Definitivamente, si quieres pasar unos dias de descanso total sun preocuparte de nada, el hotel nikko es el mas apropiado, si vas por trabajo, no debes porque preocuparte, ofrecen servicios completos para podere hacer cualquier tipo de negociacion

la ubicacion es cerca de la bahia donde se puede disfrutar de una caminata sobre el borde del mar. esta en la salida de la estacion de east shim tsa tsui y cerca de harbour city , un gran hotel y excellente atencion

El hotel es MUY caro para lo que ofrece, el cuarto es espacioso pero un poco viejo, desde que entre al cuarto apestaba la coladera del baño, olia a drenaje, tuvieron que venir a hacer un tratamiento ya que no había otra habitación disponible en ese momento. This hotel was once a wonderful place to stay, however, it now smells of mildew and the beds are hard as rock. Even on the Nikko Floor, the rooms are in need of a little TLC. When booking from Hotels.com for this hotel, expect to be placed in a room with no view.

Average in every way

Location is great, stayed at the " Nikko floor", the lounge was great, beautiful view , snacks and drinks. The room was nice and spacious, a bit old bathroom not up to standard. Gim room and pool old and sub-basic. Breakfast buffet great rich and plentiful. We got late checkout 3pm =great . Staff friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is lower end of 5 star or better 4 star

Avoid 3rd floor at all costs as its directly above Karoke bar. Hotel is in a great location - lots of nice restaurants near by. Subway station is a 5 minute walk. Rooms are tired but clean. Staff is nice and trying hard but seem a little dazed

The Hotel Nikko was fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way. You can't beet the location and the price. The buffet was a little expensive but well worth it.

Location wise I would prefer to stay in a hotel located at Canton road , like say Marcopolo. We stayed for several days on the 14th floor which is a club foor. The front office lady that check us in at the 14th floor should be more hospitable in my opinion. Beware of them saying that your room is a "standard" executive thus you don't have choice for […] views. 14thfloor are the top floor and they are telling me that theirs price difference when everyone is on the same floor ? rubbish nonsense! when you are on the club floor their is a lounge that open from 7 am to 11 pm thus you can consume all the haagen daz ice cream to your hearts content. Other beverages are basic coffe ,tea,coke etc the louge are just standard of an airport lounge. Not that much hype. Breakfast are very expensive! for 4 pax they'll charge 850 HKD (tax included) if you don't have the package of breakfast included in your room, i'd say you have it elsewhere 'cause I think the breakfast were just average. Rooms are smaller if you stay at the king size room . However the twin share are not exactly twin share but more like 2 single size beds. There is a two seated sofa on the side that you can open and pull down an extra bed which was great. On my last night staying there when I had a shower at 6.30 pm (22ndJuly) the water just stopped completely for about 4 to 5 minutes. Had no idea what that was about, luckily I was on my half way of finishing the shower. They gave you sets of Neutrogena toileteries which was nice. In order to go to say, harbour city mall, they have a free shuttle on the lobby every 30 minutes to take you there. All in all a good stay but not a great stay. Leer más

I just like to stay in nikko hotel the staff is very freindly and helpful . i alway had good experiance in the this Nikko hotel . irecomend it . this time i traveld with my wife she enjoyed the hotel services as well every day we got fruite bascket in our room . the rooms nice and big so its room for the laugage . ENJOY YOUR STAY NEXT TIME

The hotel lobby is comparably impressive, however I can not say the same about the room I was in. I personally think the room needed to be refurbished to maintain the hotels current 5 star profile. The Room Service staff were very pleasant and aided me in my requests. Walking distance from this hotel to the nearest MTR (East Tsim Sha Tsui) is about […] 10mins. However they do provide a FREE shuttle which travels between the hotel and a few other drop off points for its customers convenience. There are a wide variety of eateries around the area of this hotel. However, I did not try any of them to be able to give them a review here. The location is perfect for every TST visitor. The people working there are professional and friendly. The rooms are okay sized but furniture is quite old and the rooms look boring.

