El hotel esta situado a un km de Universal, a 1 km del Premium outlet y a 15 min de Epcot. La gente es muy amable, el check out es super rapido. Lo único que no es tan bueno es el desayuno, pero funciona.

En realidad llegamos muy tarde al hotel y no tuvimos acceso al baño que no tenia agua caliente, FUE UN FRAUDE EL TEMA DEL DESYUNO, QUE SE NEGARON APLICARLO EN LA TARIFA, CUANDO TENIA LAS RESERVACION QUE ASI LO DECIA. alegaron que era problemas con nuestro operador,, las camas muy incomodas y el hotel extremadamente viejo, los baños son horribles y NO […] volveria a ir de nuevo. "MI ESTADIA EN EL BEST WESTERN ORLANDO GATEWAY"
En general el servicio es muy satisfactorio y las habitaciones muy limpias, bien mantenidas y confortables. Solo recomendaria que la pequeña tienda situada a continuación de la recepción tuviera más opciones de productos como para tomar un desayuno allí mismo.
El hotel en general estaba bien. La habitación era cómoda y estaba dotada con los elementos mínimos y necesarios. Los empleados del hotel muy atentos. La única critica negativa es la alimentación, pues el desayuno que es tipo buffet tiene muy pocas opciones, además de ser muy sencillas.

Me and my girlfriend went on a short 5 day vacation in Orlando and wanted to get the most of it on a tight budget. This hotel was perfect for it, as it has strategic location. Loved the Best Western. Great value. Room was great, and pool/spa area was fabulous. Close to sites, with a shuttle to area attractions. The restaurant was pricey, and I wouldn't recommend it.

keep this place as your last option.. we couldnt use the hot tub at night time the security was rude and the hotel management wanted us to check out early .. its a dingy old hotel and should only be used as a last resort

The hotel does not look clean inside. The only thing that is good there is the swimming pool and the hot tubs. The restaurant should be closed. There was a problem with the hot water in my room. I will never come back

I don't know why this hotel is rated a 3 star. It should be a 4 star hands down. Heated Pool, superb hot tubs, very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds, flat screen tv's, excellent gym for it's size, and fantastic location, close to a all amenities. Well done!

good location, not the best comfort. Didn't like the pillows, and bathroom had a leak and water and stains on the floor. Air conditioner wasn't on when I got there and room was hot and stale. Breakfast wasn't until 7 and I had to leave at 6:30. Bummer!

This is a Universal Partner Hotel, so they do whatever it takes to make us not go to Disney. To get to Disney World: Take the free shuttle to SeaWorld and take the Lynx 50 to Disney. We stayed at this hotel the last week of december 2011. We loved it because, everything we wanted to do, from Universal Studios, to shopping at Ikea is just 5 to 10 minutes away. My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for five days at the beginning of January to visit the Universal Studios theme park. The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to many amenities, the Florida Mall, shopping, restuarants, etc. It was also very good to have the free shuttle to the theme park (saved us $15 a day in parking costs). "Very good for the sale price"
This hotel was very good quality for the sale price we got. I would not consider it up to par for the sticker price, but it was clean and comfortable. We found the staff professional and courteous as expected. There was a strange incident we witnessed at the check-in desk, however, that travelers should be aware of. Another guest had received an overnight […] package delivery and was told in our hearing she was being charged a truly outrageous "document handling fee" for the front desk to hand her the envelope. Unfortunately, we can't recall the exact number, but it was shocking, over $50 and may have been as high as $75. The staff explained that this amount could include up to some number of packages, but that was of no use to her situation. It would be perhaps defensible if some businessperson received and sent a large number of items during a stay, but to charge the same amount to an individual receiving one envelope is ludicrous and definitely changed our opinion of the chain. At the very least, this charge should be listed in the basic information about the hotel, so guests can decide whether receiving an item is worth the high cost. Leer más
The hotel is in need of updating. The adjoining door didn't work, the doorknob fell apart when we tried to open it. It took two trips to the front desk and one phone call until it was fixed 45 minutes later. We were glad we didn't pay the usual rate!
