Parece que el hotel está remodelándose, no le viene mal sus instalaciones comienzan a estar algo decadentes, Sin embargo su situación a la entrada de petra sigue siendo un factor muy positivo al elegir este hotel

The staff are also friendly as well as helpful - not always the case where the hotel is located in a place where most people don't have much money. We had many problems at this hotel: The TV did not work. We reported twice, and the problem was not solved. We suggested to change the battery of the remote control, it was not done. We booked for a king size bed, but got two twin beds. We complained and the front staff said they would join the 2 beds. The room service staff just pushed the 2 beds together, […] without remaking the bed with one king size bed. The price of the room is very expensive for the type of service we received. We asked the Moevenpick Petra to help us book a massage at Moevenpick Dead Sea. The front desk wanted to charge us for the call!!! The good thing about this hotel is the location (a the entrance of the Petra park) and the restaurant, good food and ok price. Leer más

I loved this hotel! I might like to add that it had the best pizza that I have had in the Middle East. The staff was super friendly and kind!

expensive for what it is .... but the location is the best

Priced too high and outrageous taxes / service charges. Waited twice in lobby & at bar for service. Buffet had mostly Chinese food ( to accommodate a group). Groups mob the lobby. Service in general is good but 5* means never having to say you 're sorry....and it also means no mold in the shower.

Virtually at the entrance to the Petra gates, this quiet, luxurious hotel made our visit most memorable. And the Movenpick ice cream is not to be missed! The enjoyable buffet breakfast caused many guests to postpone entry into the Petra long beyond the coolest part of the day -- it is that good.

Beautiful hotel and it is the closest hotel to the gates of Petra which makes it well worth the money. After the long walk out of Petra in the heat it was brilliant to step straight into our hotel without walking further or getting taxis. Good choice of restaurants and excellent breakfast buffet and we also enjoyed the roof garden and swimming pool. […] The bedrooms aren't quite the standard of other 5* hotels but are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff are friendly but sometimes a little too friendly! As two females travelling alone we were constantly rejecting "offers" from the male restaurant/bar staff, which is surprising for a 5* hotel and began to feel uncomfortable. Stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Petra and it was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Super courteous staff, gorgeous design and furnishings, and superb rooftop terrace for drinks and dinner. A worthy splurge.

This hotel has the best location in Petra! It is right at the gates into the Petra historical site! This hotel was super clean and reall a wonderful place to stay! The pool was wonderful too! I highly recommend, other hotels in Petra looked like slums...

Despite the rooms looking a bit run down, the execeptional custom service really made up for the lack of room comfort. The check-in was easy, all the staff went out of their way for us and were so friendly. The hotel is near the entrace to Petra and after a long hike it is nice to see your hotel not far off in the distance as your legs are already aching. […] The interior of the hotel and lobby is beautiful and very inviting. After having stayed at the Movenpick in Beirut and Four Seasons in Amman, we had very high expectations. We chose Moevenpick Petra because of location and convenience. Terrific in all departments

My friend and I recently spent two nights at the Movenpick Petra. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a high quality hotel in a small town like Petra. The hotel is right at the entrance to the park and is walking distance to all the dining and shopping in Petra. I would definitely recommend this hotel is you are in this area.

The hotel's location is literally walkable to the gate at Petra. The restaurants near the hotel are not so good and overpriced, but that's what you get for choosing location by a touristic site rather than in the city itself. Well worth the price, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, nice, reasonably priced bar, beautiful steam room. It's almost worth […] going there just to see the lobby, which is ornately decorated in a regional theme. The only really unfortunate thing are the prices for wifi, which are out of control. This is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel at which I have ever stayed. It is worth staying here just to enjoy the public rooms, which are spectacular, but the guest rooms are extremely comfortable and the location, immediately adjacent to the main gate of Petra, is very convenient. we had a lovely two days at the movenpick. The all male staff is lovely. the breakfasts were very high quality, and it was fun to treat ourselves to movenpick ice cream after a day of hiking. The location is perfect-right across from the entrance to Petra and from the the Cave Bar. The decor is very pretty (don't miss the tea room/library on the fourth […] floor) and the toiletries are great too. My especially loved the free chips and soft drinks in the mini bar. Enjoy! excellent hotel if you can afford it. you won't stay closer to the entrance for Petra.

