El hotel es una buena opción, sobre todo que esta bien situado, cerca del centro y del aeropuerto, solo estuvimos una noche pero fue agradable la estancia, la habitación limpia y en buen estado, todo funcionando bien, lo único que solicitaria es el tamaño de las toallas son sumamente pequeñas.

Somos una familia de 5 (Matrimonio y tres hijos) El hotel es sumamente conveniente, dos camas matrimoniales y sofá cama adicional en cuarto aparte. Tiene cocina....se puede comer en la habitación lo cual ahorra tiempo y dinero en muchos casos. Esta a 1:15 hs de Squaw Valley algo alejado del centro de Reno pero cercano a los servicios necesarios. (Supermarket, restaurantes, etc) Es nuevo y la gente muy amable. Que lo disfruten....ahhhh tiene pileta cubierta y hot tub....buenísimas..!!

Me esperaba algo mucho mejor, el único personal que estuvo para atendernos fue al momento del check in. Después de ese momento no volvimos a ver nadie de mas del personal que labora y esto me llamó mucho la atención.

Circus is a great place to stay and they made sure we were close to our family and friends. It's really nice to have a check out time of 12:00pm. We enjoyed our stay at Circus Circus. It was going through some remodeling so not all restaurants were open but the others that remained open catered to us nicely. The staff was friendly and professional.

"Big top Joke"
Thoroughly displeased with my stay at the Circus Circus. Have stayed in Reno before at Silver Legacy, thought it would be ok 2 stay because of its proximity to desireable attractions: I was wrong. First, we were pressed for time (our fault) but when we tried to check into our room our keys didn"t work. Had to RUN past two towers and the casino to get […] back to hotel registration. The beds were atrocious, cable limited, and TV screens approximately 14 inches diagonally (not HD). Plus couldn't get a smoking room when our friend was stuck in ! & didn't want it. Heater was noisy and seemed like they had an override on my temp. request. Compensation not equivalent to nearby hotels... did OK @ their slots though. Can"t complain about that. We choose Circus Circus because we have a child. It's not the best hotel but it's nice. There is not many casinos where you can take kids. The circus shows are entertaining for the little ones, it would be nice if they lasted longer. A babysitting service would be great too. We usually go up as just the family and don't gamble as much as we'd like because […] one of us has to stay with our child. We enjoy gambling more together than alone. We ate at the Gecko's BBQ. "Affordable family friendly hotel, but not perfect"
My fiance and I stayed at Circus Circus to celebrate New Year's honestly because my usual hotel (Grand Sierra) was not available on the dates when we stayed in Reno. Circus Circus had its good points yet not so good. The pluses were that the rooms were nice and comfortable, and much fun was had at the Midway and the free circus shows. Smokin Gecko's […] was darn yummy with their BBQ dishes. Circus Circus is conjoined with Silver Legacy and El Dorado that you can wander around among casino floors for play and people watching. Bad points: The hotel resort and the Midway was crowded, especially with families and tons of kids. Though I would suggest this resort for families, I would not go if it is just you and your significant other. Buffet food was medicore, though I was a bit hungover and had lost my appetite. The location of the hotel was the pits and crawling with winos who will bug the hell out you for spare change unless you seek sanctuary in a nearby casino. Leer más

"Beware: Surprise Fees at Hotel"
BE WARNED: This hotel jacks up the price once you have already paid in advance. Read on for details. The good: Hotel was fine. Room was OK; small but not tiny. Bathroom was nicely largish, with granite lining the shower. The Bad: Decorations nice, but needed some maintenance. Heater/AC was kind of noisy. Smallish CRT TVs, and toilet seat fell off […] when opened, which was a bad touch. Scratched mirrors and brass signs in hallways. Now for the irritating "Gotchas": 1) I stopped in Reno to get some sleep on a long drive east from California. There were two hotels on this website for the same price, and Circus Circus sounded nice, so why not? So I booked a room, and paid in advance. But when I got there, there was a mandatory, surprise $7 reservation fee. Surprise! A big, fat, unadvertised 22% reservation fee. So be warned. This hotel jacks up the price once you have already paid in advance. 2) Before going to bed, I walked downstairs with the kids to check out the restaurants for breakfast the next day. The buffet looked fine, and the sign listing breakfast prices looked reasonable, so we planned on that. However, the next morning when we went down to breakfast, the price had mysteriously increased 30%. So, be warned. This hotel has a surprise $7 reservation fee (which worked out to be 22% above what we had already paid in advance) and the advertised breakfast price somehow jumps at breakfast time. "Convenient and Cheap Stay in Reno"
One of the best deals in the heart of Reno. Aside from one of the best deals, that is about as good it gets. Valet and car services are inconsistent and disorganized. I waited 15 minutes to get my car checked in and another 15 minutes to get checked out. I had luggage, but had to go between bell and valet. Most hotels centralize the services. As for […] the actual hotel, the reception staff could be more congenial towards people checking in. The staff should work. For the rooms, the rooms could be better up kept. If it weren't for me being sober waking up, I would not have noticed a few stains on the beds, and some hair that did not belong to me on the sheets. The casino, games are decently organized, but if staff was a more enthusiastic occupancy would be improved. If it weren't for the price or location, then its unlikely I would return. Leer más

"Definitely a good choice for the price"
We were three families and two of us having 2 yr olds. The price was very good during our stay only in the forty's for a double bed. The rooms very clean, but definitely looked old. I guess it is due to the carpets which have faded or looked old. The beds were clean and comfortable, maybe too much cushiony, but the kids enjoyed jumping on them. Pros: 1. […] Very convenient location for all activities. 2. The hotel is connected to ElDorado and Silvery Legacy hotels from the inside, so, it was convenient to go for a stroll instead of walking out in the cold. 3. Decent people in the hotel since everyone seemed to come as a family 4. Clean Cons: 1. Skytower which we stayed in was looking a little old. Needs some carpet renovation atleast in the next 3 or 4 years. 2. We slept late and put up a do not disturb sign but once we woke up around 10:30 and got ready and changed the sign to please clean the room, no one came back to clean our room. Maybe I should have just called room service, but most of the hotels do second rounds, to the ones they miss in their first round of service. So, we had to use the same towels, shampoos and soap again the next day, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall definitely a decent hotel to stay in with the kids, if the price is around the 50's. The room was extremely affordable which is always nice. They let us check in two hours early the staff was very nice. I will definetly be staying here again

"Great location and a good price"
If you're looking for a cheap place to crash after gambling and a night on the town, this is it. Bed was comfortable and room outdated but clean. Prefect for dudes looking to crash or family needing cheap rooms for several kids. Romance - look elsewhere.

"Don't let them put you in the Sky Tower"
You have to take the just-barely-necessary shuttle across the street to the sky tower rooms. they were kind of a long walk otherwise. Especially when you go back and forth due to a lack of amenities in the sky tower. Prob 3/4 of the rooms are over there too. actually had to wait in a 10 minute line to get up the elevator once we got there too/

We booked two rooms on-line but at check-in there was a problem with the reservation. Despite the pressure at the check-in desk with the upcoming rock concert the same evening, the clerk was very helpful not only with straightening things out, but also with finding the best solution for our family: two connected rooms!
