Céntrico, buen desayuno, habitaciones reformadas recientemente. Personal amable. Habitación un poco pequeña y no funcionaba el wifi en la habitación aunque sí en el lobby y gratuitamente. Hotel recomendable.

Muy buen hotel, cuatro estrella, muy nuevo y en perfecto estado.Tiene gimnasio y aparcamiento.La única crítica sería respecto a su ubicación, pero tampoco es nada problemático, puesto que hay una estación de metro (linea directa al centro) a escasos 600 metros del hotel. Hotel muy recomendable.

Estuvimos 3 noches en Agosto de 2011 en el Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg y nada más hacer el check in notas que es un Hotel diferente, donde el cliente es lo primero y recibe un trato exquisito. El personal de recepción es muy cualificado y muy atento. Cualquier contratiempo lo resolvían sobre la marcha. El Hotel está muy bien situado para ir caminando a cualquier parte del centro de Hamburgo. Solamente se echa de menos WI-FI gratuito en las habitaciones y un set de baño más completo para ser un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

Este hotel está bastante bien ubicado, cerca del Ayuntamiento, St. Michel y St. Paulí, aunque en una zona tranquila, mezcla de oficinas y residencial. Muy bien cuidado, espaciosa habitación, muy limpia por cierto. Estuvimos muy bien en este hotel y lo recomendamos.

l recientemente renovado Aeropuerto de Hamburgo tiene dos terminales y se sitúa a 10 kilómetros al norte del centro de la ciudad, en el barrio Fuhlsbuettel. Un servicio de tren ligero enlaza el aeropuerto de Hamburgo con la estación ferroviaria principal del centro de Hamburgo, y los trenes parten cada 10 minutos. El hotel Mercure lo utilizamos por una noche. Por la cercanía del aeropuerto. Nos pareció excelente. Comida buena, servicio también. Lo único que no nos pareció es que hay que pagar por internet.

We were here for 3 nights. You really need a detailed map of greater Hamburg, or a GPS to find this place. "Mecure Hamburg Airport Hotel"
The Mecure Hamburg hotel was an excellent bargain. We had an early flight out and were able to ride their shuttle out at 6:30. The shuttle was on-time and clean. The hotel met or exceded our expectations. I would gladly stay there again.

From Hamburg airport information desk you can call the hotel for free and they pick you up. Staff was proficient in english, very friendly. The hotel was clean. They even had a computer in the Lobby for checking your email for free if you did not bring a computer, I have not seen that very convenient service in while. this is a nice hotel. the breakfast and parking are very expensive. they advertise free internet but thats only in the lobby. other than that you're paying a lot per night to use their ethernet connection. convenient location; good, reliable shuttle service to the airport. clean rooms. However, shuttle service hours for early morning flights (that starts after 5:00 am only) and quite an expensive breakfast make this hotel not as an attractive deal as it might have been.

"HOtel ved Hamborg lufthavn"
Billigt set i forhold til kvalitet og nærhed til lufthavn. Booking var dog ikke bestilt af hotels.com, så jeg havde i første omgang ikke noget værelse, da jeg ankom. Måtte betale for værelset dernde på trods af at have betalt via hotels.com allerede!!

Das Checkin führte bereits gleich zu Beginn zu Ärger, da uns ein normales Standardzimmer als Privilegzimmer verkauft werden sollte.Man sagte mir auch, dadurch, dass ich über Hotel.de gebucht hätte, hätte ich keine Garantie für die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie.Dies ist natürlich vollständig inakzeptabel, da ich ja bereits für die höchste Kategorie bei Hotel.de […] bezahlt hatte. Also habe ich dieses angebotene Zimmer ich nicht akzeptiert, und die Gründe nochmals dargelegt. Erst nach mehrfachem Insistieren bekam ich dann das gebuchte Zimmer, welches , oh Wunder noch frei war. Ansosnte Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit o.K. Lediglich der Service im Hotelrestaurant war mäßig. Die Bedienung der Tische ging nicht nach Eintreffen der Gäste sondern anscheinend nach persönlicher Sympathie -Antipathie des Kellners. Tiefgarage o.K Leer más
