Es un hotel pequeño pero muy limpio,y cómodo se lo recomiendo con un 100%

"Viaje de turismo"
El hotel en general es muy bueno y la atencion del personal excelente. Aunque las habitaciones son limpias y agradables, los sofas estan sucios, lo cual no da buena impresion. El buffett es excelente.

"Tropicana Hotel in AC"
I stayed in the classic room which is bigger than the standard. I highly recommend the classic because it's in the Havana tower and right above the Cuba Libre Restaurant/Night Club. Since Cuba Libre was the purpose of our trip, it was very convenient. I would only suggest more drawer space and 2 desks instead of 1.

"Nice Property"
We enjoyed our stay at the Tropicana and would return again.If there were any negatives it would be the available "Food & Restaurant" facilities.We found them quite expensive.....from an $18.95 Buffet to almost $45 for breakfast for 2!! "Great location but that's it"
We chose this hotel because it was a good location to the boardwalk, restaurants, & other casinos. That's the only good point about this hotel. It's extremely outdated, our hotel room had holes in the walls & smelled of smoke even though we requested smoke-free. The sheets were slightly stained. The heater would not turn off, it was a sauna! We had […] to turn the AC on to breathe. The entire West Tower was full of college kids who kept screaming & running down the halls at 2am. When we finally fell asleep, the fire alarm went off at 3am & the entire West tower had to evacuate because some drunk guy pulled off the sprinkler head. Our floor hallway was flooded with water & we were told to go back to our rooms. The water crept up to our room & we had to put our luggage on top of our bed to avoid getting soaked. I felt like I was on the Titanic, water everywhere, people scrambling around to get out, it was total chaos at 3 in the morning. At checkout, we complained to the front desk & they had no clue what we were talking about. The front desk clerk gave us her card & told us to refer to hotels.com since we booked through them. Next time I'll stay at Caesars or Trump or even the Borgata, they may be expensive but it's worth it! Leer más

"Tropicana beauty!"
The room was spacious and simply beautiful! It was nice and cozy. It was very clean and neat. There was no trouble with getting more blankets and towels. The nightlife was great also.I wish I could have stayed longer.

"not what I expected"
The room really needed to be updated. There was a big hole in the wall. Musty smell in the room. The convenience of the restaurants and shops being right downstairs was great, but even then I probably would not stay there again. The woman at the front desk had some sort of scarf covering her hair, didn't look professional at all.

"Tropicana Weekend Stay"
We arrived at the hotel on a Saturday - the usual hustle and bustle you'd expect which only progressed when the 20-30 somethings showed up with drinks in hand. Don't get me wrong there was still quite an age range of hotel guests and gamblers. Ate at the Palm for dinner Saturday night was delicious - definitely need to make a reservation for dinner […] on a Saturday night. Sunday things calmed down much more but was still that casino atmosphere you're looking for. Still made reservations for dinner - ate at Carmine's this time. Also visited the Red Square Vodka Bar which we highly recommend. Left early Monday morning without a hitch. Only complaints are the hotel rooms themselves. Mostly outdated is the problem - outdated TV which they should just get rid of at this point, pretty uncomfortable beds that could really use an update. "Tropicana Mess"
My stay at the Trop was a disaster. I checked in at 5pm and when we went to our room the room next to us must have had breakfast and the cart was in the hallway for hours, at least until I called the front dest to complain about it which had to be about 8:30pm. The ice machine on my floor (42nd) wasnt working. It was nasty and people was using it as […] a ashtray. There were cigarettes in the ice machine. So I was told that I have to go to the floor above me to get ice when I needed it. The room had dust on the walls over my bed which was very nasty. And not to mention the the guests on my floor was very loud and periodically knocking on peoples doors and running . I would never stay at the Trop again....their service had declined. Leer más

The room was spacious and had an excellent view. We could easily get to the boardwalk and found that The Quarter was very convienent.

