El hotel, como todo en Londres, es caro para lo que se oferta. Ahora bien, está limpio, cambian las toallas y las sábanas todos los días si se quiere y está estupendamente situado, muy cerca de líneas importantes de autobuses o de sitios emblemáticos si se desea dar un paseo. La habitación probablemente fuera una habitación simple, que ahora ofertan […] como doble, por lo que es bastante pequeña y generalmente, al moverte tropiezas con casi todo. De todas formas, la cama es un muy cómoda y tiene TV con multitud de canales y wifi gratis. En general y dadas las sorpresas desagradables que te puedes llevar en Londres en cuanto a limpieza de las instalaciones se refiere, es un hotel recomendable y volveríamos a alojarnos en él viajáramos nuevamente a la ciudad. Excellent hotel- great welcome- lovely room and great area easy walk to surrounding London areas. Very limited late night room service menu though.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in January 2012. The hotel is within a stone's throw from the British Museum and the Tottenham Court Road underground stop. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area and very nearly a Starbucks on every third corner. The hotel iteself is clean and updated. Our room was small, but comfortable and […] well decorated, and space was sued efficiently. The bed was very comfortable for a hotel bed and I had a very good night's sleep. The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome when we checked in early. The concierge was also equally pleasant when we checked out and left our bags with him so we could finished touring the city before heading home. Great location, but do not get a room on the 1st floor. The noise on Bloomsbury street will keep you up which is hard on your body. The rooms are well done, and perfectly adequately sized with a comfortable queen bed. Shower is a bit tiny, but standard for UK and Europe. We were given a room right next to the elevator....no problem with that but two doors on either side leading into corridors slammed shut each time a guest or employee went through them.Sound was not unlike a gun going off and went on every 30 minutes or so until 3am.Complained in the morning (too tired that night) and was offered a $5 discount! the conveniences of the hotel were great. I know that the room was smaller than most rooms i have stayed in at the U.S., but the size makes up for the conveniences within the hotel/room and the helpfulness of the staff. this place was a great location, comforting, and a bargain. would definitely stay here again. The Staff were very helpful, despite us having a smell in our room, they quickly swapped us to a bigger room on the floor above without hesitation and we had a very good comfortable stay. Will definitely return.

The pictures of the rooms in this hotel that you see on Hotels.com bear no resemblance to the ones you will see when you get to the hotel unless you book the most expensive suite in the hotel. I booked a single months in advance and requested a room looking out over the street - not into an airshaft. I confirmed my booking twice and sent email in advance […] to warn that I would be checking in late. Still, when I arrived I was led to a room that must have been less that 50 square feet with one window onto an air shaft. I had two bags with me and literally couldn't open them both at the same time there was so little space. When I asked for a new room immediately they led me around to see two even worse rooms and the guy at reception tried to argue that the room didn't look onto an air shaft because the building 10ft from my window wasn't their hotel but another building. Please. The next day I was able to change to another room on the street side but that meant I had to completely re-pack my bags because they couldn't move me until mid-afternoon. The new room was considered a double but was only slightly bigger than the previous one. The view was good and the bed comfortable. All of the staff were very accommodating except for the guy the first night. Location is great but there are lots of other hotels in the area - I would never book this one again. Lovely hotel in good location. Unfortunately the only room available was a smoking room and smelled like it. The guest manager could not have been more helpful and moved us to another room in the sister hotel across the street which was also lovely. Brilliant service. The only negative was in the fine print of a voucher for free drinks - the value […] could only be spent on one drink and there were two of us so we ended up having to pay the full amount for the second drink. I spent 6 nights in this hotel on a business trip and the location was the best thing of it: 10 minutes do Covent Garden, Leicester Square and 5 to Oxford St. Booked a single room and it was quite small, with a single bed, what we usually find double in other hotels. It can be expensive as it´s not a luxury hotel.

I was pretty disappointed in the room I received, but to be fair, the staff was very helpful and courteous, and the hotel restaurant "Creations" was VERY good. For the room, the bathroom was tiny with no bathtub, so no relaxing in the tub. My bed was hard as a rock practically and I tossed and turned due this fact. It was nice having two tables, a desk […] and a smaller table, and a converter for my US voltage. I did appreciate the hotels proximity to many restaurants and my office being about 5-10 minutes away. Though all in all, I failed to see how it was a 4 star hotel as my room felt like a little box. In other 4 star hotels I have been in, a 4 star room was fairly large, with a good sized bathroom and spa-like bathtub. (It's nice to relax in one after a day at the office). So, above I said I would not recommend this hotel to friends, however if there was an option for recommending the restaurant, I would totally do that. The food I ate was some of the best I had while in London. Also, I want to say that the staff was very courteous, and helpful, and I appreciated them. I don't fault them for the tiny room I received. Our 4 night stay was lovely , the room was small but very clean [good housekeeping staff] very close to theaters,shopping and the British Museum, would choose it again.

Nice Central area. Only disappointment was on arrival. Even though a call had been made to the hotel to confirm that a child's bed could be put in the room, on booking in they said it was not possible unless we paid an extra £40. This put a downer on the stay. Staff were very nice and did put a bowl of fruit in the room for our little boys birthday […] and a card. Extra cups for the room didn't turn up either. The hotel is well located for underground and bus links and the general condition is good. There is not much in the way of public spaces but the rooms are a decent size and well apointed. Whilst the staff were attentive they did seem to be running through scripts rather than having a genuine interest in you.

