Me senti muy satisfecha es acogedor, muy limpio, tiene los servicios que necesitaba, es perfecto lo que buscaba para mi familia, y es un plus el hecho de que esta dentro del outleet ademas de que nos permite ir de compras siento que hay mucha seguridad, es algo muy privado. El personal de recepción es muy amable, el check in fué muy rápido. Las habitaciones están cómodas, limpias y cuentan con lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia cómoda. El personal del restaurant es amable, el servicio es bueno y rápido. A unos pasos está un outlett con muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Desgraciadamente un empleado del hotel nos hizo […] un comentario que podría borrar todo el buen desempeño del resto del personal. Agarro su cartera y dijo: "son de la ciudad de México, mejor cuido mi cartera, no me la vayan a robar". Muy buen hotel, está en medio de todo si vas a conocer Los Angeles te conviene, está en medio de todo a 20 mins, de Disney, a 20 minutos de Universal, a 20 minutos de Hollywood... El hotel es tal cual se vé en las fotos ni mas ni menos muy buen hotel por un muy buen precio... recomendable al 100%

siempre he quedado en este hotel, sin embargo, nos alojaron en el 7mo nivel, un elevedor descompuesto, por lo que toda la semana la espera fue larga, adicionalmente, el 7mo nivel tenia olor a cloaca o desague, nadie hizo nada por evitar este inconveniente. Fuimos de vacaciones a Los Angeles con mi familia, el hotel me pareció bueno, buena atención, muy buena ubicación (esta dentro de un centro comercial). Las camas dobles me parecieron pequeñas, ya hemos tenido experiencias en otros hoteles, y, éstas nos parecieron pequeñas, causando incomodidad, pero por lo demás, todo bien. Gracias.

At the time when I made my reservation I specified I wanted a room on your top floor, but non were available when I checked in. I am aware preferences and requests are not guaranteed, but why offer them if you can't guarantee them. I am pleased to say your staff was able to set us up on the middle floor and our guest room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, […] our peace was disturbed at 5:00 am when the guests in the two rooms across from us began to speak loudly in the hallway, banging luggage around, and allowing the door to hit the metal hinge as they went from one room to the other nonstop for one hour. "Very disappointed"
Thought this suppose to be a 4 star hotel, turn out to be totally wrong. Poor soundproofing, missing towel and toiletries. Everything cost $$$....internet, newspaper and no complimentary breakfast......Will not recommend this to anyone

When I was planning my trip to L.A. for my unckl's funeral, I called to make reservation over the phone. I was told there weren't any rooms with double beds and only rooms with a king beds was available. I also was told that they did not reserve rooms for one day. I mentioned that my cousin had made arrangements to block 10 rooms with double beds. That […] did not seem to matter! Fustrated, I hung up with the person at Double Tree and made my reservations on line. I was able to get a one night stay and double beds there at Double Tree. It was stressful and emotional already having to deal with loosing a loved one and then having to deal with (were do I stay) made matters worse. Leer más

The Doubletree was ok, not special. Our double room was small and there was hardly any extra room for anything besides our luggage. The staff were helpful and kind. The location was not an issue as we had a car.

Great place to stay! Rooms are clean and fresh. The pool area is very topical and lush, with a lot of tropical plants, flowers and birds. The staff are all as helpful and answer all questions with a smile. You felt like you were staying with familly. "Double Tree in Commerce"
I stayed in this Hotel in the middle of my California exploration trip for my kids and nephews. Checked in late evening on December 21st, when I asked this boy at the front to count my stays into the HHonors program points, he said “No!” and explained that they no longer give out HHonors points to those who made reservations through 3rd party ( in this […] case, hotels.com). When I told him that I was earning HHonors points or PriorityClbuReward points from Hampton Inn and Holiday Express Inn. He repeated saying that Double Tree no longer allows HHonors points to the reservations made through 3rd party. Soon after checked in a room in 5th floor, my kid reported Internet connection problem. Rebooting their router on that floor by their maintenance person didn’t help connecting to Internet. When I called the front, this boy at the front desk said “Tablet PC’s were having trouble to connect to Internet.” And I was told to call some Internet company to get a help. When I told him not just my kid’s iPad but also my notebook cannot connect due to weak signal, then he offered to try it on a different floor. This Internet connection problem made my family to pack, move and unpack to 3rd floor. Now in a new room, the A/C window unit was not working properly. It was nosy and a half of the vent was blowing cold air while the other half blowing hot air. I called the front again and reported heater problem to the same person. He said the maintenance person had left for the day and he puzzled me by saying “Do you remember you already changed your room?” Now, when I asked a portable heater, he said “No! We don’t have portable heaters in this hotel.” And he said he however can get extra blankets. More than 25 minutes wait, two persons showed up with blankets and a small reflective type directional heater. "Great hotel"
We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. Although it feels off the beaten path and a bit dark and tucked away, it was a great find! The room was spacious enough and the bathroom a decent size. Staff was always courteous and friendly. Loved the bar area and the adjacent library. The fitness center is well equipped with modern machines […] (and TV screens for each!). We had NO idea the hotel shared a parking lot with an outlet mall. They were far enough to not interfere with the hotel ambiance but close enough to walk to and shop. Great find! Leer más

Nice place...friendly staff. The restaurant is a bit pricey but good food. And to that waiter I had the first night. Step it up...my dinner should have had a salad and if you were paying attention I would have had way more beer than you brought me...other than that nice place.

This is my second time staying in this Hotel. I actually like coming to this hotel due to its proximity to the Citadel shopping. Especially if you come on a holiday weekend and Outlet shopping is great, plus it is really close to the hotel (AKA walking distance). The only down side was I need to get some work done and the hotel WiFi was not working, […] was a nominal fee for the service but they had issues with it. But great location and enjoyed my stay! I was expecting a really good experience, since t I have stayed at the D Tree hotel in Sacramento, CA. My expectation was surpassed due to the fact of several items. Beautiful hotel, incredible gardens at front and in the middle of hotel, cleanliness, signs to appreciate guest respect for the others guest. Beautiful decoration, and wonderful room quality […] and attention to all the details. Customer Service was outstanding. I really appreciated the attention to details like quieteness, cleanliness and invitation to guest to keep a noise free hotel experience. It has been one of my best hotel experiences in the US. "The beds are very uncomfortable"
My husband I felt we had so much trouble sleeping the people above kept jumping and made alot of noise. The beds were also uncomfortable. The food was terrible and cold.,

One of the best hotels i have stayed at great service and spotless rooms. i had a great time at the hotel and was greeted with a big smile and a complementry gift from them. next time i go out there im staying there again.
