Me gusto el servicio de atencion Los felicito me gusta cuando la gente tambien nos atiende hablando español y todo salio bien no andan con rodeos fue una buena experiencia en este precioso hotel para mi y espero obtener ofertas y especiales para seguir visitandolo ja me gusto mucho la parte de la oficina Antigua muy bonito lugar visitenlo

ES UN HOTEL LIMPIO AGRADEBLE SE DESAYUNA BIEN. ESTA MUY CERCA DE LA ESTACION DEL METRO. LO RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE

muy buene ubicacion en relacion a distancia del centro de los angeles, de lax, de estudios universal, y de hollywood.

Los colchones muy flojos de resorte y comida en los pasillos de la habitacion, excelente opcion para dormir y salir al siguiente dia al aeropuerto shuttle gratis al aeropuerto.
Ubicación.
En Ciudades playeras, Manhattan Beach, Crimson Hotel goza de una buena situación cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de lugares de interés como Manhattan Beach Pier, South Bay Galleria y Muelle de Redondo Beach. Otros lugares de interés incluyen Venice Beach y Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Older hotel, but well kept. Lower level parking was convenient with elevator nearby. Heated pool and hot tub. Our lighting problem in room was quickly addressed. Beach is not within walking distance, but a quick 5 minute drive gets you to the pier. We would stay there again.

I stayed there for a last minute business trip and was totally satisfied. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are great considering the price range.

"could have been a 4 instead of 3 rating"
The room was clean & had everthing I needed...just a couple things it is outdated & when I turned the shower on ants came out...eeek. Front desk nice.
"Smell and Ants"
The entire room smelled like man's cologne and smoke. All of my clothes acquired the smell as well. It was TERRIBLE. There were ants in the bathtub. The fluorescent lighting in the bathroom was terrible.

The hotel was covenient and it was quiet and easy to rest.
This is a nice hotel. My two major issues are, when I first entered the room and used the restroom I discovered the toilet was broken. Called the front office. They sent maintenance immediately who fixed the issue. ( resolved) the second issue was the ants, tons of ants. We had no food what so ever bug tons of ants. "Hard Bed and pillows"
I thought the hotel and service was great,the only thing I didn't like was that the king size bed was to hard and the pillows was also hard.............The girl who works the front desk (Sarah)is great at her job..........Would come back again.......... Rickey

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful. The only problem I had was with the locks on the door. I had difficultly three times getting in the room and one time getting out.

"Comfort dump in Manhattan Beach, Ca"
Terrible experience- Room conditions were the worst i have seen in years of travel. Many cigarette burns thru comforter and worn and thin blankets. Heater is a wall unit that was right next to bed, old and loud. Microwave was broken, big holes in wall above one of beds with a picture missing. Elevator was broken for most of my stay and seniors had to […] walk down stairs. I carried one woman who could not manage. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke and some of the pillows looked like the pillowcases were not changed. I was disgusted and frustrated as it felt very dirty and loud - not a pleasant stay at all. All people in my room froze during night due to insufficient bedding and thin, worn blankets- we were all glad to leave. Continental breakfast included a bowl of bananas as the only healthy item and fruit offered. Otherwise it was waffles, sugar cereals, croissants (old, my Mom put it back after trying one) and danishes. We went out to breakfast instead. Never again! Leer más
"Manhattan Beach hotel"
Nice spot, very friendly people. We didn't like our first room and they accommodated us with a better room. A delicious Thai restaurant and great wine shop across the street. A nice walk (1 mile) to the beach.
TV did not work, and had to call front desk for hand towels

The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool area was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. Good value for the money overall - I would stay there again..

"Great place"
My wife lives in Manhattan Beach and has work there but has her home rented for several months. We had recently stayed at another similar hotel just across the street and for about the same cost but the room at the Comfort inn was much nicer. Large, clean, very comfortable. Easily a suite without the door. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful […] and friendly. I'll definitely be staying again on our next trip south. Leer más

"An OK place to stay"
This was not the best hotel that I have stayed in, but by far not the worst. The shower left a little to be desired, it was dirty.
