Hotel un poco apartado del centro pero con parada del metro muy proxima. Estuvimos en fin de año y fue muy agradable. Buena zona de spa.

Las camas eran demasiado pequeñas. La persona que atendía en recepción cuando llegamos era bastante brusca. Es cierto de todas formas que el personal con el que tratamos el resto de los días era más amable.

Oustanding sums it up! My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights and 5 days at this beautiful hotel and we didn't want to leave. It far exceeded our expectations. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

"Great location, friendly service, comfortable"
Spacious room, impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed with very luscious pillows and down comforter. Excellent location very near the Marianplatz, with surrounding night life. Close to the Maximillianstrasse with top of the line shops and the opera house. The B&O flat screen TV has great sound, with a funky remote control unit. The only issue […] that we had with our hotel experience is that It takes a good 20 to 30 seconds for the tv to turn on after pressing the control, which takes some getting used to. Also the charge for internet access is outrageously expensive, with minor discounts for purchasing a package of several days. Did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, but did have room service, which was promptly handled and delivered. Overall, the young staff is professional, knowledgeable upbeat and friendly, which is a pleasure. Leer más

"Exceeded Expectations!"
awesome hotel and the service was outstanding. Catrina (check in) and Dario (concierge) were fantastic and every suggestion they had (what to see, where to eat, directions) was fantastic. very central location within walking distance to most of the munich 'must sees'. seemed a little pricey when initially booking the reservation, but the entire stay […] from check-in to check-out was stellar. was a little bummed that the rooftop pool was closed (apparently due to the season) but with all the other suggestions the hotel staff had, we barely even missed it. the hotel was excellent in every respect - the room which was a standard room was spacious, well decorated and excellent facilities with a free mini-bar: the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect - close to all amenities and Marienplatz
"One of kind experience in Munich"
This hotel is truly a step above the expected. Within the first 5 minutes of walking through the door we were checked in, our bags and coats taken to the room, and then served refreshing drinks in the lobby lounge area by the friendly staff. The hotel staff are always going out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect - right done to the last detail. […] The rooms are very nice - including the heated bathroom floor and towel rack. Everything we wanted to see around the town center was within easy walking distance from the hotel. For day trips, the hotel staff was very helpful in arranging tours and recommending places to see. The hotel restaurant is great but there are other places nearby for more casual dining too. If you want a relaxing stay at one of the finer hotels in Munich, the Mandarin Oriental is definitely the place. Leer más

Die Lage zum Platzl, Schuhbecks;Hofbräuhaus und Hardrock Cafe ist 100m.Tolle Lage aber wir sind auch Fans der Kette Mandarin Oriental!

Meget lækker hotel med en utrolig god service. Det absolut eneste negative var fitnessrummet størrelse, svarende til ca en tredjedel af vores hotelværelse.
