NUESTRA ESTANCIA FUE AGRADABLE Y CON MUY BUENA ATENCION , EL SERVICIO QUE OFRECEN PARA IR AL MALL ES GRATUITO Y MUY RAPIDO, POR LA UBICACION ESTA PERFECTO , A 10 MIN DEL MALL Y 15 DEL AEROPUERTO , ATRAS DEL HOTEL HAY UN WALL MART DONDE SE PUEDEN COMPRAR ALIMENTOS Y SE LLEGA CAMINANDO Y UN TJ MAX DONDE BUSCANDO ENCUESTRAS ROPA DE MARCAS FINAS Y A PRECIOS MUUUY ECONOMICOS , Y SOBRE TODO ME GUSTO QUE AHORRAS MUCHO POR EL SERVICIO DEL CAMIONCITO QUE TE LLEVA A LA HORA QUE TU QUIERAS Y NO TIENES QUE PAGAR TAXIS . UN HOTEL MUY LIMPIO, DE FACIL ACCESO, EL CUAL CUMPLIO CON MI OBJETIVO DE HOSPEDAJE EN LA CIUDAD DE SAN ANTONIO LA CUAL VISITE POR PRIMERA VEZ
Ubicación.
En San Antonio, Red Roof Inn San Antonio Downtown - Riverwalk goza de una buena situación cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de lugares de interés como Rivercenter Mall, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center y Alamo. En las cercanías también se encuentran River Walk y Tower of the Americas.
Características del hotel.
Se puede disfrutar de desayuno sin cargo. Fuimos en familia y la verdad nos la pasamos muy bien. Está muy cómodo el cuarto y limpio. Todo estuvo excelente.

La limpieza de la habitación siempre dejo mucho que desear, cuando ingresamos, la tina estaba llena de agua, y la tina estaba bastante sucia.

Muy satisfecho con la ubicación del hotel esta cerca de todo lo turístico por ejemplo,El Álamo,La Torre de las Américas,el moll River walk etc. Muy a gusto y céntrico

TIENE BUENA UBICACION, NADA MAS QUE EL PRIMER DIA NO HICIERON LIMPIEZA EL SEGUNDO TAMPOCO LIMPIARON EL BAÑO Y EL DESAYUNO QUE OFRECEN DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR

Me parece un buen hotel con muy buena ubicación,las habitaciones de buen tamaño y bien equipadas, el unico problema fué que un dia no arreglaron el cuarto.

una de las noches no fue posible dormir por la fiesta que tenìan en unos cuartos aledaños; otra noche alguien activo la alarma a las 4 am y nadie fue castigado por ello. el hotel sucio en general.

el personal que tienen en recepcion , no atiende correctamente, el area para desayuno muy limitada, no existe un area para estar descansando fuera del hotel y platicar o tomar una bebida agusto.

Friendly staff, and clean room every day. Also, great location, just a couple of blocks away from the Alamo and Riverwalk. However, not very many options for breakfast, which ended early. Also, parking costs $5 per day. Overall, pleasant experience.

Stayed at your hotel to see a friend graduate at Langley. We had a great time, the hotel was great as well as the staff.....would stay again!!!
"close to the Alamo"
This hotel is close to many sights downtown. They were within walking distance to many. The down side of this is that it is next to the freeway and if you are on the wrong side of the motel there is noise all night.

We had a very nice & pleasant stay with the family. I'm glad I upgraded to deluxe room for $5 night more which was offered at checkin. This included microwave & mini fridge in room. Nice view of downtown San Antonio. Secure parking in their parking garage for $5 per day. I would definetly recomment this red-roof for a nice family stay. Everything was excellent. They were very helpful and available. I plan to stay there again. It is two blocks from one of the entrances of the riverwalk.

"Red roof Inn"
I had a great time,the hotel location was a short walk from everything.The parking was only $5.00 a day which is a plus, it was a good stay,I liked it.

Overall the hotel wasn't bad. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was pretty good. The only downside was the insulation wasn't that great so you can hear everything in the halls like it was in your own room.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the room was clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the center (and being New Year's Eve). Walking distance to the Alamo and all the great restaurants...

Rooms are in very shoddy condition but relatively clean. Walking distance to all downtown attractions as well as being on a major trolley line. No close restaurants and not a good area to walk after dark. Constantly pressured by homeless for money.
Great location...within walking distance of Alamo and Riverwalk... which is good because the city charges an arm and a leg for parking. The hotel is also right on a bus line. Pool looked nice, but it was too cold to share. The breakfast was decent and well maintained. "good way to do river walk"
New Year's eve and every room was full. Staff was busy but very helpful. Room maintenance could have used a few extra people. Walking distance to river walk worked out fine. Breakfast was as advertised 'grab and go' and was fine. Would recommend.

"Don't stay durring a major event"
They only staff one person durring the Alamo bowl. The hotel was fully booked. Although the desk clerk was doing an excellent job trying to keep up there was no way for him to handle all the needs.

The hotel hallways were being repainted at the time we were there so there was a lingering smell of paint in the air. I'm not sure why they would pick the weekend before Christmas to repaint knowing people would be in from out of town to do Christmas shopping. The room was fine, just a basic room with 2 full size beds. There is no view to speak of. […] Looking out of our room window we could see a factory/warehouse of some sort which looked pretty creepy with no one there over the weekend. It wasn't until the day we were leaving that we saw that it was a working building. The other side of the hotel has a view of the bridge for the highway which you have to cross under to get to the riverwalk area. The hotel charges you to park in their parking lot even though you're a guest. There isn't any special service like valet parking. that would warrant a charge. I can't be for certain but shortly after staying there someone used the credit card I had used to pay for the extra parking to charge stuff online and I had to cancel the card. They also charged me twice for the parking. Pay a little more for a hotel room and save yourself the aggravation. Leer más
"Alamo Bowl Stay"
My friend and I were in town for the Alamo Bowl and stayed here because it was within walking distance of the Alamodome and this hotel was rated fairly well by hotels.com customers. We got to the hotel for check-in at 3:45 and they were busy because of the Alamo Bowl, but check-in was smooth. I heard a couple people with "superior" rooms had to wait […] an hour before they could get into their rooms, however. The room offers tea/coffee and a hot water heater to make those with, an iron, a small TV with cable, free WiFi, and a safe. Most everything else in the room is fairly standard. Plenty of room for two people and location is ideal if you're just in town for an event at the Alamodome or Riverwalk (about a half mile walk) and looking for an economical place to stay. It's not a Riverwalk hotel, but you aren't paying Riverwalk hotel prices, either. Leer más
