No dudaría en volver allí... Gran atención en front desk, varias opciones de restaurantes, bar y pub. Habitaciones en excelente estado y ubicación inmejorable en el centro de la ciudad. Si lleva carro, tenga en cuenta que cobran 24 dólares diarios y no hay wifi en las habitaciones.
Reserve habitacion para tres personas y nada de los servicios de la habitacion contemplaba esta situacion , salvo el echo de que existien dos camas King , no se realizo el servicio de aseo en la habitacion , por lo tanto tuvimos que reutilizar toallas y servicio en general. No tenian personal que hablara español , ademas tenian un ahuelga en la calle […] , de sever esta situacion no habria reservado en este hotel. Leer más
"muy bien situado!!!"
Está situado en pleno centro de Toronto por lo que puedes ir a pie a todas las atracciones turísticas. El hotel tiene restaurantes y cafeterías en su interior hecho que facilita el desayuno. Si volviera a Toronto no dudaría en hospedarme en el mismo hotel.
"Hotel genial para viajar con niños"
EL hotel es muy grande y tiene varios bares y restaurantes. Si vas con niños lo pasarán genial porque tienen actividades para ellos y un tobogán magnífico en la piscina.

En general muy buen hotel, solo recomendaría que hub ieran recepcionistas que hablaran español
i was not able to get any rest because of the noise outside at streetlevel My room was very cold and it took them over 40 minutes to bring me the extra blankets I had requested. As well when the heat went on it was such a loud noise it kept waking me up. Not very condusive to sitting in an 8 hour conference
"Only One Problem!"
The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the cafe being open until 11 p.m. is very convenient. But they should wash the stinky pillows!

"The Chelsea Hotel in Toronto"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and the housekeeping staff did their responsibilities without intruding upon our privacy. I enjoyed the view of the city from our room. It was very easy to find our way around the city from the hotel. All and all my wife and I had a very enjoyable stay.

"Nice view of city downtown"
Excellent location, the view at night it gorgeous when high enough up. my one concern was that i had picked the hotel seeing it had a water slide but once there 3 out of my times going to use it twice it wasnt even open. I did finally end up using it and was quite fun. Great hotel downtown toronto

"Got charged twice!"
Hotel room was way too hot, couldn't even open the window because they were bolted down. Bathroom door was broken therefore couldn't be closed. Finally the hotel charged me for the stay when I already paid hotel.ca. All was taken care of after calling hotels.ca. Money was refunded by hotels.ca.

"Delta Chelsea in Toronto"
Love this hotel. My husband and I have stayed several times on our own, and once with grandchildren. The Family suite was wonderful with bunkbeds in the kids's room! Centrally located. Adult fitness area and pool are well managed, and the children loved the kids' pool,waterslide and supervised play room. The breakfast restaurant is the best we've been […] to. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto. however there is construction ongoing right next door on a new condo building. This makes for loud noisy enviorment and the thin windows and noisy heater does not help. The food in the Garden Market is far overpriced for the quality of the food. I know Hotel food is never cheap but it was a little rediculous […] when there are so many surrounding areas to eat for much cheaper. Leer más
"Family getaway"
We went to Toronto for the weekend. The hotel was nice, the pool area was great and there was a lot for the kids to do there. We opted for an upgraded room upon check in. I stay there whenever I am Toronto. Rooms are clean and well appointed, staff if friendly and courteous and the location is in the core of the city. Lots to see and do. I highly recommend.

Over Priced Didnt even have a flat screen or iPod docking unit. The Pillows sucked. Most Ice Machines were slow or not useful. Didn't like how they treated my Family upon trying to gain entry to the Hotel at night even tho I was accompanying them. The Location was great and so were the staff. Easy check in !

We live in Toronto but decided to stay at the Delta Chelsea for New Years Eve, so we could be downtown for all the things we wanted to do and not have to worry about driving home. The service was fantastic, the room was small but very well decorated and had everything we wanted. The view was not great but we really didn't care. Nice clean room.Good location, good value. Room was good but small. Only complaint was directions given by hotel staff to find subway station were incorrect so I had to wonder around a bit to find it.

Great hotel for younger kids. The playroom has several abused but remarkable still running Wii systems, a paint station and lots of toys to play with. Hotel has a kids/family pool with a water slide and hot tub, as well as a adults only pool, gym and hot tub. Great central location close to the subway (a 5 min walk). Great front desk hospitality, offered a free upgrade to King sized bed and corner room for free for no reason, was a nice gesture. We forgot toothpaste and they ran up complimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes.
"High Floor"
Was on the second to top floor, nicest room I've ever had at this hotel, maybe they are renovating from the top down?

The room you stayed in on the second highest floor is part of the Signature Club floor, which are the nicest rooms of the hotel. My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying at the Delta Chelsea. It is one of the cleanest and best kept hotels that we have ever stayed. Very friendly and professional staff. Entertainment in bar on Saturday evenings is fun and jovial. Would like to come back for Friday night Blues entertainment.

"Great value and great for children"
We had our 22 month old daughter with us and the Delta Chelsae was especially great for her. When we checked in, there were special stairs for her to use to "check in", where she was given a coloring book and a rubber duck. She is still playing with those after we have returned home! There was also a free kids play area where we were able to give her […] time to play with toys and make crafts. The location and value of the hotel was great. The on-site cafeteria was OK, but the staff were not attentive to the needs of families. For example, the chefs refused to listen after you placed your first order, never considering that a person holding a child and standing next to a spouse might indeed need to order 3 meals, not 1. My friend and I stay that the Chelsea at least x2/year and I stay occasionally for professional organization meetings. The location is great, close to theatres and shopping. My friend and I really enjoy the adults only pool and exercise facilities on the 26th floor. This year, I would like to recognize a person on the front desk named Maxine. We told […] her that this was our 41st annual Christmas shopping weekend. We have been friends for that long since we met at university and we have had a special Christmas shopping expedition together ever since. When we returned from shopping on Friday night, we found two fruit and cheese plates in our room with a note from Maxine celebrating our holiday tradition. What a lovely gesture! "Delta in Toronto"
Over all good quality. Nice bar in the main floor. Breakfast is pretty good, and the location of the hotel very convinient. You do have to give a security deposit when you check in. So bring some extra cash.

Everything was great! We walked to and from the Princess Theatre and enjoyed our experience.

This a great location for walking and taking the subway. We had a car and took advantage of the valet service. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Too much construction around the hotel made it difficult to enter and rooms seemed too old. Washroom felt unclean.

Public areas are much nicer than the rooms themselves. The furnishings are a bit dated and are somewhat worn. One light didn't work until service person replaced the switch, otherwise lighting was fine. Amenities in bathroom were excellent. Room size was smallish but acceptable for a city hotel.