Moevenpick Petra was a nice facility for the area but could use some improvements, Overall the service was nice and they did have the breakfast included package (nice option for the area) and it was an adequate meal. The location was closest to the entrance to Petra . We had our daughter with us necessitating a roll away bed and that was a mistake! […] It was a boxspring with no matress!! ペトラのゲートまで歩いてすぐなので、ペトラ遺跡の観光拠点としては絶好の場所です。死海のMoevenpickなどに比べるとリゾート感は少ないですが、快適に過ごせます。 朝食は美味しかったです。夜は外で食べたのでわかりません。

Points positifs: le spa: superbe; la situation et la disposition de l'hôtel, l'accès à la mer avec la possibilité de se faire son bain de boue et l'aide attentionnée du personnel. Les nombreuses piscines et bars. Comme l'hôtel n'était pas complet, nous avons été upgradés dans une très belle chambre: merci. Minibar gratuit pour les boissons non alcoolisées. Points […] négatifs: Alors que ce service devient disponible dans la plupart des hôtels de classes inférieures de par le monde, Mövenpick n'offre toujours pas gratuitement un accès web wireless à ses clients. C'est regrettable et à corriger le plus rapidement possible avec peu de frais. En ce qui concerne le Resort Petra, nous avons trouvé les différentes cuisines proposées sur place plutôt insipides et sans caractère (et relativement chères si on compare avec les tarifs locaux). Dommage car, vu la situation isolée de l'hôtel, difficile de manger à l'extérieur. En résumé, un séjour balnéaire de qualité, isolé, et parfait pour se reposer. Leer más

Très agréable séjour. Très bonne localisation jouxtant le site de Petra. Restaurant agréable. Confotrable et calme.

unser wagen wurde beim valetparking beschaedigt und das hotel wollte nichts davon wissen. auch war das erste zimmer unglaublich laut, wir wurden die folgende nacht zwar upgegradet und es war etwas besser, aber immer noch nicht gut. zimmerservice ist auch nicht zu empfehlen, die pizza war bis zur unerkaenntlichkeit verbrannt, also besser irgendwo anders […] essen. andererseits ist die lage leider nicht zu toppen, also vielleicht doch mit den nachteilen leben wenn man direkt am eingang der site sein moechte... aber auch keinen fall valet parking in anspruch nehmen! Hotel luxueux, très bien situé par rapport à l'entrée du site. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Espaces extérieurs limités et piscine non chauffée.

Bel hôtel, idéalement situé. Curieusement pour une chaîne de cet ordre le service n'est pas très empressé : le hammam est chauffé sur votre demande à l'accueil, mais vous n'aurez de la vapeur qu'après 3 réclamations...et une montée du ton... pour l'obtenir. Petit déjeuner excellent mais vous obtiendrez le café en insistant. Le buffet du soir demande […] à être vraiment amélioré et diversifié pour le prix : notamment par un coin minimum de grillades viande et poisson. Attention à l'addition : la vérifier en détail et surveiller qu'ils ne vous remettent pas les taxes qui sont déjà inclus dans le prix payés à la réservation. Du point de vue de l'emplacement et de la décoration c'est le meilleur hôtel à 2 pas du site qui est sublime. Leer más

Exceptionally located at the entrance of Petra archeological site, great hotel, spotlessly clean, large rooms. Superb breakfast bufffet, very professional staff.

今年のレバノンは猛暑だそうで、ホテルの空調はしっかり働いていたが、空調からの水の排水に問題があり、午後8時半頃から天井の換気口からかなりの量の水が漏れてきた。排水のダクトの問題だそうだが、電話すると5分以内にメンテナンスの担当が来て、約２０分かけて直していった。それ以外はハプニングも無く、快適な滞在だった。
