CERCA DE LOS BUSES TODOS, CAMINANDO CERCA DE MUCHOS PUNTOS INTERESANTES EN LONDRES. COMODO, LIMPIO, LA ATENCION DE RECEPCION Y CONCERGE MUY BUENA. EL DESAYUNO ESTA INCLUIDO Y ESTA DELICIOSO.

great location, just around victoria station which is more than just trains and the metro system, you also have restaurants, stores, and 2-3 mini super markets within the station facilities. Hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated, staff very friendly and helpful, our tv was not working so thay changed us to another room. I will go back to this […] hotel next time i visit London. i loved the fact they are into sustainable green services, their products are either organic, fair trade or green friendly. the hotel is just 3-4 blocks from buckingham and within walking distance to stores, theaters, oxford street, etc. Leer más

AL LADO DE LA ESTACION DE METRO Y TREN DE VICTORIA. LIMPIO , COMODO Y RECOMENDABLE

El hotel esta muy bien comunicado, al lado de la Victoria Station y muy cerquita de los sitios a visitas. Cambia de dueños de NH a Hilton y nosotros fuimos cuando estaban terminando las obras.

Hemos pasado 2 noches en febrero. El hotel estaba en pleno proceso de reforma, con las incomodidades que ello conlleva. No obstante, ésta sólo afectaba a recepción. La habitación, muy correcta. La ubicación: al lado de Victoria Station. Fácil moverse y llegar caminando a diferentes puntos turísticos.

El hotel esta en una calle adjacente a la estacion Victoria a donde llega el tren del aeropuerto de Gawick. Su ubicacion es muy comoda para visitar todas las atracciones del centro de Londres. El hotel es un edificio modermo con buenas instalaciones.

Perfecto para vuelos desde Gatwick, hay una puerta de la estación que da directamente al Hotel. Al estar al lado de la estación Victoria tienes Autobuses directos a todas las zonas de interes turistico. Ademas esta a 10 minutos andando del Palacio de Buckingham y de la plaza del parlamento. Excelente, la pasamos de 10, la habitacion como el bano amplia, la recepcion todo bien, el personal muy amable, la mayoria habla espanol, pero muy cordiales, tratando de ayudarnos a que no tengamos inconvenientes, nosotros que no dominamos el ingles, si es caro, pero a mi entender para lo que es Londres, lo merece, repetiria.

Bien situado, muy cerca de la estación de trenes Victoria. Muchos de los recepcionistas del hotel son españoles y están pendientes de que te sientas bien en el hotel. Algunas habitaciones necesitan ser reformadas.

Somos una pareja de Argentina y es la primera vez que visitamos Londres. Estuvimos 4 noches en marzo de 2011. Luego de buscar bastante informacion en internet decidimos por el Hotel Hesperia y realmente no nos arrepentimos. La ubicacion es excelente justo frente a la salida lateral de la estacion Victoria que es muy importante para aquellos que se desplazan […] en tren o en metro. La zona es bastante tranquila a pesar de estar tan cerca de una estacion. Esta bien cerca de muchas atracciones importantes, nos movimos principalmente a pie, que nos gusta mucho para apreciar cada rincon del lugar. El hotel es moderno, muchos empleados hablan espanol, eso nos dio cierta tranquilidad. La habitacion amplia, comoda, con una buena cama, el banio bastante grande y todo bien limpio. Lastima que no se podia fumar en la habitacion…. Habia una cosa que no nos gusto, el wifi que es muy lento, no lo pudimos usar, hablamos con el recepcionista una noche y como cortesia nos dieron 1 hora gratis en un ordenador del hotel. El hotel estaba perfecto. La habitación muy bien aunque no muy grande pero con todas las comodidades. El baño si era grande, comodo y limpio. Internet bien y gratis nos dieron claves para el ordenador y los moviles, fantastico. La situación del hotel es ideal al lado de la Estación Victoria de trenes, metro y autobuses, y todo en el centro de Londres. […] Puedes moverte tanto andando como en transoporte público a todos los sitios de interes turistico. El hotel merece la pena en todos los sentidos y es muy cómodo para los que venimos desde España por el aeropuerto de Gatwick, dado que el tres te deja en al puerta del hotel y la estación de metro y autobuses urbanos. Creo que es la mejor opción.

