El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. En pleno Piccadilly, línea de subte en la esquina y principales zonas turísticas cerca. La habitación era super cómoda y limpia. La atención de los empleados del hotel fue de total cordialidad y amabilidad. Más que conforme con el hotel.

We arrived to a mix up on the promised bed arrangement but they gave us a larger room (two upgrades) which more than made up for this. There was an evacuation of the hotel on the evening of the 15th. I thought exit routes that I took from room 235 was unclear in the staircase. It was a little confusing on which doors to use. There was no information available to the guest about what was going on what had happened and when we could return to our rooms.

Excellent location by Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street - I had a 'club room' which was very spacious on the 7th floor - very quiet.

Lovely hotel, very central. With an indoor pool and spa! Very large room and bathroom. Lots of cafes nearby, and right near Picadilly. Internet is extra. Food can be pricey in this area, and did not eat in the hotel. But right down the street is a reasonably priced fish restaurant.

Very comfortable hotel with good service. However, charges for WiFi connection in room, and internet-connection in room and busyness center should be free in a hotel of this class; such as was the case when I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel.

Free WiFi should be a must for hotels this class.

Great location for theater, shopping and sights, but the street noise was quite significant and the double pane windows couldn't block it.

Great hotel, location especially. My first room had an inside window, overlooking the dining area. Not great, but the front desk immediately changed it with no fuss. Modern facilities, very comfortable and you cannot beat the location, right in Picadilly Circus. If the price is right, I would definitely stay here again.

Le Meridien Picadilly is in a great location and the staff were terrific. Typical of some places and especially here, the charges for internet and service charges in the restaurant and bar are crazy. As I was out and about a great deal of the time for business, the smallness of the room didn't bother me too much. The location of the hotel quite convenient to all places you want to check out around the city. I think they should concentrate more on improving their customer service. Spend a three night stay after a trip to visit relatives in Europe. We walked to the clubs and shopping in SoHo. The West end theaters were even closer. The city was doing road work at night in front of the hotel yet our room was quiet. (our room had double pane windows) Didn't like the internet fees, went next door to Starbucks instead. Hotel was beautiful, […] with the charm of when it was built in 1908 but decorated nicely with a understated, modern style. Restaurant was very nice, the dinner we had was good, about the same price as a meal on South Beach in Miami. I would suggest it to friends and will probably go back to it when we visit London again. This hotel has the best location in London if you want to see shows on the West End plus a lot of the important sights - Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Parliament, the London Eye, the Churchill War Rooms, etc. This is the only hotel in the West End that I saw - right by Piccadilly Circus and minutes walk from most shows. Only a 3 minutes walk from the tube of Piccadilly. The tourist attractions are all around. The room that I stayed was on the 3/F, faced the main street but it was still quiet. I slept well during those 4 nights. The staff are very nice and helpful.

This hotel has an excellent location. Only 100 meters from the nearest subway station, and within 10 minutes walking distance from just about any theatre in West End. I spent 9 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed the hotel's standard, which had a clean and exclusive appearance. + Friendly staff + Quiet compared to other London hotels I've stayed […] at + Spacious room compared to other London hotels + Two complimentary bottles of water every day + Swimming pool and a nice and hot steam bath - Overzealous housekeeping They didn't refill wash cloths, even when I notified the staff about it. Also, one day they forgot about the complimentary bottles of water. - Ridiculous internet price! At a hotel of this standard I would expect internet access to be complimentary. Instead they charged quite a lot for it. The internet bill didn't even show up on the bill on the hotel services accessible from the in-room TV so I guessed that it would be complimentary. Was I surprised when I checked out and figured out I could've spent almost two more nights there for the cost of the internet! All in all a great hotel, but if internet access is important to you I would suggest staying away from this hotel. The room was adequate but the en suite bathroom was very small. Everything was nice and clean , however as we were fairly late rising on Sunday morning our room was not attended to so we returned after a day out to find unmade beds - a knock on the door at 5.30pm by a chamber maid was too little too late and I sent her away! I had to ask for clean towels […] to be sent up to the room too. Overall the hotel is very nice but not worthy of five stars - the breakfast at £22 each is overpriced ,as in my opinion was the whole expeience. There are similar cheaper hotels nearby which offer the same location and high standards but at half the cost. I stayed at le meridien piccadilly for 4 nights with my friends and had a wonderful experience! The location is very convenient, close to the most important sightseeings. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended !!

