Les comparto esto porque considero que al hacer esta encuesta les interesa la opinion de sus clientes, y porque creo que se estan preocupando para mejorar su hotel y existen cambios que solo implican un poco de atención sin ningún gasto o minimo. La atención de la recepcionista fue deficiente, no recuerdo el nombre pero era una mujer cerca de los 40, no muy alta y un poco llenita que me atenndio el jueves al llegar como a la 1:00 am, le pregunte si hablaba español a lo cual se molesto y de ahi en adelante me atendio muy parcamente y sin ningún interes. La otra es las habitaciones estan muy bien en cuanto a baño y limpieza, pero les falta cambiar alfombra (gastada aunque limpia) y el sillon de la entrada se ve de tapiceria vieja y contrasta con lo demas que se ve que le estan hechando las ganas. Ah y el control de la tele se vei que tenia pilas nuevas pero no estaba programado para la tele por lo que no servia, y con la atencion que nos dio la señorita ni pensar en preguntar algo. El Lobby se ve muy bonito y amplio aparte de limpio. El desayuno talvez con un poco de fruta mejoraria bastante.

Un pequeño hotel enfrente de Japantown, con un diseño unico y original, todo funcionando y una atencion EXCELENTE. Sinceramente si encuentran una oportunidad con este hotel, RESERVARLO YA!!!

Everything kosted at the hotel. You had to pay even to look at the TV. They didn´t even have free WFI..

Our rooms do offer complimentary television with over 50 great channels on flat screens, but we regret to learn our other costs for amenities may have displeased you. I always stay here when I go shopping because it is so close to my favorite stores. This time however the walls of my room had to be paper thin. I could here my neighbors word for word... and they were not talking loud. I called them and they said the same thing. We both decided to whisper. Kind of annoying!! "Perfect Location"
The Parc 55 is steps away from BART and shopping and theatres and restaurants. The rooms are comfy and clean and the staff is wonderful. This is the place to stay in San Francisco.

"Parc 55 Wyndham, SF- between mall and Union sqare"
Walking distance to Westfield mall, Union Square, many restaurants, theater and cable car route. Stayed in Club level room with city view. Had 2 full size beds, not queen. Room rate included use of lounge offering evening appetizers, late night desserts and full continental breakfast. Well worth the extra cost. Parking charge steep but convenient, similar […] to other large hotels. Lower rates at local garages within few blocks. Neighborhood is a mixture of tourists, locals and pan handlers, typical of SF. "hotels needs to keep up with maintenance"
Positive: location, staff very helpful, room was comfortable. Negatives: Alot of machines in gym broken, corridors were sometimes stale and smelled. Watch out for $50 parking per night.
Liked our stay very much despite the street noise level audible from your room. Most prepaid guest ( bookings from (hotels. Com, Expedia, etc....) are located in the lower floors, and this are subject to the street noise. Still, the location is great. Parking is steep at 45/ day!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and located in the heart of Union Square and its shops. We were allowed to checkin early. The BART system is a block away and the city's bus system nearby if you do not feel up to walking to nearby areas such as Embarcadero, China Town, North Beach, etc.

We had a wonderful stay over New Years at the Parc 55 Wyndham near Union Sq. in San Francisco. The bed was very comfy, and the room was clean. We loved the hotel's policy on new years eve, where you were given a wristband to wear so that you could get back into the hotel after 6pm. We also liked the no party policy, so when we finally got home on New […] Years, there were no big parties in the rooms next to us; thus, we had a good night sleep. "Parc 55 Wyndham Hotel at Union Square"
This hotel is actually right on the border of the better Union Square neighborhood and the Tenderloin. We arrived pretty late, around 9pm on our check in day, and walked around to find some food. We stayed towards the good area, closer towards Union Square park, but were still greeted by at least 5 people trying to solicit money from us and even more […] sketchy stuff in about 10 minutes of walking. Not really a huge deal, but a surprise to me since I was under the impression that Union Square was kind of nice (I've never been to SF before). The hotel lobby was nice, and the customer service was good. Wish the restaurant was open a little longer. However, when we got to our room, we noticed our sheets had a few small blood stains on them. We wanted to test if they were actually stains, so I took a wet rag to one of the stains and it started coming off. At that point, I ripped the sheets off the bed, since this is indicative that they simply didn't clean the sheets well enough. The next time I visit SF I will probably look for a hotel in the Financial District as a friend had recommended me to do in the first place, and just walk to Union Square to do any shopping. Leer más

