Hotel was nice , clean, and the staff was friendly and accomidating.The room was a little too much modern and not as comfortable as a Comfort suite. ButI would stay here again.

I have usually enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place hotels, but I was disappointed with my inability to find information about airport shuttle service. I ended up spending too much money on a taxi cab to get to the hotel with an argument with the hotel staff to open the security gate to let me in to check in. The hotel is quite clean. the rooms are very large and comfortable but it is off the beaten path. If you have a car it should be ok. It is a great value.

Great place if you need a place to stay overnight and then need to catch a flight out in the morning. The shuttle at the hotel was ideal and the staff at the hotel were super helpful. Would definately stay here again.........

Went there during a 10-hour layover at IAH. Nice hotel, very helpful staff. Room was spacious, beds were fine, everything was clean & in good shape. Good value for the money. But the shuttle only runs every hour, and it's significantly farther away than many other hotels. When we arrived at 11:30 PM, the shuttle was taking guests somewhere else, so […] we had the choice of an hour's wait or paying for our own cab. We needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the upscale decor. Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. Because of our early flight we did not get to sample the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Room had smoking smell when we first step in the room. Breakfast bowl still wet so we had to dry it ourselves before put the fruit on. Heard customer complain that hotel over charge them. Don't have enough food and staff to serve at Breakfast bar.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was more like a suite with a large sectional couch, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There was a welcome bag filled with water and snacks in the room. This was an unexpected delight!! A free continental breakfast was available also. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I REALLY LIKE THE STAY THERE SO NICE AND CLEAN AND A GOOD PRICE.

The room were very nice, modern design. I stayed with my family only one night. For sure we will go to the same hotel every time we'll go in Houston. The only thing that we didn't like was the breakfast "included". I like nothing. Only cereals, bagels, milk, jam. We like hot breakfast or some proteins (like boiled eggs). Therefore I preferred less price […] for room without breakfast, or they have to improved the breakfast choices. So far this was the worst breakfast "included" that I ever had in a hotel. Leer más

This is the 3rd time we utilize this hotel in general. Each experience has bien phenominal, staff are caring and considerate. We have been to Austin, Dallas and this time in Houston. Thank you fir the great price and pleasant experience.

Although the Hotel is not as close to the airport as other choices, the distance is acceptable. Rooms are very comfortable, very good space, including a small living room. It was a good choice

This hotel was very clean, up-to-date and quiet. My stay was very relaxing. Close to airport also.

We were a little surprised by the meal options, yet it was good food. The staff were GREAT!

Lovely, well appointed room. Very clean and quiet. Further from airport than anticipated. Food service was overwhelmed, food not great.

We called while going through customs to inform the hotel that we had arrived and the transport van met us as we walked out the door. Be sure to let the desk know how many people are in your party. We were able to get a nice meal at the hotel, despite our late arrival. We were so very pleased with the accommodations we found when we arrived at the Hyatt. […] The staff could not have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant. It was New Years Day so we didnt know what to expect following New Years Eve. The room was newly renovated and clean We had 5 in our family and with the pull out couch which was comfy too, all were comfortable. Best hotel for the price.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The receptionist gave us the wrong room the first time and was even told wrong breakfast time because of which we missed it. Even the other staff were not very polite. Location is not very convenient as there was a road construction going on. Would recommend it for its good rooms.

Everything was awesome, price, room, and service. Service was unbelievable

Nice and clean, i would recommend this Hotel for overnight stays.

I dont know how you can call this an Airport hotel. Its about 20 minutes away from Bush Int and they have no airport shuttle, so we had to take a cab both ways (7:30pm and 5:30am) which cost us $25 each way. Would have been better off with a closer hotel with a shuttle (even if it costs more)

Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Room was a little small but comfortable. Location is a little off the beaten path but still accessible to Beltway 8 and I-45. Would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice for the price! The beds were comfortable, room and bathroom clean and the decor was an attractive contemporary upscale look. Getting into the parking lot of the hotel was challenging due to the service road construction and where the hotel is positioned off of the freeway but once we got into the room we were very pleased with […] our surrounding. Checked in around 9 came Down to eat didn't want to goaltender else on account of being tired. But only had two cold deli sandwiches to chose from. No hot food to be served not even a hamburger on account of waitress said they were out of bread . Out of every hot meal we asked for even out of chilli . So we got what they had cold ham and cheese sandwich […] pepsi one bud light and an eight inch frozen pizza. Came to 27.00. Ran my credit card before I got my food. She didn't bring a receipt so had to ask for one . Left 5.00 tip cash on account she said I couldn't put the tip on the credit card(???). Very pleased with everything, only imperfection was ice machine was broken on the fifth floor and I had to go down to third for ice but no big deal i needed the exercise. I look forward to going back, I really liked the staff.

Enjoyed my short stay at the Hyatt Place. Their room layout makes you feel like you're staying in a larger suite. Loved the modern, contemporary feel of the place. And.... got it at a bargain of a price!

Beautiful, modern hotel. Courteous staff. We had a rental car that needed to be turned in and were afraid of getting lost. We asked the shuttle bus driver for directions and he said if we'd follow him, he'd take us there! I wish I had gotten his name because he went above and beyound the call of duty for us.

Found the place on hotels.com. Arrived without a reservation and they refused to even talk to us without a prior reservation. They didn't even offer to make a reservation for us at that point. Made a reservation on hotels.com in front of them in the lobby, and then they changed their tone immediately to be more friendly/helpful. Afterwards they were […] far more polite and helping. The room was comfortable and clean. Room had complementary Wi-Fi and was a good size. Typical Hyatt room style layout. The surrounding area was not so great as they were making renovations all over the place. The entrance/gate was broken and required you to take a side entrance on the service road to get into the hotel parking lot. They made us feel like royalty! This hotel should be a five star! Everyone was absolutely dedicated to serving all of the guests. Even when it was full! My son and I had a very difficult week but thanks to Howard, Kim and all the other employees we were able to enjoy some of our vacation. Thank you!!!

I stayed in the Hyatt for one night before my clinical skills exam in houston texas. I was very surprised by the quality of the rooms and service. The bed was comfy, the tv was nice and huge and the room was organized to maximize space. they were able fit a small desk and a full sized sofa in the room. they also provided a pretty decent continental […] breakfast with the option of purchasing hot food. shuttle service was provided as well. all in all a good experience and will recommend. This hotel was amazing. The rooms with super nice. The staff was very friendly. They even gave me FREE Starbucks hot chocolate when we were departing. We will definatly stay there again.

Almost everything was great. Room was very good, but shower & bathrm were cramped because of poor design. Breakfast was pretty good & quality food & cafe. Staff were professional & very polite. However, the area around Hotel was under construction and not appealing. ONLY PROBLEM WAS ALL SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH PERSONAL PROP.
