Muy bién localizado este hotel, cerca de muchos restaurantes y shopping para compras. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y limpias, durante nuestra estadía nosotros habiamos reservado una habitación con una sola cama doble, y como queriamos que nuestra hija que está estudiando en la Universidad se quede con nosotros en el hotel para poder pasar más tiempo con ella, solicitamos cambiarnos para otra habitación con dos camas dobles, lo que fue atendido sin ningún problema, y lo mejor, al mismo precio!. El servicio de desayuno estuvo bién, pero para mi gusto faltó la leche normal, solo había en polvo(en sobrecitos), pero eso sí ,había excelentes tortas y masas(donup), lo que faltó, algún omelette de huevo con jamón o salchichas, para estar 10 puntos. El servicio de Internet con excelente señal, pero los dos ultimos dias se perdió esa señal por algún problema técnico que en la recepción no pudieron explicar, tal vez porque estabamos en una habitacion ubicada en el extremo del hotel donde la señal WiFI ya estaba débil por la cantidad de usuarios, pero por lo general, es un excelente hotel, en cuanto a la presentación, limpìeza, amabilidad de los funcionarios, etc. Gracias por la atención, lo recomendamos 100%.

"Bed Bug Experience"
Overall Motel was a disappointment, weird location behind production plant and overall condition of facility was pretty worn and badly needing repair and updating.Stairs to second floor rotted out while there and they poured new concrete stairs and left forms in after concrete set leaving a tripping hazard. Biggest issue were bed bugs in room that left […] two of my crew in very uncomfortable circumstances for last two days of work at site.My room was fairly clean with no issues but other issues impacting my crew make this a thumbs down recommendation for motel to stay at in the future. We found the edges of the carpeting filthy which could easily be fixed. The mattress on the bed sunk into the middle which lead to an unpleasant nights rest.

There was nothing super fancy and frilly about this motel but for the price it was a great location convenient to shopping, etc. And was decently clean.
"Rude front desk personnel"
We tried to add one more night. When there was a credit card issue out of our control, causing the card to decline, the desk manger threw the card at us. He was unwilling to accept alternate payment over the phone and unwilling to accomodate in any way. Room and bed comfort was good and clean, if you can deal with the drunks outside and regular police […] visits at night. I was pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews. The room was very clean, seemed fairly recently remodeled. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though we arrived around 11 p.m. It was a quiet and peaceful night.

"Comfy bed, good AC, thats about it."
We arrived late while driving through and the desk attendant was very friendly. The bed was very comfy for me and the Air conditioning unit was very strong and easy to use. In the morning though, when showering, my girlfriend noticed a yellow stain on a washcloth and when packing up our stuff from the mini fridge we noticed it was pulled away from […] the wall. Staff was great, room was comfortable.

We needed a hotel that was close to Kellog Ave and this one is just a block north. With a Red Lobster and Kmart within walking distance, food and necessities are easy to get to. The breakfast buffet isn't much to brag about so sleep in and skip it or go somewhere nearby to get breakafast.

We just spent one night and left early. We didn't eat breakfast, but, the breafast room was tiny.

Pretty good for the price, clean and up to date. The high speed internet would not connect, and the hair dryer overheated and turned off frequently. It is pretty cheap so drunk people stand outside your door and talk loudly at 2:30 am but overall pretty good

"Look elsewhere"
Room was dingy and basic. I had to pay an additional $10.00 for a rollaway bed which was uncomfortable.

decent hotel for the price. It is very conviently located, with a lot of surrounding restaurants etc,. K=Mart right across the street. Centrally located for Wichita.

overall it was good, the room was nice comfy and cheap. all we did was go there to sleep but its right by the little outlet mall there.
