"Ritz Carlton stay Amelia Island"
The Ritz Carlton is an incredibly beautiful hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. From the day we checked in, the staff at Eight, the lobby and the front desk were just so accommodating. We got an upgrade to the room to an ocean view, spectacular. The only downside to the entire visit was our dinner at the exclusive Salt restaurant, […] our meal was almost two hours late and i had asked for Veal cooked well done, it not only came rare but overly salty and unedible, however the staff at the restaurant was superb and took care our entire meal. "Great 25 Year Anniversary @ the Ritz"
The Ritz-Carlton at Amelia Island is a beautiful hotel and the whole staff made our 25 year Anniversary a time to remember. We can not wait to return to this relaxing paradise. The Ritz-Carlton at Amelia is worth the money.

A fantastic hotel supported by a friendly, well trained staff located in gorgeous surroundings of a huge pool a forest of trees and an unbelievable view of the Atlantic Ocean. "This hotel was under construction..."
...over President's Day weekend. It was loud and dusty and certainly not up to Ritz Carlton standards. There was no water in the pool and our weekend was ruined. We feel we deserve a complete weekend or a voucher for two nights at the Ritz Carlton of our choice. Thank you, Julie R.

"great place"
We were in Jacksonville and had one day to ourselves. We had an amazing drive out to the Hotel. Once we arrived we rented some of the Bicycles they have there at the hotel and did a ride to the town. It was great and a great way to see the town and neighborhoods. We had Breakfast and Dinner at the Hotel and all of the food and deserts were amazing. […] Besides hotel.com and the ritz charging me for the stay and having to call back today and deal with that, my stay was awesome and I would recommend to anyone. One more thing, expect to spend around 50.00 per meal without drinks for two people, well worth it though Leer más

Having stayed at this ritz carlton many times before, i was looking forward to a nice quick stay before going to a funeral. the registration desk attendant was very curt and not very welcoming. Later in the evening we were looking for dinner directions and we could not get anyone from concierge so the front desk had to help us. they again acted like […] we were a bother.