Perfectly located with great views

Closest hotel to Hung Hom train/subway station. Quiet convenient. Walking distance to Tsim sha tsui and other subway station. Clean, quiet, decent breakfast (if you take a room on the Nikko floor). But a bit pricey. It is in reality right next to the Intercontinental and regal hotels.

I got to stay at the Shangri-La for two nights and then the Nikko for two nights. Both claim four stars, but it was certainly a downgrade. The view from my Nikko room was out to the harbour for which I chose and paid. I did not expect a view of the metal scrap barge. The bathroom was grotty in the tiles and especially the drain. The room had a very […] small TV. The pool on the roof was nice, however, so I would be a smart shopper on this one, and know before you go, and choose what is important to you. If the pool is important, then this location might be fine, but I would not pay for this harbour view, as it is tranished by the scrap heap. The service was very good at the hotel. Leer más

Hotel needs refurbshing! location is close to train station, good connection to China mainland! however deserve improvement and training on staff, considering the price charged and location where it is.

The hotel is serviced by a free shuttle bus from the MTR station. Although on the fringe of the central district of Kowloon, it is an easy 10-15 minute flat walk to the centre either along the river front or through the shopping area - the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus. We had a lovely spacious room and bathroom with a pretty good river view […] - although the view was slightly spoiled by the metal scrap yard to the front/side of the hotel on the river. The staff were very friendly and efficient; cleanliness was very good and it was a well decorated and bright hotel. However, it could have done without the overt sales pitch to try and get you to upgrade your room as soon as you arrived. Leer más

I stayed the Nikko hotel because I made mistake booking Panorama Rhombus, I 've only stayed there for 1 day and the service and staff were very nice even if we have constantly ask for convieniences including extra towels, bucket of ice and all stuff. they are very nice, the room was a bit old fashioned so for those of young people who seek for the chic […] style they might not so satisfied with the room interior, the specific rom I've stayed were located infront of the sky garden so I could not open the curtain because the maintenance guys could pass by out side the window I don;t know if they have treated the window reflective from outside but you at least have feeling of not secure privacy you know. but definately their service make it up for any inconviniences and best hotel for the business trip Leer más

Staying the Nikko and being on the Nikko floor is the only way to go. The Hotel and service were excellent

I travel extensively for business and I find this Hotel Nikko to be extremely overrated and they nickel and dime their guests with charges.

The only thing I didn't like was the business center, because it was an extra charge for internet and the copies were terrible. But the rest, is a great location and cheaper than other popular places.

hotel needs to be upgraded. i felt like i stayed at a holiday in instead of the 4 or 5 star rating and price that it was.

Positive - large rooms, large marble bathrooms, comfy bed, greta location, great view, Japanese restaurant was of a very high standard, breakfast good. Negative - smoky smell in the rooms not good if you have respiratory problems (although I was given another room which was much better), some of the rooms need the carpet replaced.

No suprises and excellent accommodation - i stayed on the Elite floor - you are offered discounted upgrades presumably if hotel not full etc. Situated within easy walking distance of nathan Road and on 14 & 15th floor great views of the harbour from the bar and elite lounge

This is a solid 4-stat hotel. Rooms are comfortable, staff service is good. Hotel restaurants and bars are on the expensive side.

Great hotel, second stay here. The harbor view rooms are excellent! They will try to upsell you to the Nikko level where you'll get a higher floor, free wifi and a daily cocktail and Hors d'œuvre hour. They've got a nice roof top lounge with a great view. Great service and definitely the first place I'll check when visiting again.

The Nikko was very comfortable with plenty of space in the room and bathroom. The view was very nice. It would have been perfect if the hotel had been closer to the underground. A very nice place to stay

Convenient and well located..good area for walking. Management was very accomodating to my needs - services, making train arrangements, picking up tickets......

Room was dirty, very disapointing for a 5 star hotel.

The location was very nice, and the hotel is not so enormous that you get lost in. The Business Center was a must and recommended for enyone traveling there for business.

Excellent location for those who want to walk through the city, wonderful harbor view and I got a very good rate through hotels.com The service was disappointing for a Nikko hotel. The management must make an extra effort to offer better service.

We needed a place to crash nearby Hung Hom Station. The Nikko was perfect. Very clean and comfortable.
