"Accessibility to cruise ship terminal and airport"

Hotel is close to the cruise ship terminal with shuttle service provided by the hotel to the cruise ship terminal. It is also close to the airport with shuttle service provided by the hotel from and to the airport. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

"good stay...exceptional service"

I was impressed by the outstanding service we were provided with. The staff was very accomidating and did everything to make ou stay a comfortable one. They were very attentive to our needs and were on top of any request we made. The hotel was o.k. not fancy or super modern. The decor and conditions of the room were a little worn, but for what we paid, it was a decent value. Agreat and close stay to the airport and the Marine Trainning Base which is why we were there. Overall I would reccomend this hotel.

"Great Customer Service"

Arthur the Hotel Manager at the time we arrived was very helpful with all of our questions. Also handled our cooling problem within minutes of us telling him that the A/C was not working. He also made some great suggestions on where to dine and also saved us cash with his tips. The room it self was good and the bed was great slept like a baby.