Hesperia's ground floor (restaurant, bar, check-in, main lobby, elevator lobby) was u/c during stay, preparing conversion to Hilton brand and for Royal Jubilee and 2012 Olympics. (The whole of London seems u/c.) Disruption is reflected in discounted rates and was expected but grd-flr dust control could have been much better. Room was clean, functional, […] and well-serviced but wifi came and went. Front rooms overlook back of Victoria Stn and its trash compactor site. Very conveniently located Hotel, minutes walk from Belgravia, Victoria Station & coach station. Hotel is undergoing a refurb to the reception and ground floor areas. Overall a well located, clean, reasonable hotel for it's location. Breakfast at £18.00 per head a bit steep, but loads of places to eat brakfast nearby.

This is more than I am used to paying for a hotel. I have to say one good thing about Hesperia. When I booked on Hotels.com, the price jumped about 25%. Ouch!! I told Hesperia and they upgraded my room. I was grateful for the gesture, as the issue was no fault of theirs. Thanks Hesperia!

Good location across the street from Victoria Train station and tube station. Temperature control in the rooms was poor and the pillows were horrible

This hotel is situated right next to Victoria station. At first it seemed like a dogy area, but it is completely safe. You have tube and train access in immediate vicinity and quite a few pubs as well. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so the reception area was very small. The room looked like it was recently remodeled, but I do not […] know if all the rooms are done yet. Very comfortable beds and very clean. We stayed on the 8th floor with a view over the station, but we didn't hear anything through the windows, so the vicinity to Victoria is no problem. Dont stay here until the renovations are finished. Having breakfast next to a noisy drill is not much fun. Can hear the drills on the 5th floor. I would not have paid if I hadn't went through hotels.com.

small rooms, beds nothings more than a box of springs, hallways and reception desk look like after an earthquake. for the price we paid, very disappointing!

We had a suite in 9 floor. It was a nice room, but there was a door to the neighboring suite that was anything but soundproof. Impossible for our kids to sleep when there were others in the room!

I couldn't believe how beautiful this hotel was! It was literally right across the street from the Victoria train station, but the windows blocked out almost all of the sound so it was nothing but convenient. There was a fantastic view from the room we stayed in and the room itself was totally spotless. The bed was really comfortable, the shower had […] a detachable head and was even high enough that my rather tall boyfriend didn't have to bend his head to wash his hair (it was the only shower in Europe we found that was like that). There was plenty of light and huge windows, and one of the coolest parts about it? The room had an American power jack, which was fantastic seeing as it was the only time our entire trip that we could charge more than one thing at a time. Not to mention the price, which was incredible for the quality; especially for all the help the employees at the front desk gave us... I honestly couldn't be happier with this hotel, the only problem? We were sad to leave! I'll DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel the next time I go to London! Leer más

The location was excellent to the Rail Station and the Underground. A friendly local pub was just a block away. The hotel was under construction probably getting ready for the Olympics so we didn't get a feel for its full potentional. This hotel is not luxurious, but honestly (other than an alarm clock) it has everything that one could need, including refrigerator/minibar (which however the staff kept neglecting to restock, despite my frequent reminders). The breakfast was fine to my taste, but my 20 year-old daughter did not like it. The room was quite clean, and the beds/pillows […] were very comfortable. The shower was quite acceptable; plenty of hot H2O with a forceful stream. The soap bars were very small and dissolved after 1 person's use, but that problem was easily solved by asking for several more bars of soap! However the front desk staff was not too bright; once we asked the concierge to help us book tickets for the Eurostar and he told us twice that the charge wouldn't go through on my debit card, despite the fact that I had plenty of money in my account. A little later we discovered that the reason it didn't go through was that he had put down United Kingdom as the country we live in (we're actually from the USA!) The hotel is right next to Victoria Station, which makes it very convenient, although the view from the windows is not attractive and it is somewhat noisy if one were to stay on 1 of the lower floors (we were on the 5th floor, so the noise was not a problem). All in all, the hotel is quite adequate and I do recommend it if you want a reasonably priced hotel in a good location. Leer más

Acceptable and convenient to Victoria station...right across the street from the hotel. Very central There must have been something wrong with the heating and cooling because the entire hotel was a sauna and the air con wasn't working in the hotel. Air con in dec...yes. Would stay again to give the hotel a second chance

