La localización del hotel era muy buena porque se encontraba, como su nombre indica, en pleno centro de granada, con accesibilidad rápida a los puntos turísticos más recomendados. Además, está situado en un callejón, lo que ayuda a que las noches de fiesta de Granada no supongan un problema y no te despiertes en mitad de la noche. Si eres además fan de estas fiestas, estás a 5 minutos andando de una de las discotecas más famosas, y a poco más del resto de discotecas y pubs, ya que Granada no es tan grande. El hotel es muy limpio, con habitaciones cómodas y gran espacio.

Comentario de un esquiador. El hotel/Hostal no tiene lujo pero todas las instalaciones son amplias y limpias. El buffet es simple pero cumple las expectativas del cliente. El personal es amable y servicial. El unico pero, es que hay que descender con las botas de esqui hasta los arrastres y luego subir, pero haciendolo despacio se hace bien En pocas palabras, la relacion calidad precio la cumple sobradamente y nosotros personalmente volveriamos..

Es un hotel buenisimo de 3 estrellas. Fenomenal la situación, junto calle de tiendas y zona de bares. A 5 minutos de monumentos. No hay ruido en las habitaciones, buena insonorización. Calidad-precio muy bien. Nosotros repetimos

El apartamento es muy bonito, con techos de madera muy altos y un salón precioso y una habitación muy grande y muy cómoda. Está situado en un sitio estupendo para visitas culturales y para ocio. Está en una situación inmejorable. Digno de conocer!!!

el hotel esta bien, todo muy correcto necesitas unas mejoras en el mantenimiento del mobiliario, el parking no es gratuito y es bastante caro pero la verdad que aparcamos con facilidad en los alrededores. El desayuno andaluz por 3.45 euros esta bastante bien con un precio razonable, sin embargo pedimos dos batidos para los niños y nos cobraron 5.60 […] que me parecio un poco excesivo. Magnifico hotel, muy bien situado. Las habitaciones son muy nuevas, amplias y cómodas. Si he de nombrar alguna carencia haré referencia al poco personal de servicio de cafetería. Y nada recomendable la cena de fin de Año ( fue escasa y muy cara) .

"Muy cómodo y limpio, con grandes habitaciones"
Hotel muy cómodo para estancias en Granada, cerca del Corte Inglés y la plaza de las Angustias. Nos gusta mucho su decoración nazarí, aunque el personal puede mejorar su actitud. El aparcamiento es dificil, pero es mejor que dejar el coche fuera.

Me ha gustado mucho la habitación y el hotel en general. Recomendaría como mejora la instalación de calentadores de agua y servicio de te, infusiones y cafe soluble como equipamiento de la habitación. Por otro lado, siempre creo que es mejor tener una cama de matrimonio que dos camas unidas, ya que al llevar ruedas terminan moviéndose.

Lastima que no están cuidando los detalles de pequeñas rozaduras en las paredes y otros desperfectos que a simple vista se podrían remediar fácilmente. El hotel es muy bonito , esta muy bien situación en relación a visitar el centro de Granada. Hotel con muy buen personal, con atención en recepción incluidos consejos turisticos, también de cafeteria. Limpieza satisfactoria incluido cuidado de la piscina, que se apreció más por el hecho de ir con nuestra hija.

"Todo correcto"
Sin grandes pretensiones. Estuvimos alojados con una niña pequeña en cama supletoria en la habitación y estuvo bien. tranquilo y todo correcto.Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Se puede ir caminando al centro de la ciudad, aunque tienes la opcion de coger autobus al lado del hotel (1 y 3). Lo recomiendo.

Se encuentra a 10 min del centro. Bien conectado por bus lineas 1 y 3. Las hab. Eran comodas y modernas. Hay un bar de tapas buenisimo (tapas valenzuela), donde se puede desayunar ,comer o cenar.

Tuvimos un problema con las camas de los niños y nos lo resolvieron muy eficazmente. El personal muy amable y atento. Es mi hotel en Granada.

