Hotel con excelente ubicacion, atencion del personal excelente, las habitaciones amplias, el mobiliario muy nuevo. Salvo que el hotel no cuenta con elevador, de ahi en fuera excelente!

Reserved a king-size bed room and got two full/queen (whatever size it is) sized beds in my room. Staff was fast to fix the error. Great Hotel!!

"This Courtyard was close to a popular club."
The room was very nice and the bed were comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and help out.

I was very pleased with this hotel it was very clean and the employees were very courteous. I would definitely stay here again .it was also very close to my favorite nightclub .

"Could have been better....."
I had booked on line and pid. When I arrived, I had to wit because clerk said the reservation had not hit her computer yet. It did not matter that I showed her the Emil with the information number. I had driven into town late night after work to join grieving family members for a funeral. This clerk showed no compassion. To add insult to injury, she […] placed me in a room #145 next to #147 which was disruptive all night with screaming kids. My night was not t all restful. I had onside red staying over in Dallas or New Years but after that I simply left. Given the hundreds of nights I have spent at Marriotts over the years, my stay "could have been better." Leer más

Very pleased with the hotel, it's staff and the service provided. I booked two rooms and was able to check in early. The staff was friendly and made every effort to keep us satified. Great location and well maintained. Highly recommended with a very good price.

"sound proofing in rooms not up to hotel class"
Noisy hall ways and other room doors automatically slam loudly. Heard normal conversation in room next door. Not good for such a nice hotel

Can't go wrong with the Courtyard by Marriott, and it was surprisingly affordable. Top-notch room and amenities: desk and chair for comfortable working, good lights, extra outlets, large HDTV.

"Courtyard,Addison TX -nice, quiet, comfortable"
The hotel was convenient to restaurants and our destinations for the weekend. It was comfortable, and a good value. One complaint - no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it remained warm and steamy long after showers. Pillowtop type bed was very nice and the LG TV was great.

Hotel had two levels but no elevator. At check-in I was shown a map of the parking lot behind the hotel and was told where I should park for easiest access to my room. There were no signs posted outside the hotel designating the correct area to park to access my room and, most of the time, my parking area was full so I often had to park on the side […] opposite my room. No one was available to help carry luggage from my car to the room so I had to lug the baggage up two flights by myself. My room was also situated across from the housekeeping supply room so my do not disturb tag was useless since the housekeeping staff arrived at 7 AM and congregated in the hallway outside my room. This was not a quiet group so sleeping after their arrival was almost impossible and it made working difficult. The room was clean but the TV and bed were at odd angles so one could watch TV only from one side of the bed. The hotel was very frugal with the usual toiletrie items (soap, shampoo, etc) and provided no mouthwash or lotion at all. Plus, there was no hair dryer in the room. "good price but thin walls"
not a bad place, but I found the walls very thin. Could hear my neibhbors TV, shower, etc... Earplugs do the trick.
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only drawback was the layout of the room. It seemed very thrown together and the position of the lightswitches was very odd.

This was the second time I was a guest of this hotel. The front desk clerk checked me in promptly and was nice and friendly. She was even aware this was my second stay! Found the hotel that we are going to stay in everytime we are in Addison. The room was very roomy, couch and coffee table were nice. Tv looked awesome, but it is on the right side of the bed instead of the foot. That would be my only complaint. All rooms are nonsmoking, but most rooms have sliding glass doors. The holtel location was GREAT!! Less than 2min from the Galleria & surrounded by restaurants. The biggest problem with the holel was when we had to repeataly ask for towels & they didn't turn on the air in there main hallway...(it was like oven)

"Cortyard Marriott Addison Midway"
Convenient to North Dallas & Addison (Comedy Clubs off Beltline and Midway about 10 minutes). Only negative thing was there was no elevator. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave and a pull out couch. Great value! Pool could have been open later! Maybe all night since it is outdoors!

I have stayed in hotels that cost twice this amount and were not as clean or comfortable. We stayed with two kids for two nights. Our room was clean, cool, and quiet. The pool was clean with late hours for those 100 degree temps. We did have to ask for towels a couple times, but no big deal. We will stay again!

This hotel is great if you're on vacation with your family. Not so much for business or romatic getaway. The hotel was packed with kids, so much so, that we were unable to use the pool. Kids were running up and down the halls at all hours and a lot of coming and going from rooms. But if you're with your kids it's a great place to stay. The only real […] negative is the breakfast provided was just badly run. The asst. of food was great, but they only had one person taking care of it. With such a busy hotel it was hard to even find napkins and silverwear to eat with. For this reason I give the hotel a 3 overall, but for the price and family atmosphere I would recomend to others. The hotel had a great location, staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early however upon checking in, the room was clean until reaching the bathroom. The toilet had dried urine on it, the floor was covered with hair, and one of the cups for coffee had been used & dirty. The room was also very warm & dispite adjusting the thermostat, the room didn't get to 74 degrees until the sun went down. I'VE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ON MANY OCCASSIONS OVER THE YEARS AND FIND IT CLEAN, QUIET AND A GREAT VALUE. HOWEVER, ON MY LAST TRIP WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT.
