Viajamos con un niño de 4 años y la habitación era muy práctica, tipo suite: con un saloncito en el que dormía él y con la habitación separada. No teníamos el desayuno incluido y nos lo ofrecieron gratuitamente y eso fue un buen detalle porque el desayuno era muy completo.

Si vais no escoger la habitación extra-grande ya que el tamaño es el mismo que las demás... La única diferencia es que tenéis acceso a una terraza COLECTIVA. Desayuno muy pobre.... Limpieza muy bien al igual que las instalaciones. Wifi de pAgo esto lo considero poco acertado...

El hotel está muy bien conservado y la gente es muy amable. Dispone de un ordenador común con internet e impresora y además incluye WIFI gratuita en las habitaciones. El desayuno era un poco escaso porque faltaba algo de dulce, pero lo suficiente para desayunar bien y preparar unos bocadillos para las excursiones por la ciudad.

"Great location, great breakfast, wifi free."
The rooms are small, but everything else well and truly makes up for that. The location is perfect, just above the train central station. Breakfast is a buffet and fantastic and free tea and coffee all day is a real bonus.
"small for the money"
I know we should have been aware of this, but this room was extremely small. We are a married couple and were not aware that there were 2 single beds, 1 was a fold down from the wall. Great location, but disappointed in what we got for what we paid.

"Good location"
This hotel is in an excellent location just next to the Arlanda express platform and breakfast was also very good. The downside is that the rooms are miniscule, probably the smallest I've ever stayed in and would be no good for a stay of over 3 nights.
"Very nice and I would love to stay there again and again"
I stayed there for 4 nights with my friend, The location of hotel is very easy to find and just about 2 minutes walk from Central station, receptions are friendly and speak English and Svenska(Swedish) perfectly and very helpful. The room is quite small but nice, My friend and I stayed in the cheapest room , with same money we pay, Comfort Hotel Stockholm […] is much better than hotel in Madrid, Porto and Paris. Wireless Internet is Free , but you have to ask for Password from Reception. Breakfast is more than enough, you have lots of things to eat and drinks. "Unclear capacity of the rooms = extra fees"
The hotel had its good points and bad points. On one hand the hotel was extremely centrally located directly next to the central station and had good interior design and a great breakfast buffet but the downside was that when originally booking the room I booked it for 1 adult not knowing that even though my room had 2 beds, and wouldn't have been any […] more work for anyone, that they charge 2x (or at least a supplement) for an additional person to stay in the room with me. In America, when you book a room, its understood that it is a double occupancy room. At this hotel they gave us a huge hassle when checking in and charged us an additional per night for the "extra" person to stay in the room which is ridiculous! It was the SAME room! Why pay more for someone else to stay there? Also, the room was tiny and the beds overlapped each other perpendicularly since one is an uncomfortable wall bed. The front desk woman was extremely rude and scoffed at us upon entering when we were shocked to find out that it was a per-person charge and then basically laughed and told us we were SOL and we'd have to pay the supplement. Min väninna och jag reste med varsitt barnbarn till Sthlm bl a för att se Carlsson på taket på Oscars. Vi ville bo centralt och nära både teater och station. Vi valde Comfort både för läget och priset. Det var helt perfekt. Vi hade varsitt rum utan fönster. Vi fick ingen känsla av cellskräck. Det var tyst och lugnt på natten. Detta är ett mycket prisvärt hotel. Det känns frächt och faktiskt "lagom" på ett positivt sätt. Framför allt hade de rikitgt bra srevice i receptionen, och även över telefon. De tog sig tid, lyssande, och förklarade gärna noga till andra platser som vi ville besöka. Ok att rummet inte var så stort, men det kompenseras av supercentralt läge, fräscht, fin frukost och trevlig atmosfär. Stor TV men bra kanalutbud. Kort och gott att mycket prisvärt boende!

La posizione è eccezionale soprattutto per chi viaggia con Ryan Air. Il personale è gentile, la camera pulita e confortevole, anche se un po' piccola, la prima colazione abbondante. Ci ritornerei.

Rekomenderar helt klart detta hotell om man är i Stockholm. Väldigt nära till centralen och väldigt nära till shopping! Några gator upp och så är man på Drottninggatan ! Rummen var små men mysiga (mycket bättre än vad jag förväntade mig) - Om man ändå bara ska bo en natt så är man ändå inte så mycket på hotellet. Man finder ikke noget bedre til prisen. Hotellet ligger centralt, maden er upåklagelig, værelserne ganske fine. Intet at klage over! Vil helt sikkert bo der igen næste gang.

Om man ska ha ett rum för att bara sova i så passar det helt ok. Har man dock krav på lite rymligare rum så välj nåt annat. Frukosten var bra och personalen trevlig. Gratis Wifi på hotellet samt gratis kaffe i lobbyn. Klart prisvärt

"Ostädat rum vid inchekning"
När vi checkade in var rummet ostädat men vi ställde ifrån oss väskorna och antog att det kommer städas snart. När vi senare på kvällen kommer åter står fortfarande rummet ostädat efter ett påtalade i receptionen fick vi snabbt ett nytt rum. Trevlig personal, enkelt hotell, kanonläge för att göra stan vid kortare vistelse i Hufudstaden. Kan absolut […] rekommenderas till alla som inte vill betala ihjäl sig på ett boende. Perfekt om du inte ska vara på rummet hela tiden. Mitt i city med närhet till precis allt. Rummen helt OK med allt som du behöver men små och utan fönster.