Me encanta alojarme en este hotel porque sobre todo hay mucha limpieza pero tengo que decir que en la 4ª planta hay un poquito de dejadez, puesto que estuve en una habitación en la que hacía frío por la noche, probablemente no estaba bien sellada las ventanas y la calefacción no era suficiente. Mis sábanas tenían un par de manchas amarillas. Y la puerta […] del baño tenía un agujero en su parte inferior (curioso en un hotel como este y de 4 estrellas). Después solicité el cambio a otra habitación, en la segunda planta y estuve estupendamente. Me sabe mal decir todo esto, pero comprendo que desean seguir dando el buen servicio que han dado siempre. "Considerate and very responsive"
The Saray staff were very responsive to needs and did their best to help. I was there during a conference and their wifi broadband dwindled to very frustrating. And, there was no provision for coffee in the room but I came to understand that few hotels in Spain provide that service. Otherwise, everything was clean and sparkling. "OK not luxury"
Sink in bathroom wouldn't drain, room about 80F and air conditioning didn't work, bar had limited selection. Reception staff nice. Advertized as breakfast included, but it wasn't.

"Hotel Saray Granada"
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet within easy walking distance of the old town and other amenities. The only negative for us was the noise made by the coach parties leaving early in the mornings. Overall a very attractive place to stay.
"Such a fantastic hotel!"
We chose this place because we got such a good rate on hotels.com but we were blown away by how amazing it really was. The service here was fantastic, the bar and restaurant facilities wonderful. We were a little disappointed that the pool and poolside bar were not open in early October, but it's understandable. The rooms were fantastic, though i wish, […] for my friends' sake, that there were more English television channels available as they don't speak Spanish. The beds were so comfortable, the room incredibly clean, the bathrooms so perfect. "Perfect for smokers."
I thought the actual hotel was very nice but unfortunately the lobby and the room we stayed in smelled like smoke. Even the clean towels smelled horrible. It's not extremely far away from the main area but it is a hike. Luckily, we liked to walk. I would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel and excellent rates Location - ten minute walk to town restaurant area of Navas. Pool beautiful, reception area impressive. Hard to find fault at all with this hotel, just one thing - if parking car, do so on the street as it is free, otherwise €16.00 per night at the hotel, they don't seem to mention this on check-in! "Beautiful Hotel!"
The hotel is perfect and beautiful, perfectly located, best 4 stars we stayed in during our 2 weeks trip across Spain and Portugal. The only thing was an annoying smell coming from the air conditioner system. But nothing that would kill us. Strongly reccomend this hotel!
"The Food"
The food is the only shame. The nice people that work here are absolutly nice. The Hotel is very nice and well located; They only need really to pay more attention in the food but good location and restaurants around so enjoy!
Room window is too small in several rooms I checked out and often without any view, i.e. facing another building's wall. However, upon my insisting I got a corner room on the top floor with a view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, which was quite pleasant. TV did not work for an entire day during my stay, and the TV menu options seem to be unreliable […] - they may work one day but not another! The Internet connection is slow and unreliable. The minibar items are ridiculously expensive and I chose not to use any of them. However, the breakfast buffet is very good and the price (11 euros) is OK. Parking spaces in the garage are tiny and it is not easy to park in them, especially when adjacent spaces are filled with other cars. But, if you've been in Toledo and Granada, where space is a luxury, you will probably understand that this is a norm rather than an exception. A good thing about it is that one can get to the garage by the hotel's elevators; the car entry and exit are controlled by sliding the room key (card) at the garage gate, which I found convenient. The price is OK - 15 euros for 24 hours with unlimited daily entries/exits. The hotel is a walking distance from the city center (15-20 minutes); from there one can continue walking up the steep hillside to the Alhambra fortress/palace or catch a bus #32 from the Plaza Nueva. Taxi is also affordable - to get to the Alhambra by taxi it would cost a few euros (4-6 euros, depending on where you get the taxi). The hotel bar is open 10 am - 1 am daily but it does not seem to attract many guests - during my stay it was often pretty deserted. The guests of the hotel seem to be package tourists. The hotel is clean and well maintained and I would recommend it to others - I got a good deal at Hotels.com for a 5 day stay. Leer más

We booked Saray for a night only on our road-trip down Spain (mainly went for Al Hambra). The hotel upgraded us to a lovely and comfortable suit, gave us great service and overall left a very good impression!

Hotel Saray was perfect for my needs at a reasonable price. Lovely outdoor space, pool, comfortable room. Great tapas at the roundabout 2 minutes away - Tapas Valenzuela - it looks a bit plastic fast-foody, but in fact is lovely, really friendly staff, good food and free wi-fi

Convenient for access to local transport, and social activities. We enjoyed the ability to see local area with ease. To be able to gain access to all the major atractions from the position of the hotel. We recommend the area, but we have to say we were spoilt with the warm dry weather which was not typical for April the month of rain.
