Es lo que un buen viajero busca de un hotel en NYC, agua caliente, caliente y limpio el cuarto, un metro cerca, wifi y hasta ahí. Recomendación no vayan a comer a los restaurantes de atras del hotel es muy fea la comida.

Un hotel de la categoría del Holiday Inn debería tener al menos en la recepción, personal que hablara español. Aquí en México en casi todos los hoteles de más de 4 estrellas, los recepcionistas son bilingues. Gracias.

El hotel está a solo media cuadra de la estación del metro y de Central Park (casi frente a Strawberry Fields). A pesar de que las habitaciones son pequeñas son muy cómodas y el staff en general es muy amable. El único detalle es que no limpian el baño diario, sí tienden las camas y parece ser que aspiran pero el baño no lo lavan. La cama que nos tocó estaba muy blanda, si padeces de la espalda procura confirmar antes que la cama sea la apropiada. La calefacción funcionó de maravilla y nunca tuvimos problemas de agua caliente. El desayuno es muy básico y suficiente para arrancar el día, todos los días encuentras frutas, yogurts, bagels, muffins y huevo así como café y té las 24 horas del día. En general puedo comentar que fue una muy buena estancia, descansamos bien por las noches y la ubicación es excelente si te sabes mover en metro en NY. Volvería a hospedarme ahí definitivamente.

Llegamos en vehìculo y fue muy fàcil de encontrarlo. Nuestra habitaciòn de acuerdo a lo que reservamos. Hicimos uso del sofà cama pero necesita renovarse pues no es muy còmodo para dormir. La habitaciòn en general de muy buen tamaño y con todas las comodidades. El desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y hay opciòn de pedir desayuno caliente pagàndolo. Muy […] accesible el bus para viajar a Manhattan pues para enfrente del hotel y te lleva en tan sòlo 15 minutos! Tambièn tienen un servicio de shuttle gratuito que te lleva a las tiendas de los alrededores. La señora guatemalteca del restaurante muy amable y servicial igual que los choferes del shuttle y el personal del mostrador quienes nos dieron toda la informacion que requerimos. El shuttle del hotel puede llevarte a la parada de bus en Union City (5 minutos) en donde puede tomarse un bus al Outlet Jersey Gardens. Se pide el boleto de ida y vuelta que cuesta aproximadamente $7 y luego se llama por telèfono al hotel para que el shuttle te pueda recoger en la misma parada. Nosotros viajamos en familia y este hotel resultò a muy buen precio comparado a los precios altìsimos que ofrecìan los hoteles en Manhattan por ser la semana de la Maraton. El bus de ida y vuelta a Manhattan cuesta màs o menos $7 y el boleto se compra con el chofer del bus en la ida. Nuestro vuelo saliò de La Guardia y no tuvimos problema en tomar el mismo bus enfrente del hotel pues se pueden poner las maletas en el compartimiento de equipaje de abajo. Luego en Port Authority hay otro bus que te lleva al aeropuerto por aproximadamente $12.50 por persona. Nos tomò tan solo 1 hora en llegar del hotel a Port Authority y luego de allì a La Guardia. Realmente creo que fue muy buena opciòn este hotel y lo recomiendo si no se quiere pagar el triple por quedarse en la ciudad. Leer más
"Hotel buen precio y calidad, a 15 min de NY"
Es una buena opción si se busca no gastar tanto, ya que el hotel es limpio, el personal es amable y tiene buen servicio. El desayuno incluído está rico porque tiene mucha variedad de fruta, pan, yoghurt, cereales con leche, jugos, te, etc. Los cuartos son enormes, tienen área de sala además de la cama y tienen frigobar. La parada del camión está justo […] en frente y pasa cada 15 min y llega a 2 cuadras de Times Square en 15 minutos. Lo único que se me hizo pesado es el regreso, ya que a pesar de que hay horarios establecidos para los camiones de regreso, a veces no llegan (sobre todo los de la noche) y te dejan ahí nomás sin avisar, entonces hay que tomar taxi o esperar a otro camión mucho tiempo después y si eso pasa de noche, ya estás súper cansado y es muy molesto. Nosotros casi todos los días tomábamos el de las 12:30 de la noche y es cuando nos pasó eso dos veces. Fuera de eso, está mucho mejor que hoteles que están en el centro de Manhattan y que cuestan el doble. El bus para en la puerta del hotel y en 15 minutos te deja en Porth Authority, en pleno Theatre District. Muy comodo y bien ubicado para quienes no quieren pagar los precios de NY.

