im sorry to say but this hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. we were told several of times that we needed to be careful of where we park our vehicles and we were to stay in our rooms after dark. even the cab driver was scared to take us back into the neighborhood.. oh and the hotel doesnt look anything like the pictures that is posted on the web […] site... THE BATHROOM NEEDTO BE REDONE AND THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER,

THERE WAS NO HOT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING LIKE THE OTHER DAY'S INN THAT I STAY AT!! SO I COULDN'T FEED MY 10 PLAYER BASKETBALL TEAM THAT MORNING WHEN WE GOT UP!! BEDS WERE LIKE WORN OUT!

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a lot of trash around the outside, abandoned building next door. The first room I was given smelled of room freshener and it was hard to breath when in the room. I asked for another room which was better and cleaner. The carpet only had a few stains. Not a good hotel for women and children. I believe they rent weekly rooms. Very bad atmosphere. Rooms were not up to date. Carpet was dirty. Odor in room. You can tell from the outside tht this use to be a very well hotel, however, you can now tell that it is not doing to good. I would never ever stay there again, even if it was free.

We had 2 rooms, and the desk clerk placed us in different builidings. The neighborhood was awful, right in front of some type of club. Not a good experience or part of town.

This hotel is a dive. Looks ok from the outside, but is run-down on the inside. Dead bugs on the carpet and it had an odor to the room. The only plus was it was right of the highway.

I understand that you get what you pay for, but this place really needs some upgrading. The staff did what they could for us, they just don't have much to work with. Our first room was dirty and smelled bad. We were going to leave, but the staff offered another room. We appreciated the "upgrade", but it really wasn't much better. The van they use to pick you up at the airport is run down, missing handles, torn seats.....

This Days Inn was ok...since the downtown places all wanted a couple hundred $$ per night and this one was much less. But i guess you get what you pay for...the bathroom desparately needed updating and cleaning and the beds were uncomfortable. The location was right near the highway and about 3 miles from downtown. Owners seemed nice and helpful.

If you are looking for some place less expensive for one night only, I would recommend this hotel.

The facade is OK, but inside, the rooms are rotted and decaying. The airport shuttle is downright scary, smells of smoke and is ancient.

When we checked in, the man working the front desk was very rude. His 2 small daughters were also running around my legs screaming in the lobby as I checked in. When we got to the room, it was not clean. The toilet paper roll fell, the jacuzzi was dirty, only one jet worked in it, no hot water in the room the entire weekend,and the toilet stopped up. […] The worst part about it all...My husband called the front desk to tell them that the toilet was stopped up and only one jet worked in the hot tub. He asked if there was anyway they could send someone to at least fix the toilet. They told us the maint. man was on break but we could come get a plunger and fix it ourselves. My husband then explained about the jets in the hot tub not working and he told us to stick our finger in each jet and wiggle it around until it started working. Leer más

We just needed a very short night's stay during an overnight layover in Nashville. This place was fine and very close. The best part was it was the only economy hotel we could find that was willing to offer a free hotel-airport shuttle service both late at night and early in the morning. Thanks! This was the worse motel I have ever stayed in. My husband and I go to Nashville every October for the flea market at the fairgrounds. This was the first time that we had stayed at Days Inn & Suites and we will definitely not be back. The room had obviously not been cleaned because whoever stayed the night before had thrown up in the room and it was […] still very visible near the bed. the alarm clock did not work so we asked for a wake up call that we did not receive. the free breakfast was ok, but most of the appliances did not work well. There was no ice machine on our floor. This was a very disgusting place and we did not feel safe staying there. Bad neighborhood. Leer más

THIS HOTEL WAS NOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. THE ROOM WAS NOT UPDATED. I WANTED A KING BED THERE WAS TWO QUEEN BEDS. THE TV DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM . THERE WAS A SMELL IN THE ROOM AND IT IRRIATATED MY ALLERGIES. THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

This is not in the best part of town. The hotel management is less than experienced and the continental breakfast is not worth it. The hotel is old and has many maintenance issues. There are plenty of hotels near the airport that are much better and only 10 minutes away.

I would have been more comfortable in the abandoned hotel next door than I was in this one. Never again!! What a shame, because Nashville is such a beautiful city on the rebound from the big flood.

I have stayed at some bad hotels in my day, but this was by far the worst. They checked us in to a room that wasn't even clean yet, and then didn't even apologize when I called them about it. Room was dirty and customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Do not. I repeat, do not stay here.

The pool was nice in the HOT Nashville weather, but thats about all. The wireless internet only worked when the computer was literally right next to the window, with the curtains open. Even then, the signal was very weak. Breakfast was very simple. This had to be one of the worst run Days Inns we've ever stayed in. If we needed anything at all, we had […] to go get it. They did have a shuttle service which was neat, taking you downtown or where ever I assume, but the front desk seemed to charge whatever they wanted for it. It varied from person to person. Not as bad as the other reviews make it out to be. Pool was nice, easy access to downtown (one road all the way in), and they offer a shuttle. Room was OK, nothing special. We went to Nashville for the CMA Fest, and the hotel was a good place to sleep and swim.

Good pool. Broken sink stopper. Old decor. Lamp socket was out of lamp. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Hotel mgr. professional and friendly. Desk clerk and shuttle drivers excellent. They went out of their way to take me places other than the airport. Everyone was friendly that worked at motel.

Kinda hard to locate, sits way back from the road behind some otherwise crummy looking businesses you wouldn't normally notice (or ignore). Room "looked" OK, but beds are old and worn out, bathrooms didn't have an exhaust fan or functional overhead lights- had to leave the door open for air and/or light. Holes in shower wall where tiled soap dish was […] obviously bashed off the wall. Pool was dirty, lots of leaves and dirt on the bottom, and the pool vaccuum and hose just laid there on the side of the pool the entire weekend as if there was no one available, or willing, to use it. maintenance would walk through the complex occasionally and leave every single room door open. Rooms looked unoccupied, but anyone wandering through would likely realize the only room worth breaking into would be the one with the closed door. Didn't get a very secure feeling there at all. No coffee in the morning. No cream even if there was. Internet connection was "broken" so couldn't pre check in for our flight. Not very attentive staff. Polite, but lazy. Leer más

Recognizing we got an excellent price on the room, it was just not acceptable. The bed linens (sheets) were noticeably not clean, the shower had a hole in it (where a soap holder should be), bath and hand soaps smelled terrible (indicated essence of grapefruit, but smelled more like ragweed), the television was so blurry that you could not read the […] station identification, and the bed had two 3-4" metal rails protruding from beneath the mattress that resulted in a pretty severe cut on an ankle. On top of everything else, neighborhood felt unsafe - lots of people milling around sides of buildings at all hours. Should have curbed expectations when witnessing two customers ahead of us at check-in already complaining (got nowhere with hotel service desk staff). The hotel beds were comfortable which is the only thing I can say. There is no pool despite it being on the map and shows they have one. It is "under construction" per the front desk. They couldn't find my reservation and after much effort I had to book a new one then move out that night and check back in the second night - where they did have the reservation. […] On checking back in the second night (with the same person) he insisted I didn't order two beds (in spite of the print out I had with me showing it). I had to pay extra each night to get a room with two beds. Rooms were not in good shape and smelled a little moldy. Main problem was the lack of any attempt to service their client. Leer más
