Si volvería al hotel, nos trataron bien, hay que ajustar detalles

Estuve solo una noche en el Hotel, mi estancia incluia un desayuno. En términos generales el hotel es bueno VS precio Lo recomiendo para viajeros que quieran conocer los angeles pues queda relativamente cerca a los lugares de interés exepto a disneyland . Si te quieres quedar allí lo mas conveniente seria rentar un auto pues no se como es el tranportepublico Enjoy L.A

Nice pool outside, good rates, and clean and comfortable. I didn't get the wakeup call that I asked for, but everything else was great.

Great place! We were on the 3rd floor and they had not made it there with the promised tactiles and paint seen in the lobby refurb displays. Still a roomy room And worth every penny!

Perfect for a family. Quiet, clean and a good value. Free breakfast would make it perfect as their buffet is really good.

It's another of those hotels who charge you expensive rate and don't even give you what an average motel would. No breakfast, OLD tv with the colors all messed up and remote control that barley works. Excellent hotel for it's price (on Hotels.com), if you book directly with the hotel it'll cost you a lot more. The hotel charges $10 per ay for parking. Street paring is available but not recommended for overnight. Food at the hotel is surprisingly good bothin the restaurant and room service. Old style TV sets in most rooms unless you upgrade to a "preferred" […] room for a newly renovated room and flat screen TV. Free internet, both wired and wireless, good reception. Pay Per View movies available. ome of the rooms can be a bit noisy if you are by the airport runway when lanes take off, but you can request a quiet room. Very friendly and good service, always smiling. I don't recommend that you go for a stroll at nght time, as the area is a bit "shady" Generally, a great hotel if you're lookng for somewhere convenient to Van Nuys/Northridge areas. The staff is very attentive. The room was large, clean and bright. We liked the breakfast buffet. It was a very good experience.

This hotel is dated but it is about to get a make over. The bathrooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable.

They charge a lot for parking and don't advertise it. Beware!

Very simple and small rooms. Nothing too special. Bed very uncomfortable. Pay for parking as a guest of the hotel?

Not mentioned in description, the hotel and airport runway has only its small parking lot in between. Small and noisy airplants take off / land very late into night and started early in the morning.The windows are so old an can't even block the argument of a couple in the parking lot. Not to say the airplants.

Loved my room, very clean. Great view.The staff was very personable and excellent.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. Hotel is beautiful and quiet. Stop using feather pillows because they go flat in the middle and puff up on the ends and cover my mouth and nose. - Stop tucking the top sheet under the mattress. Stayed here for two nights during Christmas. The interior is a bit out-dated but kept in a good and clean shape. Staff was courteous. Location is good if you are visiting west LA. All in all good experience.

I entended my stay at the Airtel Plaza after staying there for 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and it was neat staying right at the Van Nuys airport. It has a lot of history and old movie memorabilia around the lobby. The restaurant was tasty and the lounge was beautiful. The rooms have been renovated and are super comfy. The only down side was parking. […] We were traveling with a rv and had to come in and out of the employee entrance which ended up being a horrible inconvenience. Every morning we would be stuck sitting waiting for someone inside to hear us ring the button to get out and every evening we would sit and wait again. Eventually we ended up calling the hotel when we were pulling up. A huge downfall after working all day and just wanting to get to your room. The hotel also told is that the rate for parking would be $10 per space that we took up. We took up 2 spaces and they charged us $25 each night. If I would have known that it was a flat rate, I would have taken up 5 spaces in the back legnthways instead of taking the time to fit into only 2. Overall the hotel was beautiful but the parking was n issue just because of our vehicle. Anyone with a normal car should be fine. Leer más

My husband and I stayed here after he had foot surgery. He could not travel afterwards. The staff brought a wheel chair 2 the car and unloaded my husband and our luggage while I parked the car. The hotel is good on all counts. My two-night stay on a business trip went very smoothly.

I checked in after dark. I was given a map to get to my room, and it was marked with a yellow marker that did not show up in my car lighting. The parking lot was vast and very dark. There were three or four large buildings with outside parking around them. I parked near several of them and walked into each building trying to get an idea of the numbering […] inside, since was no clue on the exterior. I was extremely tired and regretted making the reservation. I finally managed to get back to the office, and they dispatched a man to show me to my room. The room looked all right, but in the morning I couldn't turn on the shower. I pushed as hard as I could to turn it and when it gave I almost fell into the bathtub. When I turned it off after my shower, it wouldn't stop running. Then I knew that housekeeping had turned it off with great strength to avoid repairing it. I asked for another room, and was given one that was OK. The staff was courteous, but none too helpful. If I need to stay in a hotel in the Valley again, I will not stay there. Leer más

I stayed here for 3 nights during Thanksgiving. I arrived much earlier than expected the first day but they were more than happy to let me check in early. The only thing about the room that wasn't as expected was the balcony. It fits the dictionary definition of a balcony but not what a person would expect when they read that a hotel room has a balcony […] because you couldn't go out there, not even enough room to stand and you would have to crawl through a window to get there. So, if that's a big deal to you, I'd look elsewhere. Turns out it didn't actually matter much to me but I was mostly just sleeping there at night while I helped my sister with her new baby at her place during the day. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time I visit my sis. Oh, $10 a night extra for parking but it isn't secured. There was plenty of street parking less than 50 feet from the paid parking lot for those of you who would rather walk a few feet to save some money. Leer más

Parking was a bit of a nuisance - they did not explain properly how to get through the gate with the hotel key. But they fixed it quickly enough. An older hotel but the rooms have been updated and are comfortable.

Had to fight to get the type of room I had booked which made for a unpleasant time. Needs a refit for the sort of money their asking.

I really liked this hotel out of the three that I stayed at whilst in California. Itbwas clean, the staff was excellent. Only things was that it was near to an airstrip - but nevertheless worth the price!

I was so pleased with the customer service at the Airtel. Minutes after arriving in my room I received a phone call from the front desk checking to make sure everything was to my liking. The area can be a little unsafe at night but I felt completely secure at the hotel. The pool and jaccuzi were wonderful. I got a pretty good price at the time. The location is right next to major freeway. You are next to a smaller airport, but that's no bother. Good place.

Hotel is co-located to Van Nuys airport with the charm and noise associated; curfew after 10pm. The windows in the rooms are double pain, so noise is mitigated. HVAC is excellent, with multiple fan settings for additional comfort. Wide range of channels on cable TV; internet is wireless, or tethered. Parking can be an additional charge –street side […] only other option. Two buildings on the property: Main and tower. Main building is completing renovation, so a little bit messy during this stay –expected completion is late October. Restaurant is good with reasonable prices; minimal options within walking distance and area perhaps a little questionable after dark. Leer más

We enjoyed our three day stay at Airtel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good service froom the staff. The one thing we liked about the restaurant is that you could dine in the nice covered patio area. We would definitely stay there again, not only because of the cleanliness of the rooms and services but also the security. In order to access […] the parking lot there, you have to have a ticket key to enter and leave. It's the only hotel we've ever seen like that. The only drawback that we have is: You have to pay $10 per day each for a refrigerator and microwave. All other hotels we've stayed in, never charged extra for these amenities. Hotel had a huge parking lot, charged $10.00 to park and in the morning it was difficult to get out of the lot.

Only one thing was very wrong they charge us for parking over night. WRONG.