Great concierge and housekeeping service, full restaurant room service menu. Wifi left something to be desired.

I have NEVER seen such small rooms in a hotel ...ever! I stayed here for 3 nights aug 2011 and because it was for 3 nights I kicked up over the size of my bedroom ! My utility room at home is larger! When I complained I was told the hotel was full and nothing else was available. A second duty manager showed me a second room - equally small. Welcoming greeting with very helpful receptionists. Excellent Room Service. Clean and tidy rooms with a very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with top quality soap and moisturiser dispenser!! Will go there again on our next Theatre visit. Evening meal was good and they served us very quickly so that we could make the theatre on time! I was disappointed as the room was really really really small. I called to move to something a little bit bigger in space and they moved me the following day. Their wifi wasn't working for around 3 days which was also really annoying. Great location and nice lobby though.

Stayed here our last night since it was close to St Pancras train station. The location and hotel were nice. The walls were a litle thin and could hear people in the next room in the AM. The closest tube stop is currently being renovated so that may cause issues.

Pros: Very accomodating staff at reception and concierge. super comfy bed and pillows. Fabulous location- we walked to Buckingham Palace, down the Thames, strolled thru Theatre District, China town, and past every imaginable restaurant. Hotel was about 1 and 1/2 blocks from Metro stop. room had every type of electrical / gadget plug. able to charge […] up my mobile phone and laptop with 110AC - much appreciated as my converter had just crashed. plugged my MP3 into the wall unit to play. cons: small room. very little place for a suitcase. The hotel overall was quite good, but the details need some work. The room was clean. I had a first floor room (an American second floor) facing a busy street. Despite this, the room was extremely quiet. The room was small, but well appointed. The shower water pressure was excellent, but the resulting spray and insufficient shower enclosure meant a […] bathroom floor covered in water. The grout needed cleaning, and the marble floors showed years of use and stains. The concierge was great at getting cabs and directions to local sites, but when I needed travel options for an off the beaten path locale, he couldn't come up with anything other than the national rail website. I left shoes out to be shined, but the maid service returned them to the room, unshined. Upon being told of the confusion, the shoes were immediately shined, so no harm done. I was absolutley disgusted with what was given for the money I paid to spend a night at the Radission hotel. For the extortionate fee we were treated to one of the smallest (double apprently) hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. On top this, whilst yes this is indeed a supposedly posh hotel, the room itself seemed to made up of half a motel room and half […] a 5 star hotel room.... To top it off, there was a large leak above the sink in the bathroom which poored a fair bit of water on my unsuspecting head whist I was brushing my teeth. Leer más

I booked a single and was given a room on the ground floor which was extremely small (which I was expecting, it is a european hotel after all). The part that I couldn't deal with was that the window had frosted glass so you couldn't see out which made it very chlostrophobic. It also had a roman shade (instead of a regular curtain) which, when closed, […] allowed the morning light to shine right in my eyes when sleeping on the bed. I spent the first night there then went to the front desk to ask to change rooms and was very quickly accommodated in a new room on the 6th floor. They didn't even ask why I wanted to change, although I did let them know that the light pouring in and the frosted glass were not ideal. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was our room closet was behind the bathroom door in a way to make it less usable. There wasn't a dresser for clothing in the main part of the room--only the closet. Not much room for our suitcases. On the good side, it was clean and bright. And the location was great for exploring on our first trip to London.

Booked in for single occupancy and a bit surprised to ffind the room was only 6 inches wider than the single bed. But after the initial shock, everything turned out to be very good.

Staff welcoming on arrival; offered to help with bags (even though we only had overnight cases). Found out on arrival that we had been given a double room but Svetlana behind the desk made no fuss to change this to a twin-bed room. Lovely to actually get into the hotel room by 4pm; have booked with online discount hotel websites before and have been […] told the room is 'not available' until 6 or 7pm!!! So obvious they are waiting for someone to come in and pay the rack-rate ... but no shoddy treatment at the Radisson Kenilworth. Treated like guests should be, with respect and great service. I was satisfied with the stay. The property was well-maintained, the staff was attentive, the location was good, and the free wifi was very helpful. However, I'll not likely stay at this hotel again due to the extremely small room size. I've been in other hotels in London that offered more spacious rooms.

The hotel staff were very welcoming when we arrived and extremely helpful. We know the area the hotel is in anyway but the staff on reception offered advice about the area and a map etc. We had booked a standard room which was small but perfectly adequate for one night. The room was nicely decorated but there were quite a few dirty marks on the walls […] and in the bathroom many of the fixtures and fittings were loose/coming away from the wall etc. So some TLC is needed. The location of the hotel cannot be better - close to major shopping areas - close to all public transport - neat and clean - staff very friendly

Excellent service, room was clean and comfortable, very convenient location, safe neighborhood. Fitness center with pretty good equipment. Room was a little small, but perfectly adequate for sleeping and changing clothes, etc.

My wifi signal was iffy, but they moved me to a room that had a better signal. The subsequent room was bigger and the customer service excellent. My original room was quite small - high quality, but small. When I stay there again (as I definitely will do) I'll pay the extra money for the larger room.

This is a well-situated hotel with only one lift which takes minutes to access - I gave up and took the stairs twice. Staff are borderline arrogant but neat and professional. Truly the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. I was even bumping both elbows washing in the shower and could almost change the TV channel with my feet.