"Parc 55 Wyndham - great location for New Years 201"
I would recommend this hotel but with reservations. The hotel was in a great location just off Market and close to all the shopping. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable with a great view of the downtown and bay. Room service was really quick and the food was priced well. The cleanliness of the hotel was in question and not sure if it was due […] to New Years weekend but there was garbage by the elevators on every floor I got off on over the weekend and it took hours for the garbage to be picked up even when the housekeeping staff were working near by. Not acceptable. And the elevators took for ever! You had to wait for a long time for them and then you would almost hit every floor on the way down. They had many elevators so not sure if some of them were down. We were on the 23rd floor so it took 10 to 15 minutes to leave the hotel every day. Leer más

"Great hotel"
I was very pleased with the Parc 55, from the time the bellhop took my bags upon arrival through special treatment the valet took to give us directions as we departed. All hotel staff members were courteous and competent. Check-in was a breeze, the room (a corner one) had terrific views and was quiet, the bar was (as a friend staying at a nearby hotel […] termed it) "kickass." The hotel is extremely convenient to BART/Muni Metro. One does have to use caution at night because it's on the edge of the Tenderloin and the less attractive areas of Market St. But, overall, I was quite satisfied with the Parc 55 and would recommend it without hesitation. Have stayed here more than once, and the experience has been wonderful! It can be a little more expensive than i hope for, but there are times when you can get a great deal on the hotel...either way, it's worth it...location is right across the street from Nordstrom, Union Square, just everything Union Square offers...the Thai restaurant here is delicious...i […] thought the City restaurant here was definitely overpriced for what you get...you get a great view, the ambiance is nice and i think the intention is to be an upscale restaurant in the hotel, but the food, in my opinion, is definitely lacking to keep up with the ambiance. I can't say anything except great things about the hotel (other than to criticize ALL high-end hotels for charging $15/nite for internet that the less expensive hotels give away). The quality of the hotel was superb. The location is great - only a half block from the Powell St. BART station - so long as you understand this means the central location […] is VERY busy and a bit noisy. very close to public transport we did read the reviews about the noise levels, the windows are NOT soundproof. We were on the 11th floor. the staff changed our rooms with no hesitation and we found the views better on the other side and it did make quite a difference. Otherwise, incredibly clean and modern and lovely staff.

"Excellent staff at Parc 55"
When we checked in I did not have my driver's license with me and they required my picture ID since I booked the hotel on-line. Our reservationists, Sarah, had to call the manager and the manager confirmed that I needed a picture Id to check in or else they would have to cancel and call Expedia and do it all over! My daughter and I stay overnight in Union Square every year to go power shopping for Christmas, and this was the best hotel experience ever. We stayed in the upper levels to avoid street noise as advised by other customers, and were surprised with the bonus access to the lounge with the panoramic view at the top. Not only did they serve a great continental […] breakfast, but happy hour, honor bar, dessert, and coffee and tea all day. We were also right across the street from the Westfield shopping center. "A shopaholic's dream location!"
This hotel is across the street from the Powell street BART stop. You are practically IN the mall! DSW is a short block away. If shopping is important to you, definitely stay here. You can also walk to nice restaurants, bars, lounges, and coffee shops. Union square is like two blocks away. The hotel is also great for the price. "Stay away from Floor 5 and under"
We were on floor 5 and it was awful. I believe the linens were being washed above us and the gym was directly across from us. All night and morning we heard a THUMP THUMP THUMP from the washing machines and then a louder THUUUMP THUUUMP THUUUUMP from the treadmills. it was absolutely annoying. "Holiday weekend with family"
We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in downtown SF for some holiday shopping. This hotel is located right in the center within walking distance to all locations around Union square / Market street. It was abiout $100 cheaper than comparable hotels close by. They only had double beds as opposed to the two queen beds we were looking for but […] the beds and room were big enough for a family of 4. Overall, very niec hotel, great and friendly service. Can highly recommend. The only drawback was traffic. Getting into the wallet parking was a pain - it was backed up and we were stuck in the street for a while until they sorted it out.