"Una muy buena opcion"
Muy cerca de NY. El omnibus para en la puerta del hotel y en un viaje de 20 a 30 minutos, dependiendo de la hora del dia, se llega a Port Authority, en pleno centro de NY. Una opción muy buena para quien no quiere pagar 3 veces mas en NY. La habitacion es grande, mas de lo esperado, bien mantenida y con todo lo necesario. Close to restaurants and shopping. The express bus to NYC stops right outside the hotel. Clean, quiet, free parking, great staff. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Cheaper and more convenient than staying in Manhattan. I will stay here whenever I go to NYC.

What a wonderful hotel and the staff, they couldnt do enough to help us. The hotel shuttle bus was great for getting around the surrounding shops, walmart and Union city bus stop for Jersey Gardens.

We opted to stay in NJ because the rates on Time Square or really anywhere in The City were so high and were very happy with our decision. We had a huge amount of space in our rooms, king size beds and continental breakfast each morning. The NJ Transit 320 bus makes a stop right […] outside the hotel lobby and takes you into The City in about 15 minutes (if there is no traffic.) It did take closer to 45 minutes at times. "Clean, great access to NYC"
Great place to base a trip to NYC when you need to have some elbow room. The bus stop couldn't be more convenient. It's bus #320, across the street to NYC, and leaves fom gate #231 on the return from Port Authority. Less than $25 round trip for 4 people. The room was clean & comfortable, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance.

Very convienently located. Great staff that help us navigate traveling into NYC using public transportation. The continental breakfast was perfect for us. Our room was next to an elevator so our room was not very quiet although the noise was not bad enough to keep us awake.

The Hyatt was a perfect location for getting in and out of New York City quickly. The hotel staff were very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions for our trip into the city. It was helpful to be able to eat a nice breakfast before heading out for the day. We would stay here again.

Rest there more then a week and it was perfect choise. Hotel service is perfect, rooms are confortable, clean,bad should be harder but in general ok. I would definitelly recomend this hotel to all my friends. Hotels shuttle bus will take everywhere within 2 miles, perfect to go Secacus Junction train station to avoid morning rush...

The front desk staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect, bus stop is just outside the back door. Restaurants and shopping center are surrounded. Room is spacious, the fan in the bathroom is so loud, the carpet smell bad.

Great hotel with friendly staff and convenient transport to NYC. Very nice clean location near restaurants, ATM, Starbucks. The free parking and internet were great. Some minor items. The carpets were not quite clean in the rooms and found the bathroom was small. The A/C was loud and you could hear some trucks outside on our side.

Overall hotel was pretty good. Glasses provided were dirty and one even broken; other than that one definite turn-off the room was well cleaned and presented. Bathroom could definitely use some updating especially at this price point but was not the end of the world either. Rented a room advertised for accomodating 6 but they only provided towels and […] glasses for 4. "NYC Visit"
The hotel was great, the staff was so nice. We wanted a hotel in NYC but it was way to much but I am so glad we found this one. The bus was right outside the door and it took 15 minutes to get to Time Square. The a/c unit gave off a smell but I found out that all a/c units that this one do. The room was clean and the bed very comfy.

We had a high school class reunion and we decided to stay in this hotel because the rate was cheaper compared to manhattan hotels. The location is perfect to visit NY city, but I can't recommend this hotel because of the experience that we had staying in this hotel. The room is very small and some of the facilities were not working like the phone. The […] sink is separated from the restroom and the sink was clogged....also the one experience that I won't forget is when we reserved for the shuttle to go the secaucus junction, someone from the lobby removed our reservation from the reservation book and made excuses that one of us told her that we didn't need the shuttle.
