Les comparto esto porque considero que al hacer esta encuesta les interesa la opinion de sus clientes, y porque creo que se estan preocupando para mejorar su hotel y existen cambios que solo implican un poco de atención sin ningún gasto o minimo. La atención de la recepcionista fue deficiente, no recuerdo el nombre pero era una mujer cerca de los 40, no muy alta y un poco llenita que me atenndio el jueves al llegar como a la 1:00 am, le pregunte si hablaba español a lo cual se molesto y de ahi en adelante me atendio muy parcamente y sin ningún interes. La otra es las habitaciones estan muy bien en cuanto a baño y limpieza, pero les falta cambiar alfombra (gastada aunque limpia) y el sillon de la entrada se ve de tapiceria vieja y contrasta con lo demas que se ve que le estan hechando las ganas. Ah y el control de la tele se vei que tenia pilas nuevas pero no estaba programado para la tele por lo que no servia, y con la atencion que nos dio la señorita ni pensar en preguntar algo. El Lobby se ve muy bonito y amplio aparte de limpio. El desayuno talvez con un poco de fruta mejoraria bastante.

Un pequeño hotel enfrente de Japantown, con un diseño unico y original, todo funcionando y una atencion EXCELENTE. Sinceramente si encuentran una oportunidad con este hotel, RESERVARLO YA!!!

"Hotel Vintage Court en San Francisco"
Excelente localización y servicio del front desk muy agradable. No tiene facilidades para desayuno ni almuerzo. El restaurant sólo ofrece cena degustación o menú de de 2-3 platos por un precio fijo. Hotel estilo europeo. La habitación matrimonial es pequeña.

El hotel Vintage de San Francisco tiene una excelente ubicación. 2 cuadras de Union Saquare, 2 cuadras de China Town, media cuadra de la parada para ir a Fisherman's Wharf, otros tours van por ti al hotel. "Hotel aceptable"
El hotel está en excelente ubicación, a 2 cuadras de Union Square, con excelente acceso a las líneas de transporte. La habitación es aceptable, la cama era cómoda pero el baño es realmente muy pequeño. Las cortinas de la habitación son del tipo "esterilla" lo que hace que temprano en la mañana entrara bastante luz. El staff fue muy amable cuando solicitamos […] su ayuda. "Great for the price"
Got it on sale and cant really complaint. The staff was amazing, and the location, unbeatable. all in all a good experience, I just wished the wi-fi were working. Also the evening reception is between 5 ad 6 so impossible for us to be at the hotel, the best we were able to do was go back at 6:30 and the staff were nice enough to do get us a glass. great […] location! "Me picaron bed bugs"
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y tiene habitaciones comodas. La limpieza del mismo deja mucho de que hablar. En la segunda noche de mi estancia, me empezo a picar todo el cuerpo con unas ronchas muy grandes y coloradas. Él médico que me atendio me dijo que eran picaduras de "bed bugs" o comunmente llamadas chinches. Estuve cerca de 10 dias con estas […] molestias. Estoy contactandome con el gerente gral de la cadena para que se haga cargo de los gastos medicos, mas limpieza de toda mi ropa (cerca de los 300 dolares), ha prometido pagarlos, pero hasta la fecha no tuve novedades. "Diferencias en lo prometido y otros"
Compre una pieza suite con cama Queen. Incluía un vino, lo que no ocurrió, pero no tomo, asique eso no me importa. La pieza era muy oscura, sin vista a nada. El aseo era pésimo, no aspiraban el piso de la pieza, tomaba 5 a 8 minutos hacerlo. El ascensor estuvo en arreglo un día y estuve en 8vo piso. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en la esquina pasa el tranvia que lleva a todas partes y cuatro cuadras del mall. Ademas esta ubicado en pleno centro de paseo y de compras y tambien a pocas cuadras del distrito financiero. Mejor ubicacion imposible.

The Executive Hotel was comfortable, in a good location for public transportation and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.
"Great location in SF"
Convenient to Union Square, Nob Hill, Chinatown. Room is basic. Older building like most SF boutique hotels. Great place if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep. We asked for and got a quiet room with no street noise.

The hotel and its staff were fine. The single queen room is small, but it's cozy. It will fit a couple fine. The hotel is situated very close to major modes of public transportations including the BART, and MUNI systems. You're 2 or 3 blocks away from the Grant Street - Chinatown (as opposed to the Inner Richmond, "new Chinatown"). My problem with […] the hotel is that at least for Room 816 and I assume all rooms in the same area of the hotel, every day or every other day, you will hear the garbage truck come at 5:00 in the morning. "comfortable for the price"
The room was nice and parking was convient but you do have to pay 35-40 dollars. We only stayed one night and got back to the hotel late but the room suited us well. The only thing was our room was against the street so you could hear traffic, but not that big of a deal.

