Buen balance precio servicio, buena atencion y cercania con las atracciones de inner Harbor , no hay botones,pero te facilitan el carrito para el equipaje. El edificio luce mejor que la mayoria de los hoteles de esta cadena. En las mañanas puedes tomar el desayuno tipo bufet americano a buen precio.

El hotel es muy limpio y bonito. Hay un puente peatonal que lo conecta con un centro comercial, en el que encuentras una variedad de tiendas y restaurantes.

Me dieron una atención personalizada perfecta! Por ser la primera vez que estuve en Washignton me ayudaron mucho con tips de transportes. Las almohadas del hotel estaban deliciosas y tuve suerte de tener una habitación sin ruido. La otra cosa que me gustó fué que reservé área de fumar por equivocación y me preguntaron al hacer mi check in si estaba bien o si me la cambiaban a una habiatación de NO fumar. Gracias por preguntar!!!

"Comport Inn Baltimore, MD"
Everything was fine until I found the door we walked in and out of from lobby to room was locked at 5:45AM. Walked out another exit and found myself locked out of the hotel as the front door was locked also. Was in light clothes with outside temp 37 degrees. "Baltimore Pike"
The hotel had no elevator so I had to lug suitcases up a flight of stairs. They had a nice breakfast buffet though. the automatic phone wake up system was screwed up and woke me up two hours early. Shampoo some nasty carpeting once in a while. It would not kill you.
I just needed a good night's sleep and to be local to an event I was attending the next day, so it served my purpose there. However, if part of my visit was to enjoy the hotel I would have had to check out. The comforters were stained, the closet shelf was chipped, the phone keys were punched out and the water was cold. I asked for non-smoking but got […] smoking and the gentleman at the desk apologized and promptly changed out room with a smile. Upon checkout the young lady asked about our stay and when I mentioned the cold water she apologized, told us to ask for another room or maintenance (which i would have but i just needed to sleep) and she also gave me a 10% off discount should i decide to stay again. Hot water was iffy. Toilet seat didn't fit toilet so the lid wouldn't stay up. Stains on bedspread. Close to Ellicott City where we were visiting relatives.
"Great location, good hotel, but shows its age"
We stayed at the Comfort Inn for four nights. The front desk clerks were usually very helpful and courteous, however the room is definitely showing some wear-and-tear. Housekeeping was excellent-- they waited until we left before they even attempted to come through (stayed at one other location during the trip who actually had housekeeping come by at […] 7 a.m.!!) The breakfast area's surprisingly well-stocked, with Belgium Waffle maker. Workout area is small, but in great shape. Word of warning: only one taxi services that area, and their dispatch team is -very- rude. Hotel is close to Frederick Road, which has a lot of fun local dining/shopping options. Not as close to Little Italy as we'd expected, but that's still a short drive away as well. One of our party members saw management leaving the room mid-afternoon, and observed that a suitcase had been shuffled around, but never brought the issue up with management. Nothing was missing, so I guess that's a good sign at least... In general, for lower-priced hotels, this one is the top of its bracket. Mostly clean, no bed bugs, and kind staff. Will probably stay there again next time I'm in the area, unless I decide to go for a pricier option. Leer más

Check-in and Check-out were fast and convenient. Free breakfast was good and sufficient with kind service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Contential breakfast was very very good. Only a minor problem with the air conditioner in one of the rooms. they move us to another room.

"Fine for Business and Work Travel"
Easily located just off the Beltway -- convenient access. It was actually cleaner than I had expected. Mostly business folks and contractors in the parking lot. If that fits you this will do just fine.

Great hotel. Free breakfast, can't beat that. Great place if you're just looking for a place to sleep for one or two nights. Will stay here again on future trips to UMBC.

New Yrs night was busy time... but desk was very helpful in getting cab lined up for our party event.. For a hotel that's been there awhile it is in good shape...nothing to complain about.. food service in am was basic items but tasty.. Lady handling the food area was very helpful & went out of way to make sure we were taken care of.. thankx

SOOOO many better hotels for the money that this place. The hotel smelled like paint which I thought was a good thing until I got to the room. Not clean at all. The table was broken, big flies on the ice bucket and the shower did not work properly (like the plumbing was going to come out of the wall and it was stripped). The hairdryer was disgusting. "Really Surprised!!!"
After reading the reviews I was kind of worried but the price couldn't be beat so my family and I gave it a shot. What a great stay!!! We were greeted by every member of the staff from managers to cleaners with a smile and a hello. The room was just what we needed. VERY clean and comfortable. "Unhappy"
Carpet had visibly dirty on entering the room. A cockroach welcomed us once we arrived exhausted. I frankly could not wait to get out that morning bright and early. Otherwise some of the staff was accomadating. The breakfast buffet was good with a good variety of food to choose from.

I am relocating to Baltimore and stayed at this hotel. It was convienient to major highways and shops. Reasonable distance from downtown without the major traffic. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

"hot water"
Absolutely terrible! Had major hot water issues 2 out of the 3 nights that we were there. Nothing worse than not being able to take a hot shower after working all day.

I stayed at this hotel from Sunday to Tuesday as I was scoping the area for relocation. When I walked into the hotel, the front desk girl was blasting hip hop music and needed a minute to get to me (even though I was the only person there). The room was pretty well maintained, but the bathroom was not. There was hair on the wall in the shower, and […] the floors looked like they needed a major scrubbing. The hair dryer did not work, nor did the iron. This was incredibly inconvenient as i was headed out for job interviews. Just didn't feel very clean to me. Seemed a little expensive for the quality of the hotel. But it has a 2-star rating so I probably shouldn't have expected more.

We stayed with 2 adults and a child. The hotel was to be as expected for the price. We initially had to change rooms, because the tv was not working correctly. "Not What I Expected"
This hotel definitely needs improvement. The Room was ok, bathroom had mold all around the tub. The best thing about this hotel was the hot waffles for breakfast.

This is a good value for the money. The breakfast is nice. Rooms are warm and clean. Plenty of hot water. Fitness center has a stepper that I use. Parking is close and easy.

"Great Room!"
Room was very clean. And it was nice to have the free breakfast every day. Very close to both Baltimore and Washington DC. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay at a nice place for very cheap.

"OH MY What did I get myself into???"
The people that worked at the hotel were very very courteous.....however, the hotel location was not in a good neighborhood as they had extra extra security measures on the doors.....scary.....as I was traveling alone....more importantly I was afraid to come back that night by myself because I was afraid of the clientele as I was attending a black tie […] event in the area I could have been robbed.....where I had to enter the bldg to go to the rooms there was no hotel employee presence - it was merely a small window between the office and that entrance location however had I screamed no one would have probably heard me; there was a security camera behind the desk at check in and the people checking me in were also being responsible for monitoring the security monitor; the carpet in the common areas was filthy and in some places could not see the print of the carpet at all. The hotel did not have an elevator so I had to hustle up and down steps in my evening wear and lug bags in and out!!!! the bathroom tub was not cleaned very good; overall the room condition was okay. Excellent loacation(right off the beltway. Full access to the internet from the room that was very cool. The continential breakfast was very bready and carb laiden. Would be nice if they could include some non- carb items on the menu. Overall my stay was comfortable.
