A una cuadra de una estación del metro, la zona es bonita, segura y tiene varios restaurantes y cafés alrededor. Buen servicio.

La calidad del hotel y del servicio fueron excelentes. Cumplió con mis expectativas. Excelente ubicación! Lo único que podría criticar es que me dieron una habitación diferente a la reservada, pero de igual calidad. Recomendado.

La ubicación súper, está cerca de los sitios de interés más importantes para los que vamos de vacaciones y tambien queda a unos pasos del metro y rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Unas instalaciones maravillosas, cómodas, aseadas y bien mantenidas. La atención ni se diga. Un equipo amable, profesional desde la señora que hace el aseo, los del restaurante y los del front desk. Mi familia y yo quedamos gratamente sorprendidos!!!

"METRO POINTS WASHINGTON"
Excelente ubicación. Estación del Metro linea amarilla New Cartlon cerca al hotel. Habitaciones comodas. Buen desayuno. Internet Wi Fi gratis. Tiene transporte desde la estación del Metro al hotel pero hay que llamar para solicitar el servicio recomiendo que lleven monedas ya que se dificulta acceder al servicio de transporte.

El hotel a simple vista parece sencillo pero las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien decoradas, aseadas, con wi-fi, recomendable!! Para los hispanos parlantes hay una empleada que habla perfectamente castellano, todo el personal siempre atento a solucionar o responder a cualquier duda

I really loved the Metro Points Hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is great; there is plenty of dining nearby. There are also quite a few stores in the area if you are in a shopping mood. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to DC!

"cold shower water and terrible breakfast"
Our shower water took about 10 minutes to heat up and was very temperamental with the nob being at a specific place to get hot water. The breakfast was terrible - I saw moldy bread, long waits for food and a terrible selection (all carbs). If these 2 things aren't important to you - then the hotel is fine to stay in. "Got what I paid for."
This hotel does the bare minimum. Free buffet = dried up eggs and pancakes that get refilled every 30 minutes, even if they're empty immediately. Cereal/Oatmeal there, but good luck finding the milk. "Thought it would have been better"
Disappointed with many aspects of the room. We stayed in a jr. suite for a conference. No fan in the bathroom, no mini fridge, no dvd player, had to pay if we wanted wifi. For the five star price of the room I thought it offered two star accommodations.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, because I find it an easy drive to/from the National Archives and it's located next to a grocery store and a suburban shopping center that includes a Starbucks. It also has free internet. It feels safer than some of the hotels in College Park and I like that it's not a typical chain. The breakfast has improved since […] the first time I was there and they now have a bar, so I get the impression the hotel is trying to rebuild itself or add on as it can. My main issue is that the place really needs a deep cleaning. Housekeeping does a fine job of the day to day cleaning, but there was a questionable stain on one of my side tables the last time and you can just tell that everything from the bathroom to the carpets to walls/drapes, etc. haven't had more than the day to day cleaning in a long time. I make a trip about every other month staying in different hotels and consider it a step up from a Super 8 or Motel 6, but it's not as nice as a Holiday Inn Express, Marriott, Hyatt, or similar chains. It was rather nice except there were no smoking rooms at all to choose from. We had to smoke out in the cold. The automatic doors were not working as I was carrying my bags in the building. I was nervous in booking this hotel due to its many bad reviews. I will say we were very pleasantly surprised. It was very convenient with the location to near the metro and amtrak and the shuttle that takes you there. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The staff was very nice and helpful and quick to respond to us when needed. The breakfast […] was pretty good with hot eggs, bacon, sausage and other options and if you dont want that you get a discount at the IHOP next door. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only bad points to the hotel was that the rooms were pretty loud and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. Also the shower took forever, literally 5mins on one occasion, to get hot water to it. I know a lot of people have complained about the neighborhood and it is a little rough but this hotel is in the city and that can be expected. We walked to the metro station and had to wait outside of it at night waiting for the shuttle and never once felt uncomfortable or threatened. Everyone we met was very nice. For the money-I felt more than satisfied with the quality of this hotel and have stayed at much worse hotels for much more money. I would highly recommed this hotel to anyone coming to the area and if we go back we will definitely stay here. Leer más