Despite it's excellent location and it's superb health club/spa facilities, I was disappointed by the following : 1 ) No free wi fi for guests. Neither in room nor in it's lobby. A counter staff's explanation to me that as it's located in a heavy tourists area, it would be difficult to control. Guests pay £3 for 15-minute usage in one of it's two terminals […] in the lobby area. 2 ). On my first night, after a direct 13-hour flight, my air conditioner ceased to function at 2am, waking me up from perspiration. Tried to get back to sleep, but woke up again at 4am. Still warm. Took off my pajamas and tried to sleep again. Finally, called the night duty manager who sent someone up. This man told me that as it's winter, there's only the heating on ( despite my getting cool air initially ). He offered to leave my window slightly ajar, brought up a floor-standing fan and switched off the air con unit. The remaining two nights of my stay, the air con unit worked perfectly! So what happened that first night? And what about his explanation to me? And the Night Manager told me that regrettably they could not find me another room as they were fully booked. This is not a 4 star hotel, old, dated and just not good customer service. Just not a good experience.

You can't beat Le Meridien's close proximity to Picadilly. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, although I heard they are all up for renovation over the next few years which is always good at older hotels. The health club and spa, pool included, are top notch. And try the chef specialty ice cream sundaes at the Terrace Restaurant!

Stayed there for a week and it is hard to beat Le Meridien, especially if you have status with Starwood.

This is not a 5-star hotel by American standards. However, it proved to be a comfortable and very convenient hotel for tourists to Central London.

We stayed in this hotel during spring break 2009 and really liked it because of the location. it is in the heart of London! However, I dont think I would stay there again because it is really old and needs serious renovation! It is definetely overpriced!!!

1st room I was given was way too small. I requested a changed and was given a more decent room. Carpet was rather very old and dirty for an upscale hotel. 20 Pounds ($30) a day for internet is unacceptable. The internet is a utility same as electricity in the room and such a surprising charge should be clearly disclosed prior to booking the room. […] It left a 'bad taste' of the overall hotel experience. The location is great but this is by far NOT a 5 star hotel. At best it is a 3 star.

This hotel is in a great location -- a couple of blocks from Fortnum & Mason, Picadilly Circus and two tube lines. The staff could not have been nicer and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the room did not meet typical Le Meridien standards -- very tired and in need of refurbishing (old carpet, stain on headboard, chipped paint, etc.). Not only did we get excellent rates through hotels.com, but the LeMeridian is right in the heart of London - you cannot get a better location! The staff were exceptional - always ready to assist in anyway possible. Recommend the hotel's food over any other in the area. We arrived late on a Monday evening to the hotel after a weeks skiing holiday. The check in was extremely effiecient the room clean and welcoming and we were central enough to walk out for dinner that evening. Very nice room, considerably bigger than another top tier hotel I stayed in last time I was in London. The Piccadilly Circus Tube stop is half a block away and several bus routes run on either side of the hotel. There are several stands nearby to buy theater tickets or sightseeing tours. Most of the TV channels were in HD.

I got the room at half-price. It's a perfect location. I'm sure it wasn't their nicest room but it was very quiet and bathtub was great and room was large.

If one likes to wander around the streets of London, this is definitely the hotel at which to stay!!

The staff was great, the location also,but for us they could not make up for the condition of the public areas and rooms! Furniture covers were torn, carpeting patched and filthy, wood furniture scratched, dented. It needs to have a complete redecoration. The bathroom was adequate and clean, but the rest - UGH!

I am afraid if I tell people how nice this place is and how well situated it is that I won't be able to get a room next time I go to London as it will be the only place that I will want to stay! But I will take the risk as others should know about it.

酒店员工待客殷勤，很受礼遇的对待，每次打服務电話，员工便会於10分鈡内到達帮忙，只是可能酒店比較老，那个发熱的毛巾架修了几天也修不好，可能缺乏了某些零部件，但確是盡了力，可原諒的！其他只是房間比較小，不过再來的時候也会重住这酒店，很近唐人街可步行往吃中餐！

以下數點可以供各位參考, 1) 地點極為方便, 如只在巿中心活動, 可以整天不購車票 2) 設施已陳舊, 房內暖氣很噪吵, 幸中央暖氣還可以, 不用開; 熱毛巾暖管不熱; 掛牆花灑頭不能用, 只可用手拿著; 牆壁電插位會鬆脫, 會有危險 3) 如有房, 會給予提早CHECK-IN, 但要求延遲CHECK_OUT 卻被拒絕, 但願意代為保存行李 4) WIFI或上網要另外付費

Internettet var så langsomt at jeg ikke kunne nå at komme ind på det jeg skulle på 30 min. Jeg havde betalt dem 5 pund for det og der var ingen hjælp at hente, så gå hellere på internet end at betale for ekstremt langsomt internet her! Helt ok hotel, jämför man standarden med ett Svenskt hotel så är rummen jämförbara med ett 3 stjärnigt hotel. Lobby och kringutrymmen håller högre klass. Frukosten är inte prisvärd. Rum 320 vetter ut mot en bakgata där det sker tomglastömning mycket tidigt på morgonen, så vill du ha en stillsam morgon be att få ett annat rum.
