep looking. But if you want probably the best value for your dollar at BWI airport, this is the place for you. Park & Fly program available. Airport shuttle available for all guests which is somewhat reliable, but don't plan your day around the shuttle being 100% on time. Mine was about 15 minutes late past the scheduled […] time. There is a Quizno's and another restaurant adjacent, but they close at 9PM (8PM Sundays). There was a "room service" menu in the room, but was for an outside group that charged quite a bit to coordinate getting food for you. You get what you pay for with this one, cheap, cheap, cheap! We got in after dark and at 3:20 AM, it sounded like the big garbage bin with being emptied into a truck over and over. When I checked in, they were scrambling for clean rooms The cleaning staff were not responding, but the manager found some rooms. My room was relatively clean, but it had an unpleasant odor. "Friendly staff, but how about a little hot water?"
A few things went wrong here: I arrived at the airport and called the hotel for a shuttle pickup. I waited for 15 minutes at the pickup location, then called again. It was as if I had never called the first time and it was another 15 minutes before the van arrived. Strike one. I checked in and was given a "non-smoking" room that reeked of cigarette […] smoke and had three cigarette burns on the bed cover. Strike two. But the front desk person was helpful. When I asked for a different room, he found me a different room that was clean and did not smell of cigarettes. When I woke in the morning, I went to take a shower and found out that there was no hot water. Lukewarm, at best. Strike three. Good things: The front desk staff-person was friendly and helpful in exchanging my room and helping me find transportation to my destination. This was a last minute reservation,had I known where this hotel was located there is no way I would have booked it as a women traveling alone from a funeral!! I had stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Massachusetts that was very nice, and hence booked the inn at BWI. The airport van flew right past me without stopping, and, although the trip to the inn was about 4 minutes, she didn't show up for almost half an hour. Room was basic and fulfilled all of our needs. Great breakfast restaurant less than 100 yards away (behind Quiznos). Nobody answered the phone for a shuttle request when we arrived at BWI. I tried the number for reservations and the phone just rang. Taxi ride to hotel from BWI was approx $6.00. The hotel offers free pick-up facility from BWI MARC station as well as the airport and those staying there must keep the hotel number handy. My phone battery died and I ended up taking a cab - costing me a bomb because the cab fellow took a detour on account of traffic (without so much as asking me) and I had to pay $20 for a one-mile distance! The bad part of the hotel was, there were not restaurants to eat and even though they claim that there is free WiFi internet but most of the time it was not working. The hotel room (217) we had smelled like smoke. Even though the room had a no smoking sticker on it. By the time we left (2 days) all of our clothes smelled like smoke. I would not go back there again.

I travel frequently for vacation purposes mostly. My wife comes with me most of the time because she is not working right now. She and I both try and find the cheapest but safest and most comfortable locations. This hotel has all of those.
