Me gusto el servicio de atencion Los felicito me gusta cuando la gente tambien nos atiende hablando español y todo salio bien no andan con rodeos fue una buena experiencia en este precioso hotel para mi y espero obtener ofertas y especiales para seguir visitandolo ja me gusto mucho la parte de la oficina Antigua muy bonito lugar visitenlo

While the location is very convenient and the staff is friendly, the room was not in the best shape and the bed was HORRIBLE. It was like sleeping on squeaky cardboard. I will not stay there again.

I liked this hotel but the service was sooooo slow. Are stive was broken and it took them foreverrr to come fix it. They came an hour before check out to come. We were there for 3 days. The room were cozy and they are remodeling the rooms so I am sure it will be better then.

"Just Not Happy!!!"
Where do I start!!!! I am just going to list them: *Dishes & Utensils were dirty *No dish soap *There was some type of oil spilled in one of the cabinets that I had to clean. *There was hair all over the bed sheets. "okay, not great"
Not well maintained, dirty stained carpets, especially in the hallways. Conveniently close to airport, and okay to spend 1 night if you are exhausted from a long flight. Young man at front desk was a sweetheart. Wouldn't stay "extended". Management needs to do a better job of managing.

Although the staff was very polite, courteous and accommodating the room was in desperate need of a make over. The bed was hard as a rock and a 400 yr old house makes less sqeaky noise. To say that we did not get any sleep is an understatement. However, the room was clean which is hard to find these days!

very uncomfortable bed, no hair dryer, no shampoo, flat pillows (wont give extra pillows either), no wake up calls, rude front desk, but mostly THE BED IS HORRIBLE!!!

"Long Beach Extended Stay"
The room had ants, and someother beetlish bug, so creeped me out. It was noisy, as there is a party hall next door. Checking in was crazy with the wrong keys for the room. Loved the fridge, as we had a cake to store for a party. I wouldn't stay there again.

The beds were very uncomfortable; the linen had stains, pillows were very thin and over used. Asked for extra pillows and the girl at the front desk said "sorry we don't have any extra pillows". Will not stay at this place again and I don't recommend this place to any one.

"Comfortable and nice backyard"
After reading other reviews, we brought some kitchen items with us. The beds had pillow top cushions added on top of the mattresses making them very comfortable. Stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Full size fridge made it possible to have delicious meals. Suggest requesting a room near the back door- makes it so easy to load and unload.

The room wasO.K. The beds were terrible. you couldn't move without them making a noise. the bed was very bad on my back. The people at the desk were very nice and helpfull.

"Noise"
My main problem was that there was a loud party in a building next to or very near the hotel. The band was so loud all we heard until after 11:00 PM was boom boom boom, and the occasional voice over a microphone. Since we had to arise very early, this was certainly a negative in our stay. I was told that the staff did call that place about 4 times but […] they never lowered the volume of their party. The room was very dirty. The sheets were disgusting and obviously not changed from the previous tenants. Definitely not worth the price.
"Beds"
The beds were not comfortable at all to hard could not find a comfortable position. Also take your own pots to cook because they don’t give you much, and make sure it's clean. I don't think we will be staying there again.

The hotel is in a convenient and safe neighborhood. Room was neat and clean. It was exactly as expected!

"bedding and toiletries"
the hotel was what i expected except that the bedding was abit dirty with crumbs and small holes in the blankets. In other similar hotels, they provide things like shampoo, conditioner and sometimes lotion...Extended Stay did not.

For the cost it was a good stay. Only issues was bathroom towels were not replaced after day 2 or 3.
"Hard Beds"
I just stayed for one night arriving at 2am and leaving at 9am the next day. Everything looked nice in the hotel but the bed was the hardest thing I have slept on. If there are more competitively priced hotels in the area I would suggest you go there. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night this place will suffice.

"Horrible experience at Extended Stay in Long Beach"
We stayed one lousy night here because of the price and I would NEVER stay here again. The only positive is the staff was courteous. Our "non-smoking" room had a heavy smell of smoke. The only other non-smoking room available was a single queen which did not work for us. The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable. Because of the smoke and mattress, […] we got a terrible night's sleep. One of the pillows was stained and did not have a pillow case on it (ugh). There was a puddle of sticky stuff all over the night stand. The kitchen cabinets looked like the cheapest thing you could buy at Home Depot. We asked for a wake-up call and they don't offer that. We were advised to use the clock radio in the room and there wasn't one! There was one packet of decaf coffee and no regular coffee. They do not supply shampoo, so I had to take a long walk down to the office bright and early in the morning. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Leer más

Everything was great. I just have two complaints: 1. the bed was a little bit hard and uncomfortable. 2. there were no extra pillows available and went without one throughout the whole night!
"Stay a while inexpensively"
I was attending a wedding nearby and most of the family stayed at the more expensive place next door. I was very satisfied with the affordability of Extended Stay America, even though my stay was not "extended" (Only two nights). The full size refrigerator and cooking arrangement were very convenient. I had booked for one person and when my plans changed […] and I was accompanied by another there was no problem. If you are looking for daily cleaning and extras (like a dishwasher and fireplace) or your business expense account doesn't care about costs, you may not be happy here. "Good for the price you pay"
I was a little hesitant due to the price but it was better than I expected. It's not a 5 star hotel but it had all that is needed, including a kitchenette. Overall the hotel can use an upgrade but it's decent. Location is in a quiet part of town and is located next to Residence Inn. It's near the 405 freeway. "BAD"
Room I and my granddaughter stayed in had ants, cigarette butts on the floor, dirty microwave, no dish soap (suppose to be furnished, had to buy some) and the bed was so hard the floor would have been more preferrable except for the ants. My daughter stayed in the other room where the left over trash from previous people was not taken out and stank […] so bad we had to purchase air spray to rid of the smell. Leer más
"Bitter Sweet Hotel stay"
As we arrived the property looked clean and the front desk personnel was very friendly. However, once we got to the elevator to get to our room...the sign were there. They were transporting trash and linnen in the same elevator leaving an undesirable smell. Once we got to the room it smell old and musty. It took a while to get the air conditioner going. […] Another sign of things to come. As I checked around I found an old used coffee filter still in the coffee pot, the door in the kitchen cabinet under neatht the kitchen sink felt apart from the hinges. Once night time arrived and I came back to my room, I noticed the air conditioner took a while to get going agian. It got going then it just turned off. I called the front desk, they were very appologetic, suggested I turned it off and on, if that did not work, unplug and plug and if that did not work he was sorry but I would have to wait until the morning since they did not have maintenance mechanic on the premises until the next AM. Funny a few miutes later the air conditioner came on, then 20 minutes later it just turned off again. The next night the same scenario, no air conditioner and the same answer (suffered in a stuffy room) This time the clerk offered to write a work order to have it repaired. At four AM the guest on third floor were having what seemed like a marathon, waking my family up, complaint it got a bit better but still lots of noise. This hotel company states it's like "home away from home", well unless you want to feel like you live in the projects this was not the most pleasant hotel stay, and for the price I expected a bit better. "Uncomfortable Beds"
The bed at this hotel was the worse bed I have ever slept in. It felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring. My husband woke up with a sore neck and I had a sore back. On top of that we only had 2 flat little pillows.
"Hard! Hard! Hard!"
The one complaint I have about this Hotel is that the mattresswas so hard I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress! I woke up with a back ache and my husband woke up with a sore neck. The pillows were no help either. The two sad pillows we did have were as flat as can be. The blanket was pretty thin also.
