A distancia caminando de la estación de tren. Los alrededores son tipicos de lo que se puede esperar de una estación grande en una ciudad grande (mucha gente, vendimia en la calle, sex shops) EL hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones y cuartos muy espaciosos de acuerdo al estandar europeo

Es un hotel con excelentes instalaciones, servicios y alimentos, Atención del personal también excelente en cada uno de los rubros: recepción, restaurantes y limpieza de habitaciones. Está bien ubicado para huespedes que acuden a las zinas industriales cercanas pero para visitar el centro de la Ciudad está algo distante, pero con el excelente servicio de trenes no representó mayor problema. Ampliamente recomendable

El Hotel debería der de 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones y en especial el baño son muy reducidos. La madera necesita mantenimiento, el cuarto no huele bien y el aire acondicionado hace ruido. Está lejos de todo. Atributos, esta a 5-10 min de una estación del metro y el personal es muy amable.

Laim, que fue una ciudad independiente más antigua que Munich, es hoy en día un barrio residencial situado al sur del Palacio de Nymphenburg. Laimer Anger es el centro histórico frente al cual se halla la iglesia de St Ulrich. El Rex Kino, en Agricolaplatz, es el cine más antiguo de Munich. "Unhelpful & Unfriendly Staff"
The staff at the Reception were generally unfriendly and not at all helpful. Although rated a 4-star hotel, the staff did not bother to even provide us a map of the city and briefly introduce the local attractions when we checked in. When we asked for recommendation regarding where to go to sightsee and shop, the staff was extremely reluctant and unwilling […] to provide the information. She was very vague when we asked for directions to the subway station. Getting information out of her was like pulling out a tooth! We were pretty appalled that we were only given a set of pillows and duvet for one person when our booking clearly stated that it was for 2 adults. Excellent hotel, good location. Very much a "business" style hotel. Breakfast was very expensive if you did not have it included (good food options down the street). A bit further out from the Old Town than ideal, but a wonderful area.

We were a little early and as a result there was only one of our rooms ready. We were asked to wait 30 minutes while the adjacent room was prepared. After 45 minutes we agreed to leave the hotel as we had limited sightseeing time and get the keys later that day. On return, they told us they had only one room left, two floors below and no longer a King […] Room, only a double! The staff were not that helpful (common in the big corporate chains) and only some temper fraying helped get us a King Room that we had paid for. Astonishing considering they said they had none left moments before!! Saying that, the rooms were quite nice, although no kettle for a cuppa in German hotels (£2.50 downstairs instead). The water in the room was 4 euros each SMALL bottle which is a rip off and breakfast is an incredible 23 euros EACH! Great little cafe across the road for 6.50 euros each though. Would I stay there again? Probably, as nice hotel, close to underground station and comfy bed. Just be prepared to fight your corner when everything doesn't go your way. They did discound the 20 euro parking bill as way of an apology! Leer más

So stayed in the Sheraton in Munich. I really recommend this hotel. great location near underground stop and the comforts of the hotel were really good. service and quality were ace. I would stay there again. The window blinds were electric!!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and we were very pleased. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great with a very large variety to chose from.Our only complaint was that it doesn't have internet in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby/lounge area to get on-line. They did seem to have a few computers there […] for guests to use if you didn't have your own computer with you and were first come basis. All in all we were pleased. Just be aware that it is about a 10 minute drive from the center of Munich and to walk is about 45-1hr away. Parking was also avaiable which was a plus. Leer más

２泊しました。おすすめのビアホールをフロントで尋ねたところ、１泊目に対応してくれた女性スタッフは感じがよく、おススメの店として「アウグスティーナー」と「ホーフブロイハウス」を挙げてくれました。そのうえで、「どちらかといえば、アウグスティーナーがおススメ」といって、目の前で予約を取ってくれました。 ２泊目に同じ質問を別の女性スタッフの対応はいまいちでした。 スタッフによって、対応に差があるのを感じました。

