El Hilton se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto (unos 15 mins en taxi, max) y en el cento de la ciudad. Se puede llegar a la mayoría de los sitios a pie (y el metro está a unos 5 mins andando). Muy bien hubicado, el desayuno es muy costoso, pero hay muchisimas opciones de lugares de comer en los alrededores. Esta a solo dos cuadras del sector del puerto mas turistico y a tres cuadras de quincy market, con una infinidad de restaurantes de todos los precios y excelentes y mucha vida despues de las 3pm.

Decent hotel room, very clean. The shower had a terrible leak and there is no free internet or any sort of continental breakfast. When we complained about the lack of internet, the answer was something to the tune of "well, we normally get business travelers and they always pay for it." Nice.

Great value and location. I would definitely stay there again when I go to Boston.

The reason I would recommend is I think people could really enjoy the hotel if they're visiting Boston for a few nights. It's near the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The doorman was gracious on arrival as was the front desk help. However, the day we left we got home and noticed our (BIG) golf umbrella was left in the room. I called and spoke with a young man […] at the front who said he'd call me back. Then, unpacking another bag we noticed that my daughter's two stuffed animals she brought for the trip were NOT there. Again I called. Talked with another person and mentioned those were left. I was told I'd get a call back and again, no call. Three days later (I had to travel to the West Coast on business) I called again...they had no record of finding anything in our room nor a record of my call(s). The only other bad part is that they placed my wife, daughter and I in a nice room but facing the street - no problem until we arrived back at the hotel after our night out at a C's game and the nightclubs on the street and around the corner were LOUD - like crazy frat house party LOUD. We should've been given a room facing inside...not on the street for this reason - and we were on the fifth floor. The rooms were clean/nice and the doorman/concierge were great. Housekeeping's lack of looking for our items and the front desks ineptitude in getting back the items and putting us in the middle of Studio 54 circa 1978 may be overstated but that's how I feel. High quality service and rooms. Close walk to waterfront and Quincy Market. Not too far to T and Government Center. Some scaffolding was in place over about half of the building (Jan 25), so make sure that you ask for a room that is not entirely covered if that is an issue for you. This hotel was excellent. Great service, close proximity to all the great bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend the Hilton the only downfall is the amount they charge for daily parking... $38, but that's Boston!

Everything was nice except for on Sunday at 9am the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. Everyone was in the lobby for about an hour. I know it is not the hotel's fault, but they didn't offer anything due to the inconvenience. The least they could have done was have some coffee as many were in the lobby with bathrobes on and were woken […] up. Here checkout wasn't until 12pm so of course people would want to sleep in. I stayed here while attending the Boston Wine Expo as an exhibitor. Chris at the front desk was patient and kind when I called to ask directions for the second time. I had become totally lost in Boston. He stayed on the phone with me, and talked to me turn by turn until I was literally at the front door!! He checked me in, and said he was giving me […] a big room, since I had a rough day. The room was huge and beautiful- great sound proofing too. He was also kind enough to direct me to a reasonably priced public parking facility- valet was not in my budget! Downside was fire alarm sounding, shutting down the elevators on Check out morning- had to walk down 12 flights to get to the lobby, but that isn't the hotels fault. That's a safety precaution. An excellent, convenient choice. It's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small (and extremely dimly lit).

This hotel is super convenient for many of the typical tourist sites - Fanueil Hall, Quincy Market, the North End, etc. Very nice staff. Bar closes early but others close by. Will stay here again.

Went here for New Years, and confirmed a room with a king bed and received a room with two double beds, wasn't exactly happy, but the room was big. Room service was fast and convenient. There was dried hair in the shower, but beside that was very clean. One of our keys didn't work the door either so that was terrible and could have ended badly. Rooms […] weren't very sound proof either. Hotel didn't really care about all this but gave us a free breakfast before we left. Location was great, close to everything. Leer más

It was a good choice for our first trip to Boston. Great hotel overall, the only problem was the noise during the day from the renovation site on top floors, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The hotel is within walking distance to major atractions in downtown Boston.

Hotel staff was great . Great location for walking not for driving. Room had stains all over the rugs, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, blinds didn't work right and the bathroom ceiling was peeling as well.Not a great value for the money. Food and other things were way over priced. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the people were extremely helpful and friendly. We were close to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the big city!

Room was clean and perfect for a one or two night stay. Location is great for walking around Fanuiel Hall area. (plus easy to jump on Route 93) Pillows are way too soft and hallways were a bit noisy (more due to rude guests not employees). Had an issue retrieving our car from Valet parking due to miscommunication on valet's part but the Hilton refunded […] the cost so that was very fair. I will more thatn likely book there again and would reccomend to friends. Leer más

This is the 2nd time i've stayed here - Great location - walking distrance to TD Gardens, Quincy Market, Wasgington St - Boston Commons - Hotel is immaculate & service is great. I'll be back

Overall very nice, clean, helpful staff, good location. My only complaint was the air in the room was very DRY.....Had too fill the tub full of hot water every nite before going to bed.

would have given this hotel a 5 star rating except they were doing construction on the hotel and in the area, and that is temporary. would definitely stay there again, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. close walk to everything!

Rooms very dark and small. Restaurant not as shown on website. We were charged $300 at check-in for incidentals without being told.

This is a great location for restaurants, bars, shopping and sightseeing. An airport shuttle was the only thing missing.

Too bad that WiFi in the lobby is $4.95/hour. It would be so much more welcoming if it were free (as at the Hilton in Portland, OR). The in-room fee of $14.95 for 24 hours is also a bit steep.

Service at the Hilton was excellent. The concierge provided me with an umbrella for a rainy night. I returned the umbrella the next day. The only problem was the tub did not drain fast enough so there was a large build up of water in the tub while I was taking my shower. I suggest the hotel look into this - Room 517,

This hotel is located in the financial district and is a 5-minute walk to Fanueil Hall & the Quincy Market (major food court) and a 10-minute walk to the North End, where 150+ Italian restaurants are located. You can jump on the Freedom Trail at Fanueil Hall and walk to Revere House, North End Church, etc very easily. Also, there's a Dunkin Donuts 2 […] blocks down (woohoo!), Max's Deli close by, and a Starbucks on the way to Fanueil Hall. Nice & quiet over the weekend. Only odd thing to report: no in-room safe, so don't bring the crown jewels. Leer más

The Hilton Boston Downtown is a clean, quiet, well run establishment. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities. It is nearby the new waterfront area, which is in itself, beautiful. The staff is professional and attentive. This was our second stay in the past three months. We came back. We'll be back again...

Overall, this is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The only drawback was the scaffolding on parts of the facade. It completely obliterated any view I might have had, and in any case I kept the draperies closed so I wouldn't be eye to eye with any construction workers during my stay.
