Courtyard by Marriott Dallas/LBJ at Josey

I've stayed here before when visting northern Dallas area. Very convienient to highway 635 and 35E you can travel freely to almost anywhere around that area. The rooms are nice, nothing really super special about them. Definately recommend if your staying for a short period of time

So happy with the hotel. I got a great deal on the price and was super happy with the place. It was very clean did not have any problem with the neighborhood. Front desk was very helpful. Close to the highway for easy access to anywhere you need to go. It will be the only hotel i will stay at when I need to be in the Dallas area.

I arrived after dark and was a little put off by the XXX store I passed by right off the highway ramp, and there was lots of construction, but the hotel itself was totally fine. Night desk staff was really friendly, too. In the light of day, I realized the neighborhood is nor bad at all, just in an area with light industry. This was our second stay at this hotel. Both times were an overnight stay and most of our time was spent away from the hotel, so I didn't have a need to deal with hotel staff and can't really assess that. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, TV had a good picture and the drapery shut out all the light so it was easy to sleep […] past daylight if you want. Can't beat the room for the price!

We love this place and they have good prices too!

We were blowing into town on business and found this hotel on the net. We rented a couple of rooms not expecting much because it was so affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. The staff was very courteous. We ran into security in the parking lot, and he was extremely nice as well. The room was fine the place was fine, nothing outstanding. The bed was not comfortable but it was okay. The breakfast bar was over priced so did not partake. Hotel was easy on and off of highway and a good location to everything we did even though construction was going on many surrounding roads. TV channels are not very many, not all in HD and the […] TV is in a lousy location, too close to the bed and too low if you are a night time, in bed viewer... This Hotel was really nice. It was clean, really comfortable beds and the staff was great. It's close to LBJ and when they get all the road work completed will be alot nicer. The price we paid through hotels.com per night would stay again.

This is an OK property; very good for the weekend price. Not in the best of neighborhoods and a little bit away from Cowboys stadium, Six Flags, etc. Looks like it was an older property that had been refurbished, but it was clean and comfortable. Nothing real fancy but good for a weekend football game.

Clean, comfortable room. Well-kept grounds and lobby area. We felt the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey so we opted out. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/co-workers.

this was a great place to stay with an awesome bed to sleep on. this was probably the softest bed i have ever slept on in my life. however, it was advertised here that breakfast was free for two people and that is NOT ACCURATE. breakfast is $11.95 per person....it is all you can eat. however, there is a difference between free and $11.95. I have made this location my "spot" whenever I am in the area. We always get an excellent deal here. It is not the "plush" you may expect from Marriott but since we are normally staying 1-2 nights..it works. Everything is nice and clean and the staff is courteous. No continental breakfast and what they offer is somewhat expensive but averaged with the […] room rate...still a good deal. Leer más

The location may not be convenient to many landmarks in Dallas, but it was the closest hotel to my destination... so for me, the location was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and nice. I'll be staying there again for future visits. I would highly recommend it.

We were very disappointed in our latest stay at this Courtyard by Marriott. We had a three night stay. First, I had left my key in troot pm and had to get another made. The desk clerk assured me that my other keys still in the room would still work. The next day, my 2 seven year olds and I arrived at our room loaded down with groceries and were locked […] out of our room again because the old keys apparently did go void. Not wanting to lug the groceries all the way down to the desk, I left my children outside the room for what I thought would be a quick trip to get another new key. This time there were two clerks. One was helping another customer and the other one chose to answer the phone as I was standing in line. She was initially unresponsive and continued the phone call even though I explained my issue with 2 small children sthanding alone outside our room. It was only after I insisted she place the caller on hold and handle my issue did she reissue my key. Secondly, the ice machines on floors 1 & 2 were broken. The desk clerks were unaware of the broken ice machines although both had signs indicating so. His response was that there are ice machines on every floor. He wound up calling maintenance and the issue was resolved by me going to the kitchen to obtain ice. Lastly and most importantly, we were not able to get any sleep on the last night of our stay. It was Saturday night and there was a group of hotel guests who were incredibly boisterous and noisy on the floor below us, on their balconies and in the parking lot. I made a call to the front desk to get security to address the issue. Nothing happened and the party noise continued until 4:00 AM. This was the last thing we needed as my children had an ice skating competition early on Sunday. The next morning as we were at breakfast we could see cases of empty beer bottles all over the first floor and parking I was so disappointed in my stay that I wrote a letter to the hotel management and left it with the fr Leer más

Close to town, close to the Galleria, and Northpark Malls, a bit confusing to get to, but as long as you have proper navigation, you should not have a problem. Great stay comfortable beds. The elevator needs more ventilation if you are staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay!

Very expensive for no refrigerator or microwave.

The overall cleanliness was good. But when we pulled out the hide-away bed it was nasty. No sheets for it and stains all over the mattress...put that up fast and just slept on the couch...bed and bathroom were clean, though...

I can not say enough goods things about this hotel.. Our stay has been super everytime we have stayed... We stay here at least two different times a year...

I loved the location, theres lots of different food places and plenty of places to shop.

Not much to do or eat around this hotel ,but it was nice.

Stayed in this hotel during family vacation. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had 5 people in the room, one was a 14 month old. Had only three towels in bathroom and had to ask for more twice during our stay. We went to several different places around the Dallas area and this hotel was in the perfect location. Cleaning was not done thouroughly! we arrived and found a dirty underwear, the next day the bathroom was not sweped, shower has some signs of mold build up. The front desk staff was the only interation I had and they were really nice. The actual hotel and surroundings looked in great shape, just need to check on there cleaning staff, I guess! I booked a room within two beds, but they gave me a room within one bed and one sofa. When I told them this unexpected situation, they told me that I am sorry but we don't have any other room which within two beds. Even they didnot refund my money. :) Be careful when you booked a room.

Nice and clean..great whirlpool and clean. Wish the rooms had a microwave in them..Also breakfast buffet way too expensive..rather have a continental breakfast.

Conveniently located near interstate as well as dining and shopping.,

I was in town to watch the Nascar race this weekend and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott. The room was very clean, very nice, very quiet and well worth the price value of hotels.com I would recommend this stay to everyone who is staying in Dallas for any length of time.