"gutes Hotel"
Ich hatte in September also sehr früh gebucht um kostengünstiger zu sein. Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht aufmerksam gemacht das der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht zur Verfügung steht. Außerdem wurde uns ein Kostenloser Wlan für das Zimmer versprochen was leider nicht eingehalten wurde. Beim Frühstück hatten wir auch Probleme wir hatten […] für die 3 Tage 132 €.- voraus bezahlt leider wurde am 2. Tag das Frühstück in Rechnung gestellt erst mit Absprache mit der Rezeption hat sich das Problem gelöst. Sonst waren wir zufrieden bis auf das Personal an der Rezeption überfordert war und sehr unpersöhnlich und unkonzentriert wirkte es gab auch keine Verabschiedung . Leer más
"Hôtel très bien situé ,le métro à la porte"
Les tarifs sont très bon pour les chambres. On peut toutefois prendre le petit déjeuner dans des restos tout près de l'hôtel et économiser 25 euros pour deux personnes. La station de métro est au pied de l'hôtel et seulement quelques stations du centre-ville. Si vous aimez la marche,35 minutes de Marienplatz.
"Gutes Hotel - wenig Personal an Hotelbar"
Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das einzige, dass uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Mangel an Personal an der Hotelbar unten bei der Rezeption. Am Sonntagmorgen musste man den Kaffe sogar selber aus dem Automaten lassen. Für solch ein Hotel ist das schon ein kleiner Dorn im Auge. Sonst super Hotel.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter im Sheraton und wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 2. Stock. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Walking Distance zur Theresienwiese und U-Bahn Station gleich neben dem Hotel. Für einen Stadtausflug ideal. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück, auch wenn der Frühstücksraum ein wenig […] DDR Retro-chic verströmt und selbst um 09.30 Uhr ziemlich überfüllt gewesen ist. Aber damit konnten wir gut leben. Leer más

Jag är besviken, tog ett uppgraderat rum, executive. Det höghastighetsinternet som ingick hade en uppmätt hastighet på 0.1 mb och det var med kabel. Detta är något hotellet tar betalt för annars. Dessutom ingick inte frukost. Detta kostade väldigt mkt för en vuxen och ett barn. Jag kan inte rek detta hotell tyvärr då jag själv aldrig komer att bo […] där själv igen. Leer más

中央駅からUトラムで3駅。先頭車両に乗っていれば出口からすぐのホテル。中心地から少し離れているが、観光・ビジネスに十分な距離なので便利。部屋内も綺麗で、フロントの対応も良かった。 値段も安いので、次回も使用したいホテル。

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, (das ist heute nicht mehr so normal!!). Die S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind direkt vor dem Hoteleingang, in ein paar Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Uバーンでマリエンプラッツまで二駅と大変便利！ その上地下鉄の入り口出たらすぐのばしょにあります。 部屋も清潔で広くお勧め。 ただWifiが有料で、ブラウザを閉じると接続終了する。と説明されたが、iphoneなためその説明は当てはまらず 具体的なWifiログアウト方法、課金のタイミング、終了方法を説明してほしかった。

schoene grosse zimmer, mit top lage. alles ist super erreichbar! man ist nicht auf strassenverkehr angewiesen!
"Good quality/price rate"
not ideally situated but rather accessible to the city center with U-bahn 4 & 5, the Sheraton is higly recommendable it's too bad breakfast wasn't included in hotels.com best deals, the buffet was awesome (22€ of supplementary charge)

"Hôtel Sheraton Westpark Munich, très bon séjour"
l'hôtel est idéalement situé juste en face du métro Heiemerplatz, et en 3 arrêts vous êtes en plein centre ville. A l'arrière de l'hôtel il y a de très bons retaurants: 2 italiens, un japonais, un grec et un thaï, plus un café Segafredo qui fait des petit déjeuner super. L'hôtel est très bien, accueillant, le personnel est attentif et souriant, les […] chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le seul hic: l'accès à la piscinepour les enfants de moins de 16 ans est prohibé dès 17h...incompréhensible..serait-ce pour ne pas déranger mais en quoi des enfants dérangent?...j'ai du mal à englober ce concept, bref, donc si vous avez des enfants prévoyez la piscine tôt le matin , mais pas de fin de journée/soirée relax en famille après une journée de visites ...A part ceci, tout a été excellent. Главное, что понравилось - удобство расположения. фактически со ступенек гостиницы можно подняться/спуститься в метро. Сам отель достаточно старый, внутри заметна определенная обшарпанность, запах соответствующий, "гостиничный". Цены на room service запредельные - 2 чашки чая из пакетика превратились в 14 евро в счете. Завтрак не включен в стоимость […] и стоит 22 евро. Качество завтрака - более чем среднее. Омлет, сыр-колбаса, мюсли-йогурт, и все вместе категорически не стоит таких денег. Виды из окна отеля не располагают... с одной стороны 7-полосная железная дорога, круглосуточно шумят поезда. С другой стороны - пятиэтажки и проезжая часть. В 7 утра автоматически с диким грохотом стали закрываться внешние жалюзи на окнах! Как их потом открыть, я так и не поняла. Т.н. "бассейн" это метров 8-10, т.е. для одного человека. В общем, если надо койку рядом с метро - это то что надо. Если надо комфорт 5 звезд - это категорически не сюда. Leer más

Das Zimmer, wie die Gänge waren kalt. Obwohl Januar und Aussentemperaturen um -10 Grad war das Zimmer nicht beheizt. Die Lounge war nicht nur Gast- sondern auch Bedienungleer. Natürlich waren die Snacks kalt! Keine warme Küche. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, doch vermutlich nicht wegen der guten Bausubstanz, sondern weil das Hotel fast leer war!!