I booked a double but when I arrived was told only twin bedded rooms were available. When I protested they said they had one double after all. It turned out to be a room for a disabled person. There was no carpet so the floor was cold and clinical and no shower enclosure so water went all over the bathroom floor. Oyher than that, the bed was comfortable […] and the room clean. This hotel was nice with its modern decor and good location right next to the train station and a few blocks from Buckingham Palace. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice, but there is little space to move around in the room due to large furniture and poor views from the room window... which wasn't an issue for us at all. We are very easy going […] people, and we don't require much. However, we do like for our shower/bath to drain properly. Within a matter of seconds after turning on the shower or tub spout, the tub would be filled with water. The drain was clogged with other visitors hair, dirt, etc. We advised the front desk, and they moved us to another room. We quickly discovered the new room had the same issue. We were tired, it was late, so we thought we would sleep on it and discuss it with management in the morning. We spoke with the manager, and she advised us the tub drain would be repaired immediately. We returned to the hotel later that day, and the tub still would not drain. Of course the manager and maintenance was gone for the day. We checked out early the next morning and was not able to discuss the issue with management again. European hotels charge visitors before checking in, so they had their money and wasn't concerned. We really liked the hotel but didn't appreciate standing in several inches of water filled with other people's scummy dirt that had been built up in the drains. This hotel is very convenient for train/tube travel as it sits across the street from Victoria station. I ahve stayed there on 3 recent business trips in the past 2 years. The rooms are nice (although a few are quite small), the bed is very comfortable and the desk area is ample. However, the biggest problem is the quality and nonreliability of their […] free wireless internet in the rooms. It sometimes takes 10-15 attempts to connect over a 20 minute period with repeated logging in and logging out and rebooting of the computer to get a connection. The signal strength appears to be good, but it just won't connect. This is extremely frustrating and annoying and my cause me to not stay there in the future. Leer más

Stayed 1 night on business - good location staff very helpful will use again.

I was very surprised on arrival at the hotel to find it under quite an extensive construction, there was loud drilling and the main entrance was closed. I had received no notification from the hotel that this would be happenning on my stay. I was then put on the 2nd floor right above the drilling which went on for hours. I rang reception and was told […] they would check out would construction be going on over the weekend and also why we had not been told about it, no one ever rang me back about this. The room was not very clean and the curtains were hanging off the window which also did not close properly so it was quite noisy. I found the staff to be unhelpful and never returned any calls, you felt like you were staying in an apartment rather than a hotel which should have staff on call at anytime. They layout of the wardrobe was also very strange as it was just shelves against the wall, my mother banged her head on the corner of one of these which is in a very dangerous area near the door, again no one was interested at reception and I could not get anyone to answer. I wouldn't stay here again as I seen other hotels close to the same area which looked nicer. Leer más

So convenient, rooms were bigger than expected, very clean, reliable internet connection. Within short distance of train and tube station.

Thought the hotel was very well appointed, lots of places you could walk to. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures and descriptions shown on hotels.com they gave me a room far from what I've seen on the pictures. Not clean, very small, and poorly maintain. The internet connection does not work 95% of the times and the service of the stuff is far from acceptable.

hotel was great but we were unaware of construction across the street which made it impossible to sleep for more thana few hours. if you can be guarenteed a room in the back , stay, if not go to another hotel.

Just outside the #1 exit of Victoria station (as exits are numbered from inside the station), this is a very clasy, modern European hotel. Beautiful bathroom, free wifi, and a US plug at the desk. Terrific stay!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3 or 3 1/2. If you want to be right next to a train station, the location is fine. We were put on the train station side of the hotel - the only thing that saved us from sleepless nights was that we were on the 8th floor. The room was so small it didn't even have a closet. The bath towels were so thin you could almost […] see through them and they don't even have face cloths. The breakfast buffet (not included in the price of the room) was only so-so. And the free internet service was two computers on the business floor - one of which was broken the entire 4 days we were there. If it weren't for the fact that we were out of the room most of the time, I would have gone bonkers. The people at the front desk were very nice and tried to be helpful but you can't do anything about so many problems. We would definitely stay here again because of the location to the underground, train and bus stations. Also very close to Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abby, the Parliament buildings and the London Eye. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and helpful.

This is a great location from which to explore London. Just a 10 minute stroll to Buckingham Palace. Our room was average size as you would expect. The only thing we would criticise is the front desk service. We found it very difficult to get any help as they were so busy and none of the staff on the front desk would help us, instead they would refer […] us to the concierge who was inundated.