This is an older hotel but in very good shape. Room was clean and in good repair. Staff was excelent. Very helpful with directions and places to dine and site see. Close to street car service and downtown area with a shoet taxi ride. Will stay at this hotel the next time i am in San Francisco on businees or pleasure.

i decided to stay at this hotel because a the rate and the location,i booked 3 differents hotel before this one and cancel them. i happy than i did it. the room are comfortable even if they are not that big.the service is good and the reception is good. i stay there 3 night and will go back there when i will comeback to SF
"loved the hotel..major problem with check-in"
We came up from l.a.after work on Friday night, therefore it was a late check in. I called at 6p to confirm a midnight check in. the woman on three other end seemed irritated that we would deign yup arrive overnight. Then at check in, the overnight employees were very unhelpful. My Husband arrived late and wanted to get a good night sleep, when something bit him. A bed bug!!! He was moved immediately to a new room, right across from the elevator. Not a great experience.

So the hotel is somewhat updated, I mean new bed & TV.. Hotel is old, bathroom had mold around the bathtub and was just old and outdated. "Christmas stay"
We have stayed at this hotel many times and always on christmas Day. The staff is very friendly. This is an old in city hotel and our expectations are for just that. If you want a lot of fancy amenities, go to one of the better known chains. Our evening started with a friendly free wine tasting in the lobby and then we walked to Chinatown for dinner. When I approached the hotel there was a staff member to assist me with my luggage and ask if he could help in any other way. Quite impressed with the staff overall.

With a cable car stop, bus stop and union square all within 3 mins walk you can't go wrong with the Vintage Court. The staff were very helpful with helping us to plan an enjoyable visit to San Francisco. I would definitely stay here again, as it was a perfect mix of cleanliness, location, value and service.

"Not sanitary and horrible service"
Stayed a night with my boyfriend.... When we woke up in the morning we noticed one of our pillows had dried blood stains from a prior guest. We were disgusted, I brought it to the front desks attention and all he said was "eeewww". The front desk staff was busy with their own conversations I felt like I was interrupting them when I needed anything. […] Overall staff was not helpful and the room was not sanitary. Leer más

This room was horrible. Not clean. Hair in the bath tub, the floor wasnt vacuumed and the trash bin not cleaned. I was completely grossed out and felt embarrassed that I had picked this hotel for my colleagues. DO NOT STAY HERE.

"Nothing "Executive" About this hotel at all"
I should have known better when I called and asked that my fiancée's name be added to the reservation so that if she arrived prior to me, that she would be able to check in, head upstairs to relax and unwind from her travels. They absolutely refused to accomodate the request. I asked to speak with the manager, and this rude individual "Nathan" who claimed […] to be the "guest services manager" said it was for my own identity protection. What a crock. Once i arrived, the lobby was full of strange guest all over drinking on the complimentary wine service the hotel provide each evening. When I asked for a glass of red, the bell hop looked at me and said, "sorry, you snooze...you loose." Wow. At this point it was almost laughable. The rooms are tiny, the smell like smoke, the elevator is unsafe, and the staff is almost impossible to feel at all comfortable. I frequently visit SF two-three times per month and this is bar far the most offensive and uncomfortable stay I have ever had. STAY AWAY from this over priced underwhelming experience. Leer más

"First trip to San Fran."
This was our first trip to San Francisco and the lcoation of this hotel was pretty good. It was really close to Union Square & Chinatown. We did walk to the pier but it was certaily a hike. The staff were very nice and helped with any directions we needed. The room was a little dated and the bathroom was very old and tired. But clean!! This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to Chinatown, Nob Hill, North Beach. We did a lot of walking at night and felt very safe. This is an older hotel that has not been recently updated. This hotel was just what we needed to visit our 2 daughters. It's central location was convenient (i.e. chinatown, SOMA, Union square, Civic Center) and accommodations were fine. Parking is always a nightmare but that's San Francisco. All in all it was a good experience.

This was a lovely little hotel, definitely vintage in feel with the bathroom covered in little octagonal tiles from teh 1930s I would guess. But clean, friendly staff and an easy walk to Union Square area. Though not as easy coming home as it is up hill. Would certainly stay again. I had an interview in the city and was looking for a place within walking distance. This hotel solved that purpose well. The staff and service were good too. But as far as the condition of the hotel (especially the rooms) it could use a face lift to be frank. Well it's SF so i dont expect big rooms or anything,.. "The Excecutive vintage court in San Fran"
The hotel was uphill from Union Square and although it seemed clean the room smelled of stale smoke or old carpet and the air conditioning did not work. The alley behind was noisy during the night. It was fine for one night and we did not spend much time in the room but the odor was certainly a turn off.,
