El peor hotel que he ido me cambiaron tres veces de habitación, un día habia pura agua caliente a otro día solo fría, tiene todas las alfombras de los pasillos manchados de suciedad no se como la cadena crown plaza puede permitir que este así su hotel

Todo muy bien....lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This place is 10 minutes away.Right across from Reliant Stadium(Astrodome for older folks).For the price it was a deal.

I stayed for 4 nights due to work. There was a very bad odor in my room. The bathroom didn't get restocked with toilet paper and the parking was horrible. The service was fair. The waiter who brought my room service meal was very pleasant. My bed was comfortable, but my coworkers stated that their beds were very uncomfortable.

Clean, lots of pillows, good customer service. There was a strange smell once you walk into the hotel, but there was some reconstruction going on. Another negative: I couldn't seem to get the shower hot enough. All-in-all, a decent stay.

This hotel smells really bad when you get off the 1st floor. The windows in the room don't open at all. Yuck....

The first room we were assigned to had a broken door that wouldn't close all the way. After we were assigned a second room, it took three tries to get keys that would work. It took us way to long to get into a room. While I was at the desk waiting to get this fixed, I heard more than one other customer complaining that their keys would not work.

Great room at a fair price. Stayed at the Tower Section and the only gltch was a quirky shower with sudden stop and go water flow...

Great location to attend events at Reliant, so close the parking lot has a section for gameday parking. I would stay there if I was going to another game but probably would go elsewhere if simply visiting Houston.

if you pay for parking, get a receipt. great for if you are going to a Houston Texans game!!

This is a great hotel, I came for an event downtown and the drive to downtown is not bad at all. The hotel was surprisingly nice. It just got a renovation and the inside looks amazing. Not what I was expecting at all! I would recommend it to anyone.

The carpets were stained and dirty. The hallways and walls had a yellowish tint to them. It's in a questionable part of town and very close to highways. The bathroom had stains on the walls and the ceilings were very dirty and dingy.

The gym there is in horrible condition and the all hotel feels like before bankruptcy ! should be 2.5 stars !

The management of this hotel should be ashamed. It is quite obvious that it is not being maintained.Took over 10 minutes to get hot water. Bathroom ceiling tiles stained and dirty. Carpets filthy. Bottom of bathroom door splintered and damaged. Front desk employees trying very hard to be professional. I felt bad for them for all the complants they had […] to answer to. This price I received for this hotel was a great value. Reserving was easy especially since I was frantic for a room in Houston that met my company daily requirements. My in-house travel system had nothing available. I was sitting in the Mexico City airport and learned that I was going to miss my connection to Brasil in Houston. Hotel lived up to its hotel.com and guest rating. Only stayed 1 night on the way back to San Antonio. Reasonably priced, not too far away from downtown Houston.

Where to start... Well we got to the hotel at 5 am Saturday morning. We were supposed to have the room from Saturday check out on Sunday. Since we got in at 5am they gave us an extra day no charge. We were very gracious of that. However, after our 3 hr nap we get up and head down for breakfast. We got a room with complimentary breakfast (worth it!!) […] but the guy that checked us in didn't give us our voucher. So we had to make another trip to the front desk. Then we notice people getting parking passes. We were there for the Texans game and the clerk at the desk didn't tell us we needed a parking pass that we had to pay an extra $20 to get. Hotels.com also didn't say we had to pay. The whole reason we chose to get a hotel room was so that we wouldn't have to pay for parking and get a decent breakfast. If we hadn't have asked about the parking we would have gotten our car towed. We were also kinda upset about the tv we paid a lot of money to get an old tv and the remote didn't even work. The breakfast was amazing! The location was amazing. Literally 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the gates of reliant stadium. Also, the beds were so soft almost felt like our tempurpedic bed! The elevators never worked and the beds were only doubles not queens very small. Front desk people were nice. Overall not a 3.5 star hotel.

The hotel overall was good, but the shuttle service was very hit-or-miss.

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable beds! Friendly service. Super convenient for those wanting to attend an NFL Texans game at Reliant Stadium. Great proximity to restaurants and other shopping. Great stay.

I killed TWO roaches in the room. The Elavator did not work. But it was convenient to the stadium.

We arrived at the hotel and they put us in an out building on the 3rd floor. The outbuildings had 1 elevator among them and guess what?? It was out of service. The front desk people either did not know or did not want to tell us. We went ahead and lugged our luggage up the stairs and just sucked it up because it was for only 1 night,. Had we been staying […] longer we would have asked for a different room. The neighborhood surrounding the Hotel is a bit scary. The lanscaping is in need of some serious work. Overall, it was not worth what we spent for the night. I have stayed in less expensive hotels and had better experiences. Leer más

The hotel is clean and the room was ok as far as comfort and cleanliness. Nothing especial but adequate for our one night stay without having made previous plans to stay. It is close to many restaurants - within driving distance. Bar was ok, not great on the drinks and pool could use alot of attention.

We checked in at 6pm Sat, went to dinner, returning at 11pm. They had us in bldg 6. We three unloaded the car, and entered a totally deserted looking bldg. Fortunately, another guest was coming down the exit stars into the 'main lobby?"...he told us the elevators were out and that we would have to walk to the third floor. We went back to the car with […] our stuff and drove up the block to the real lobby where a lady was manning the desk. I told her our plight and asked for another room, also relating the story of having the 'automatic door' close on me, injuring my nose and bending my glasses so that another had to drive us to dinner. She was not moved by our plights nor apologized for these inconveniences but did give us another room which was fine. Also the manager I talked to Sunday am when we checked out was a very nice gentleman who also fixed my glasses!Also, the men such as Isaac who were at the door and such were very nice. Leer más

The lobby in nice and the Tower rooms are as well, but the rest of the hotel is really trash! It looks like it was last updated in 1960 and smells like a dirty ocean. It is close to the Reliant center, but thats about it. It would not stay here even if it is close and even if I had to pay more money it would be well worth it. Let me start by saying that I received good value for my room rate. With that said, the check in process tool a very long time. Unfortunately, it seemed like a number of groups wanted to check in at the same time and the hotel did not have enough staff on hand to accomodate all of the people. Once I finally got checked in, my experience was significantly […] better. This is a very old hotel and the signs of age are evident. However, given it's age it's in about as good a shape as one could hope for without tearing it down. The saving graces for the hotel was my room and the restaurant/bar. Leer más

very easy access to the stadium, it took some time to get check in as well as to get some food from the restaurant, noticed some small insects dead inside the closets...the beds and overall room was average.

-Friendly staff -bathrooms are very small -rooms were dusty -kind of felt dingy inside

Nice hotel and great location - close to Reliant Stadium and Houston Medical Center.

Hotel was great. Minor problem with flusher (toilet) but otherwise a great stay. Very easy access to the interstate,

Convenient location to Reliance Center. Clean room, friendly staff. I have stayed a Crowne Plazas before and this one is good, too.

The staff was exceptional. We left my husband's medicine and when I called to tell them, they had already retrieved it and had it delivered to the front desk to be picked up. We enjoyed the private balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that there was no elevator in building #4 where we stayed and the hot tub was broken and […] the carpets needed to be changed. Some rooms very old rooms have an odor and one room had ants. We had to move to 3 diff rooms to find a decent one. Staff friendly!