went down with 10 guys, we had a blast.. the hotel had plenty to do...bars, places to eat..etc a great value...rooms were big and clean
"Started bad but then okay"
We checked in late after a gymnastics meet and there were issues with the room. You cannot call directly to the front desk, so that was frustrating. Then it took over 1/2 hour for maintenance to come to our room - I actually had called Hotels.com for assistance by the time they arrived and Hotels.com was extremely accommodating - even stayed on the […] phone while I talked with maintenance until all was resolved. we had not eaten and were waiting to resolve issue so we could go to dinner. However, when Richardo finally arrived, he took very good care of us and the issues and we were very pleased with the outcome. "Only in the Trop"
Good Day Everyone, I hope you will find this review to your liking. Well let me start off by saying after driving for 5 hours it was worth it. Check in went very smooth and love the valet parking. Other than that the room was a little warm but the service guy came and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Also having the option of the different restuarants […] and shops were great. "Tropicana in AC"
Rooms were okay, staff was friendly although it took them 45mins to bring us up an extra pillow. Over all a good place to stay if you plan on going to the clubs/bars on a Friday night!
"Dirty Room"
Our room was in the West Tower. It was dirty and some of the sheets/pillow cases had stains. There was a small hole in one of the walls that looked like someone punched it. Each bed only had two pillows so one per person and they were the flattest, worst pillows I have ever slept on in a hotel. Under the sheets was a thick cover that felt like plastic […] every time we moved. I can only imagine why there was a heavy plastic cover (stains, wet patches, who knows). Everytime a neighboring room was showering or flushing it sounded like there was heavy machinery behind the walls. It was so loud we couldnt even tell if it was coming from next door or upstairs. The pipes sounded like there were going to burst. There was no iron or ironing board in the room which was surprising. I called and was able to get one brought up. It took about an hour and a half to get so good thing I was not in a rush. I have stayed at the Tropicana a number of times and this was the worst room I have had. I think I will be looking elsewhere in AC next time. I asked the concierge about upgrades or room changes and they were very abrupt with No. It was borderline rude how quickly they shot down that question. Leer más

"tropicana hotel"
I ALWAYS TO TO ATL CITY AND STAY AT THE TROPICANA HOTEL/CASINO THIS TRIP WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I WAS DISSAPPOINTED WITH MY ROOM WHEN I GOT INTO MY FIRST ROOM IT WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED THE MATTRESS WAS SHUNK IN THE MIDDLE THE BEDSKIRT LOOK AS IF SEMEIN WAS ON IT THE COMFORTER HAD HAIR ALL OVER IT I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK I WAS TOLD THEY HAD […] NO MORE ROOM AVAILABLE AND THEY COULD SEND UP HOUSEKEEPING ME FEELING S.O.L. I HUNG UP THE PHONE WALKED OVER TO THE WINDOW AND THE WINDOW HAS THROW-UP ALL OVER IT I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AGAIN GOT A DIFFERENT PERSON AND WAS TOLD TO COME DOWN TO GET ANOTHER ROOM. "nice hotel, good location, not so great rooms"
this is our second time staying at the trop. usually we stay at caesars or somewhere closer to the outlets. the trop is really nice - reminds us of some of the smaller vegas hotels when you walk through the quarter. the location isn't great, but it's not that bad either. it's further up the boardwalk than i'd like, but still doable for the price. the […] real problems with the trop are the outdated rooms, depending on what they give you. our first time, we were in the west tower and the room was decent. this time, we were in the havana tower and our room was gawdy, the bed was horrible, the linens were awful looking, the tv was a small tube tv, and the walls were paper thin. we did have a really nice view out our window of AC (beach, water, borgata, pretty much everything), but it didn't compensate for the total lack of sleep we got due to the mattress. if the trop can just update all their rooms, it would be in serious contention for top hotel in AC. but until that happens, i think we'll be skipping it. i still rated it a 3 though for the hotel's ambience and the quarter, which is a great shopping/eating place in AC. "Tropicana Hotel - Atlantic city"
Hotel is good and in excellent location. Rooms are comfortable and prices are very cheep. During our check-in, the receptionists (some young guys) looked not professional, like it was there first day. Also, concierge service didn't work. Besides that, all was good.
