Room was clean and nice beds I like that u have to show ur key to go to ur room so no one that don't belong there can t go up. It was nice when I was tired and had to go up alone.

The room was very nice, my friend stayed in the same hotel in the standard room and said it was the same as my deluxe room.. So next time I will be getting a standard room to save a few dollars. I loved the casino and club that was located right there and there was no cover charge. Overall I had a great stay in an affordable and clean room.

Planned for a one night stay, but ended up there for three nights. This is where I stay whenever I'm in Reno. I'm not in Reno to gamble, but to to deal with other things. Most complete hotel in downtown Reno. Good service, good restaurants, doesn't have the scummy feel most downtown hotels have in Reno.

excellent room has a great casino if that is your thing. connected to the downtown casinos by walkways makes it easy to find great things to do

I stay here while on business and it has always been very good. If you like sea food try the Oyster Bar.

My wife and I usually take short, overnight, trips to Reno because my MIL can watch our 1 year old while we have a little wifes getaway. In the past we'd always stayed at the Peppermill Tuscany Tower because they had great deals and the rooms were huge and very nice and new. Unfortunately they don't have the deals anymore, so we decided to stay in downtown […] Reno. We chose the Silver Legacy based on ratings, location and price. Our relatively nice room was inexpensive for a weekend and reasonably nice. The bath could have been larger (there's definitely room for a larger tub with a separate shower), and charging for WiFi is just silly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We slept great (granted we didn't have a 1 year old waking us up in the middle of the night :)). We also ordered room service which was reasonably priced and tasty. The Silver Legacy is located in downtown Reno, which alas is a bit run down. Of course you don't even have to go outside if you don't want to since the SL is connected via enclosed bridge to both the El Dorado and Circus Circus, which was handy for use since we usually go play at Circus Circus when in Reno. Overall I think we'd stay at the Silver Legacy again unless we find some fabulous deal for the Peppermill Tuscany Towers. Leer más

Very Very Happy with the Silver Legacy Resort Casino. Have stayed many place and will stay here again. They were great. The staff was very helpful with our questions and the food was awesome.

Staying at the Silver Legacy in Reno at Christmas was great. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. I like the added security desk at the tower elevators. we enjoyed our stay and will be back often as we have family in "the biggest little city".

It was very outdated and I made a reservation for bigger room and mentioned it when I checked in but the clerk didn't explain or anything.. I felt like I was having just regular room.. And the room was really outdated. The sheet even had a hole... I never had that old hotel room before. I was disappointed... I won't recommend to anybody.

Everything was great except requested king bed and got 2 queens. Great restaurants and wonderful blackjack dealers

no over high vehicle Parking

We would have really appreciated a microwave and ref. in our room. Everything else was ok. It was a great pleasure to receive Champagne while waiting in line.

I have stayed in different Casino Hotels in Reno. I think Silver Legacy is best. It is little bit expensive compared to other Hotels but worth paying extra.

We stay at the Silver Legacy frequently as we travel back and forth between California & Idaho every other month, and we are always pleased with our stay. This time the front desk staff were particularly friendly and we got great service in both of the restaurants that we went to. Hotel/casino is great. Salon was good & the gals there were great. Love the Seafood Restaurant there & the Chocolate Martini's are excellent.

Hotel was very nice. I went there to see a show at the Reno Event Center and this place was just a block away. Very convenient. The room was very clean and fancy. For the price, it was a great deal and a great stay. If for some reason I ever go to Reno again, I will stay here.

Right down town my room on the 12th floor a lot of noise after midnight with trucks unloading and back alarms going on all night, good steak house and excellent drinks nice room

This was the first time that we have stayed at your Hotel. We like a cool room at night with extra blanket for the bed. In our case there was no extra blanket to be found in our room to be found. Throughout our 2 day stay the service was great. We plan on staying again our next trip. Thank you

loved, loved, loved the bed!

The rooms were very noisy. We could hear loud noises at 4:00 am. Other than that the hotel is very conveniently located. We arrived late at Reno and wanted to drive early to south lake get good sunrise pictures.

I love this Hotel. I did not like that there were so many smokers at the Casino and every where....

Conveniently situated in the heart of Reno. Crowded due to holiday season. It took about an hour to get a place in an eatery inside the hotel. Hotel rooms are clean, service is above average. However, was notified that the swiming pool is closed for the entire winter (no indoor swimming pool).

The room was not as nice as I thought for the price. It did not have a mini bar and coffee maker as some other hotels like the Mariott Courtyard or Hilton Garden Inn. Be warn. Even though it was not clearly stated. This hotel will charge additional for the resort fees like the tiny gym and spa. Besides the lobby, the hotel inside was just standard. […] The casino areas and the restaurants are good. For the value, it's better to stay at Circus-Circus. Other hotels like the Atlantis and Peppermilt are better. Leer más

Casino and resort staff were very accomodating and customer service oriented. Rooms were clean and updated. Found it to be a great value.

Original room had 2 queens and I had requested a King and even wrote it in the preferences. We were changed to a king when we called, but were charged an additional $10. That was okay as we were happy to get the king. It would have been nice not to be charged extra though. We don't like drink tab water, so we need coffee maker to boil water, but this hotel does not have coffee makers. Other than this and the room being very dry, it's still a good hotel to stay.

Stayed there with family because some were older and wanted to be in a casino hotel. Excellent location if you want to be in heart of casino Reno. Casino floor has more cigarette smoke and higher noise level than other casinos, which was a turn off for one who doesn't smoke or gamble. Cafe Sedonia disappointed us twice with bland selections. Clothing […] Boutique is outdated and too expensive. Room was adequate. The ironing board legs were bent & wouldn't stand up straight. Towels rough. Doors SLAM shut, shaking walls, especially at night once you're in bed. No coffeemaker in room. For the price, it deserves at least that. Best thing was view from 7th floor room overlooking NYE fireworks. Overpriced for too little - can't base value on view. Will not be staying there again. Leer más
